15/09/2025: Excellent restaurant in the center of Corvara. Ideal for a Ladin menu and to sample typical local dishes. The menu offers local specialties. I recommend the cured meats and cheese platters as excellent. The dumplings are expertly made. The service is punctual and attentive. The price is slightly high. However, it remains in line with the offerings available in the area. The location is beautiful. Worth it.

12/09/2025: No. The pasta with mushrooms doesn't taste good. The prices are very high and not reasonable. They charge €8 for a cover charge.

13/07/2025: A bit dated, but a nice and clean house. Very well-maintained, large pool. The bathroom in the apartment room was not up to date. Unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired – except for the plentiful and good breakfast. Dinner was very nicely arranged and delicious. We always had to ask for more drinks. A shame, otherwise it was quite okay!

29/08/2025: Dear Paradiso team, we just spent a wonderful vacation with you and had a wonderful rest. I've read some reviews, and it's interesting how different people's perceptions are. I'll start with the food: The ambition, creativity, and attention to detail are clearly evident. We were absolutely delighted and thrilled by all the lovingly prepared and delicious creations. The breakfast was also great. There's certainly a reason why you don't offer spreads, nor a juicer, just a side note. The selection is great overall. Now, the service. The waitresses and bartenders are ALL, without exception, attentive, professional, and friendly. Very personable. Very different types, but overall a harmonious team. Everyone gives their best! Surroundings/Hiking: On the day of arrival, we were a little worried about the crowds of tourists, but the Seiser Alm turned out to be so vast and expansive that this wasn't noticeable on our tours. We were able to enjoy some great hikes in beautiful nature. Internationality: We appreciated how easy it was to communicate in English. At the same time as our stay, a very cheerful Canadian tour group was staying at the hotel, and they were greeted by an English-speaking lady from the hotel. As we later learned, she is part of the hotel management. This is really the only negative point we found, because we encountered this lady countless times in the morning at breakfast or otherwise and never once made eye contact or greeted us. However, all the waiters and attentive housekeeping staff immediately made up for this with their warmth. Hotel amenities: Everything was top-notch, but what didn't fit with the incredibly high-quality food and the dining room was the view of parked cars. Conclusion: A bold, innovative, and exemplary idea to create a plant-based hotel in the middle of the alpine pasture. We'll definitely be back. Thank you very much 💚

21/08/2025: My boyfriend and I just stayed at Paradiso Pure.Living in Alpe di Siusi for his birthday. It was a truly wonderful experience: the hotel is meticulously designed down to the smallest detail, and the atmosphere is unique. Being both vegan, we particularly appreciated the hotel's vegan and sustainable philosophy: from the cuisine to the small daily touches, everything reflects values ​​we share and makes our stay even more meaningful. The culinary offerings are varied, creative, and top-notch. A special thank you goes to the staff, who were always attentive and kind. We were especially pleased that they remembered that our stay was a birthday present: they provided us with a dessert with a candle and two glasses of sparkling wine, a gesture that touched us and made us even happier with our choice. I highly recommend Paradiso Pure.Living to anyone looking for a relaxing experience, immersed in nature, and in line with a conscious and sustainable approach. We can't wait to return!

23/07/2025: Es war ein sehr toller Aufenthalt in der Speckstube Eggerhof,sehr freundliches Personal und Familie. Super Zimmer, groß und sehr gute Betten,extrem viel „Stauraum“ im Zimmer , Balkon usw. Frühstück war ein Traum und wir hatten immer Mittags von der Karte gegessen was alles sehr lecker war. Wir kommen wieder ,… Armin & Marina

Colazione con marmellate artigianali (mirtillo, lampone, prugna e un'altra che non ricordo), dolci fatti in casa, 4 tipi di pane, uova delle loro galline; buono anche il cappuccino. Formaggi e salumi ottimi, di loro produzione. Stanza ampia e pulita. Cena solo per gli ospiti offriva 2 scelte (costine con patate e 3 canederli con insalata) con prodotti ottimi, porzioni molto abbondanti; scelta tra 2/3 dolci fatti in casa. Abbiamo scelto lo strudel, veramente ottimo. Ottimi anche i prodotti offerti per il pranzo, consiglio il piatto della malga.

29/06/2025: A direct hit! The Innerperskoler Hof is one of the best and most beautiful wine taverns I've ever visited. No, it's the best and most beautiful. Everything is just perfect here: the super friendly and attentive young lady serving, the breathtaking view, the ambiance – characterized by the homemade rustic wooden furniture, a great sense of hospitality, friendliness, and local connection – and, of course, the excellent food and sparkling drinks. Absolutely perfect and authentic! My wife enjoyed the homemade tagliatelle with herb pesto from the farm garden, while I was served a dumpling trio that is second to none. It came with a fresh salad and affogato for dessert. The meal was accompanied by an aperitif and the delicious house wine (Pinot Blanc); not to mention the homemade bread. Fabulous. Our dog, Ivy, was also very spoiled and was given a large pot of water without asking. We actually planned to stop at the Innerperskoler Hof again on Thursday evening to round off our vacation. Unfortunately, we overlooked the fact that Thursday is one of the hotel's days off. But if we ever come back to the Schlern area, a second visit is a must. Keep up the good work, and thank you very much.

11/07/2025: What a surprise: I hadn't heard of La Scarpetta, but four of us decided to try it for lunch. The menu is Roman-style, so we ordered a gricia, a carbonara, a cacio e pepe, and a spaghettone al pesto. The portions were just right, the ingredients were top-notch (guanciale for the gricia and carbonara), the pasta was perfectly cooked, and the presentation was in keeping with the menu and location. Being close to Bolzano Airport doesn't bother us at all. The owner, Andrea, is a chef and mainly takes care of the first courses, as does his partner, Adriana, who takes care of the second courses. Both are also dedicated to service. They are two enthusiastic and hard-working young people who also try to offer themed evenings, such as Sardinian cuisine or a seafood evening featuring a 1 kg lobster per person. The prices are more than fair, like Andrea and Adriana. I almost forgot: a dessert of chocolate mousse with chili pepper and two affogato to round out the lunch. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!!

01/06/2025: A very nice hotel in a great location. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Breakfast and dinner were incredibly delicious. We were there with two children (9 and 12 years old), and both loved the food. Everything was freshly prepared and beautifully presented; even seconds were no problem. The hotel is located in the village center, a bus stop is a minute away, and the location is perfect for starting hikes. Melanie gave us excellent tips and recommendations for excursions and hikes. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend the hotel! Thank you very much, Melanie, Andreas, and the team!

20/08/2025: I give it a full rating because it's a unique place with a passion and positive energy that shines through in the food served and in every detail of the restaurant. The main menu is the vegan, almost raw, one (soup plus a mixed platter, which I've shown in the photo), but there are variations and even a few small fish. A nice carafe of good tea accompanies the food.

28/07/2025: Amazing hotel in corvara, cyclist friendly. Breakfast is sumptuous and just what we needed for the huge climbs! Wellness area has nice saunas and a pool. Rooms are big, clean, and well appointed. Staff is helpful and kind. Would stay again.

03/05/2025: For the 2nd year in a row we came to do a short ski with you. Last year with 6 people and this year with 14 men. * Prime location * Good kitchen with a very extensive breakfast and wide choice for dinner. * Nice wine list * Spacious rooms * Good room service * Ample shuttle service to the lifts *Some very friendly staff Small minus: The bar closes way too quickly.... 11:30 PM is really early. On Saturday evening our bus left and dinner was shoved down our throats, 3 courses in 30 minutes is not pleasant. It was also not possible to pay by card for the wines that our group drank, it had to be in cash. You can expect us again next year and probably with an even larger group.

31/07/2025: Wonderful hotel, nestled in the midst of breathtaking mountains, among the most beautiful in the world. The walks are fun, strenuous, or relaxing. Extremely courteous and prompt staff, especially the wonderful Alessandra, who is both beautiful and incredibly fast. It was a pleasure to be served by her. Highly recommended.
