06/07/2025: Gourmet cuisine prices combined with a high mountain refuge (which it is not). Surely the view is priceless but is it worth 2.5€ for a normal coffee and 5€ for a cappuccino? And I ask myself this as someone who has lived in Alto Adige for a very long time!!!

03/07/2025: A very beautiful alpine pasture that's easily accessible from the cable car. The various play areas make it a great destination for families with children.

02/07/2025: We only drink at the Ochsenalm, as the hut is just a stopover on our route. Everyone is very friendly, and the Alpen Spritz and coffee specialties are excellent.

08/07/2025: After the walk, I had lunch. I had goulash, barley soup, ribs, and for dessert, I had Kaiser pancakes (the Austrian emperor's favorite) and tiramisu. It was so nice to eat delicious food while watching Sasolungo.

16/07/2025: The courtyard has a very pleasant atmosphere. It's relatively quiet (tables are spaced far enough apart) and cool, making it a great place to enjoy a bite to eat and a glass of wine. The restaurant and the food are rather simple and rustic. The wine prices aren't cheaper than elsewhere, though. The service was very friendly, but could have been a bit more attentive.

22/06/2025: A rustic oasis of peace in the heart of Kaltern, we felt very comfortable here again and again. The elderly gentlemen serving were very friendly, the food was excellent, and the wine was good and affordable. Just as it should be; the Drescherkeller will continue to be a regular stop for us on our future vacations in Kaltern!

06/03/2025: Questo rifugio è un posto magico con una vista spettacolare un'accoglienza fantastica e un servizio senza uguali. Lo staff ( Marco N1) sono veramente delle persone che portano la felicità. Il cibo è abbondante, ottimo il kaisermann e fantastici i spaghetti alla carbonara.... È la terza volta che ci vado e ogni volta è sempre un piacere....

22/01/2025: Sono molti anni che veniamo sull’Alpe, avevamo sentito parlare bene di questo rifugio e quest’anno che finalmente siamo riusciti a pranzarci non possiamo che confermare il passaparola positivo in merito. Qui troverete autentica gentilezza, gusto, qualità, ampia scelta del menu’, ottima presentazione delle portate e una bella atmosfera. Al momento per noi è la migliore esperienza culinaria sull’Alpe. Speriamo di potervi tornare in futuro.

03/05/2025: Eravamo stati in questo ristorante 1 anno fa, e c'eravamo trovati bene. A distanza di un anno, è cambiato tutto. Nuova location, più centrale (e turistica). La cameriera ci parla in tedesco e non capisce una parola di italiano (per un ristorante che si spaccia siciliano, non c'è male). Metà dei piatti indicati nel menù non erano disponibili (alle 19.45!) Faticosamente ordiniamo. I primi arrivano dopo 5 Min, discreti ma niente di che. Dopo di che inizia un' attesa interminabile per i secondi. Dopo 20 min passa un primo cameriere, e ci chiede: "ma avete ordinato il secondo"? No comment. Passano altri 20 Min, arriva un altro cameriere e ci fa: "signori ma vete ordinato altro?" Altro no comment. Nel frattempo vedevamo camerieri (o presunti tali) arrivare con piatti in mano e aria smarrita farfugliando cose tipo: "tavolo 35, ma dov'è?". Rassegnati ormai al peggio, finalmente dopo 50 min arrivano i secondi. Stessa qualità mediocre dei primi. Mi reco alla fine a pagare il conto. Mi dicono che dentro si può pagare solo in contanti, per pagare con carta bisogna attendere fuori. Altri 10 minin di attesa. Finalmente arriva il cameriere, cerca maldestramente di rimediare offrendoci un limoncello. No grazie. A mai più!!

17/07/2025: It's hard to find by chance. The food is really good and the prices are reasonable. The menu is smaller, but it's really tasty. It's worth it. The owner is a young man, and he's really cool. Highly recommended. Wonderful atmosphere, down-to-earth, with a feel-good atmosphere.

08/07/2025: A good restaurant on Lake Durrensee, often very crowded due to the lack of alternatives. The staff deserves special mention, as they serve all dishes very efficiently despite their busy schedule. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the lake and mountains.

07/07/2025: Restaurant on a busy road in Val Pusteria located next to Lake Landro. Characteristic environment with also a very popular outdoor veranda and the reason is that the quality of the dishes is excellent, abundant and reasonably priced at least for the main courses. It is the third time that I use it and it will not be the last because the cuisine, the place but above all the location is fantastic.

16/07/2025: I'm sitting here at Platzl right now, and we arrived quite late. But Franceso was able to revive the kitchen and served us a bruschetta I've never had before. It was sensational! The best bruschetta I've ever had! An absolute insider tip!

14/07/2025: We're spending a few days in beautiful Brunico, enjoying not only the ambiance and wonderful atmosphere of the town but also the good food, and luckily we found the "Platzl" for that. It's primarily a pizzeria, but also offers meat and pasta dishes along with various salads. Let's start with one thing: the pizzas are really, really good, as are the pasta dishes we tried. The meat dishes we saw at neighboring tables on our evenings also looked incredibly delicious, and there wasn't a crumb left over 😉. The staff also deserves special mention; they not only do a great job, they are really helpful, very friendly, and fast – simply fantastic! Francesco and his team would get 10 stars from us. We highly recommend the "Platzl" to everyone.

06/06/2025: Very nice, renovated rooms with plenty of space. The bed was also very comfortable. There is free parking on site. Bicycles can also be borrowed free of charge. The breakfast buffet was sufficient and the coffee was very good. The location is also perfect.
