23/05/2025: We felt very comfortable here and thoroughly enjoyed our time. You feel very welcome, the staff is friendly and attentive. The food is excellent. A beautiful new sauna area. The rooms were well-maintained and clean. The hotel is beautifully located, with numerous destinations within cycling distance. We were able to store our bikes safely in the underground car park. Great hiking trails start right from the hotel.

12/03/2025: We stayed 3 nights in the hotel with 2 children, the room was comfortable and very clean, close to all the slopes, the staff was very kind to fulfill all requests, we opted for half board, the food was truly excellent, the breakfast was plentiful with good products, the spa was brand new, clean with all the comforts to relax in, I would definitely go back.

The Magdalener Hof is more than just a place to stay; it's a complete experience that makes your trip to Bolzano special in every detail. As soon as you enter the hotel, you feel comfortable and warm, as if you're at home. The rooms are tidy and clean, and the view is breathtaking. But the most beautiful thing of all is the staff. Honestly, I've never seen such kindness and friendliness, especially Jakob, Khoula, Eszter, and Sophia. They were the epitome of true hospitality and the kindness of the Italian people—always smiling, helpful, and welcoming you in a way that makes you feel like you're special people, not just customers. I would recommend anyone planning to visit Bolzano to book at the Magdalener Hof without hesitation. Appena inside, senti una pace and a calorie come se fossi the house. The camera is now installed, and the view is automatically installed. What the cosa più bella in assoluto è il modo in which il personale ti accogli. One station, none of which are visible to the gentler and cortesia – in part with Jakob, Khoula, Eszter and Sophia. Sono new features of the vera hospital and the popolo italiano button - this is the case, available, and that fanno sent a special person, not a single client. If you stay in Bolzano, visit the Magdalene Hof. For me, thank you for 5 days - with your heart!

19/05/2025: A truly beautiful 4-star hotel. Very dog-friendly. Great, modern yet stylish furnishings. Friendly staff. The rooms are top-notch: modern, spacious, welcoming, and bright. First-class restaurant at reasonable prices. Very helpful reception. Note: A car is necessary, but parking is very limited. This is a real problem, especially on Sundays. There is little green space around the hotel that can be accessed. This is problematic for dog owners. I would love to give it 5 stars, but the hotel's location deducts one star. Nevertheless, a truly lovely, recommendable, small 4-star hotel, which makes you wonder why it doesn't have 5 stars or at least an S.

29/05/2025: Enttäuschend. Waren hinten im Biergarten. Erster Eindruck war durchaus positiv, aber bei genauem Betrachten doch eher ein wenig ungepflegt. Tische waren dreckig und eingestaubt. Unser Tisch hatte wohl schon länger kein Tuch mehr gesehen. Die Unterlagen klebten am Tisch, Müll vom Vorgänger (ein Flyer, hatten diesen extra ersichtlich an den Tischrand gelegt) wurde auch nicht entsorgt. Meine Essensbestellung wurde erstmal infrage gestellt, weil ich 2 Hauptgänge bestellt habe (Nudeln und Salat). Ob auf einem Teller oder zwei. Resultat: lauwarme Nudeln schon längst auf und immer noch kein Salat. Teller und Besteck wurde abgeräumt, auch von meiner Begleitung und dann wurde gefragt, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Haben darauf hingewiesen, dass der Salat fehlt und dieser jetzt aber auch nicht mehr benötigt wird. Daraufhin kam ein zweiter Kellner und fragte, ob ich nun meinen zweiten Gang haben möchte. Dieses habe ich angelehnt. Es kam dann zu einer kurzen Diskussion, dass es ja einen ersten Gang und einen zweiten Gang geben würde. Eine Gabel könnte man mir noch bringen. Auch das wurde meinerseits abgelehnt. Beim Bezahlen tauchte der Salat auch nicht auf, allerdings eine Steuer von 1,90 € pro Person. Für das Essen im Haus! Und das ist kein Trinkgeld, wie es ausdrücklich vom Personal betont wurde. Die Tatsache, dass man 1,90 € für einen dreckigen Tisch und Besteck zahlen muss, welches auf einer Serviette lag, die von der Sonne schon so ausgebleicht war, dass sich die Form vom Besteck eingebrannt hat, war schon bemerkenswert. Um dem Abend dann hinter uns zu bringen, haben wir bezahlt. Aber mit einem sehr bitten Beigeschmack

Hemos estado viviendo en Selva para la temporada de esquí y esta fue con mucho la mejor comida! Tuvimos la trucha ahumada para empezar, tuve el MEJOR risotto cremoso de mi vida para el principal (servido con hongos chantrelle y mota crujiente) , mi marido pidió la ternera T - filete de hueso que dijo que era fabuloso. Ambos pedimos un postre, y tendría que decirlo de NUEVO ~ fue el mejor tiramisú que he comido en Italia y de todos los tiempos! No pensé que podría mejorar después del postre, entonces nuestro camarero nos trajo un digestivo de melón! ¡Volveré solo por eso! No puedo decir suficientes cosas agradables sobre nuestro camarero ~ originario de Perú pero viviendo en Ortisei durante los últimos 21 años ~ extremadamente profesional, pero con los pies en la tierra y agradable. ¡Grazie Mille por una experiencia gastronómica y una velada excepcionales! Asegúrese de hacer una reserva para que no se pierda la mejor comida en Selva!

17/02/2025: I was on vacation with my family a few weeks ago. We thought we would visit the Kradorfer Alm after a hike. EVERYTHING WAS GOOD AND RIGHT but the only thing that stood out was the beautiful location, the food was really sickening and we all had to leave leftover food behind, as described in the reviews here, I don't think so at all. It's overcrowded with tourists, the staff is infuriating, self-deprecating and unsympathetic. Perhaps they could be used as prison staff and the cook could be used as a prison cook or cafeteria cook. Then don't be embarrassed by these prices😂😂 you lose half your wages if you see these prices and want to eat something. I will never visit this Alm on my vacation again because this is really bottom drawer.......😠

11/02/2025: Malga davvero molto caratteristica, piccola ma accogliente. Cibo squisito, personale gentile e attento alle esigenze di tutti. Facilmente raggiungibile anche per famiglie con bambini, noi eravamo 2 coppie con 3 bambini e hanno raggiunto KradorferAlm senza problemi, divertendosi con la neve lungo il sentiero (la salita è dolce). All'arrivo hanno anche trovato un bel parco giochi di fianco alla malga. Sicuramente ci torneremo, magari per vederla anche d'estate!

17/05/2025: The view is breathtaking, and the food definitely holds up. The wine is homemade and excellent. I ate one of the best cordon bleu dishes of my life here. The price/performance ratio is unbeatable, so I truly recommend it! We'd love to come back when we're on holiday here.

A very friendly waitress served us, and a cute dog entertained our dog ;) We were also very surprised at how affordable the price was, despite the good wine. We'd be happy to go back again.

06/03/2025: Questo rifugio è un posto magico con una vista spettacolare un'accoglienza fantastica e un servizio senza uguali. Lo staff ( Marco N1) sono veramente delle persone che portano la felicità. Il cibo è abbondante, ottimo il kaisermann e fantastici i spaghetti alla carbonara.... È la terza volta che ci vado e ogni volta è sempre un piacere....

17/03/2025: That something like this still exists! South Tyrolean cuisine at its best. The dumpling Tris was fantastic and the best I've had in a long time (and I eat it regularly), the salad was fresh, the service was very friendly and the prices were very fair. Absolute recommendation! And if you're lucky, there's a homemade hay schnapps at the end. ;-)
