30/01/2026: I was in Bressanone to visit the Christmas markets and had lunch at this historic restaurant. Excellent rating (the best I can give). The owner, Mr. Christoph Mayr, was very kind and welcoming and fully accommodated all our requests.

22/01/2026: A mixed experience. The ambiance is very nice, and the food was partly very good (filet mignon), although rather pricey. What disappointed us greatly was the wait (over 50 minutes for a Wiener Schnitzel). As a result, we ate the bread basket twice and ordered more wine, which was actually meant to accompany the meal. I also can't shake the impression that the tables weren't being served in the order of our orders. When the wait became excessive, the service suddenly disappeared… instead of proactively informing us about any difficulties in the kitchen. Very disappointing…

20/02/2026: My stay at this hotel was truly unforgettable, thanks to both the incredible people and the unique atmosphere they create. It’s clear that the team genuinely enjoys providing outstanding service to their guests. The hostess deserves special praise for being exceptionally accommodating, helpful, and attentive. From the very first moment, I felt warmly welcomed and cared for, with every request handled thoughtfully and with kindness. The cooks were outstanding — the food was absolutely delicious, beautifully prepared, and consistently excellent. Each meal felt special and made with real passion. I would also like to thank the cleaning lady for the clean room. Everything was spotless, fresh, and well maintained, which added greatly to the comfort of my stay. The view deserves its own mention — it was absolutely amazing and truly fascinating. I could spend hours just looking out and taking it all in. In addition, the chapel was a very special place: a quiet, peaceful space where everyone could simply sit, reflect, and find inner peace. This hotel offers much more than accommodation — it offers warmth, care, beauty, and tranquility. I would happily return and wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent service, inspiring views, and a place to truly relax.

08/02/2026: Our time in Bad Siess was a wonderful family stay. The guesthouse has a truly special location with incredible views of the mountains and the valley below. Even in winter, the place is easily accessible and a real insider tip for a short break. We were incredibly well looked after by the lovely people at the guesthouse and felt completely at ease. Our little daughter was treated with such warmth and welcomed without reservation. The entire property was spotless and equipped with everything we needed. Breakfast left nothing to be desired, and the quality of the food in the evening was exceptional! We haven't eaten such delicious food in a long time! It all sounds perfect, and for us, it truly was. A fantastic short break all around! Highly recommended!

30/12/2025: A beautiful charming restaurant in a beautiful location, but it is only open until 2 am and then only from 5 pm, the bar is open all day so be careful, you won't recognize it on Google and we went to the mountains for nothing :)

15/03/2026: Cozy place with nice pizzas at affordable prices. The cocktail hugina was very nice, recommended. So was the housemade tiramisu. Pizza size is very good and with nice dough.

14/03/2026: The Costabella restaurant is an amazing place - we ended up going three times during our week‑long holiday. The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The food was excellent - we tried starters, pizzas, burgers, local dishes, and desserts. The Wiener Schnitzel was outstanding and is easily the best in town (and yes, we compared!). The pizza was delicious and you can even get it to go. Compared to other restaurants in the area, Costabella really stands out for its welcoming team, tasty food, and great value for money. I recommend calling a day in advance to reserve a table at the time that suits you best, but the team is always very accommodating and usually manages to find a spot even if you arrive without a reservation.

11/12/2025: Welcoming, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated, the atmosphere is pleasant. The menu offers traditional dishes with delightful reinterpretations. The veal tongue is delicious, well-executed. The pork ribs are amazing… Quality ingredients… Wide selection of wines… Excellent homemade desserts… Wide selection of liqueurs… Friendly, friendly, and very professional staff… We ate very well, thank you.

23/02/2026: We stayed here during the Olympic Games. This family-run hotel offers very friendly service, delicious food, and a great spa area with views of a lake and the Kronplatz mountain. The rooms are clean but could use some updating, especially the bed and bathtub (box spring beds and walk-in showers are standard these days). Therefore, we're giving the rooms fewer stars.

19/02/2026: A very nice, family-run hotel. The service here is outstanding. During the Olympic Games, we always had to start at 7:00 a.m. Breakfast was always served an extra 1.5 hours earlier. The restaurant is also excellent. The fitness center, spa, sauna, gym, and swimming pool facilities are fantastic. Many 5-star hotels would envy such facilities. All the facilities and rooms are very well-maintained and clean. The view across the lake to Bruneck is breathtaking.

01/02/2026: It's certainly not a typical South Tyrolean trattoria, but the quality of the food, the friendliness, and the hospitality of Marco and his staff are absolutely worth a visit. This restaurant, which exudes Sicilian atmosphere, proudly displays his ties to his homeland on the walls, and his dishes convey all his passion and love for the flavors of the island's cuisine. Eating an exceptional caponata surrounded by the Alps is a unique experience, as is savoring the seafood dishes, a balance between modernity and a refined exploration of traditional flavors. To finish, a ricotta cannoli that rivals the best Sicilian pastry shops. What more can I say? Head to Boia for an exotic experience in the heart of South Tyrol.

28/12/2025: Here for dinner, we enjoyed excellent dishes (the risotto and venison were delicious), tastefully prepared (both in form and substance) and carefully served by courteous and attentive staff, who were never intrusive. All in an elegant and relaxing atmosphere. The bill was absolutely in line with the quality of the offerings.

16/12/2025: We visited for the second time today and were once again surprised by the excellent cuisine. The first time we had a superb venison ragout, and today we enjoyed chicken roulade with a mascarpone filling with pistachios and a chard filling with celery and carrot purée. Simply divine. In my opinion, this restaurant is a hidden gem in Lana. Not to mention the magnificent view from the terrace over Lana/Merano and into the Passeier Valley. We are very sorry that we won't be able to experience the Törggelenk-Keller in two weeks during the so-called "fifth season of Tyrol," as we have to leave already. We will definitely be back. Many thanks to the Rafflerhof team for the wonderful hospitality. Best of luck! You deserve to be highlighted here, even if getting to your location isn't easy.

01/11/2025: In my opinion, one of the best Törggelen experiences, high-quality ingredients, cooked to perfection! The owners are very good! The cellar is traditional, very beautiful and well-kept! The summer garden is also beautiful with a spectacular view! Well done!

14/03/2026: A great place for a break if you're heading to Val di Fiemme or Val di Fassa. We enjoyed a cheese and cured meat platter, a pasta dish, and a dessert to finish with a coffee. The place is charming and the service excellent. You can also buy local products, with a wide selection and beautifully displayed.
