05/09/2025: When we hike on the Ritten, we traditionally stop at the Bad Siess Inn. The terrace offers a stunning view, and the food is very good. Unfortunately, the prices have gone up in recent years, and the service isn't always professional—friendly, but sometimes inexperienced. Overall, it's still a lovely place that we enjoy visiting, even if there's room for improvement.

03/09/2025: A fantastic hotel. 1450 meters high. The rooms are very nice and quaint. They are cleaned every day. The staff is very attentive and friendly. The prices are completely reasonable. We took half board with breakfast and dinner. The breakfast was very tasty and beautifully prepared, with a wide selection, and you can put together all sorts of dishes. You can also make your own juices from fruit and vegetables. Every evening, dinner is a surprise menu with a small starter, a first course, and then a second main course, rounded off with a fantastic dessert. The cable car and all the nearby hiking trails are very easy to get to. As I said, the chef was very personable, and the entire staff was very nice and attentive. It was well worth it; it was a fantastic stay. There's a Finnish sauna and spa baths.

24/08/2025: When you arrive after a couple of hours of walking, you'll be hungry. They serve you quickly and with a smile. Generous and tasty portions. Classic Tyrolean dishes, with fresh ingredients delivered by cable car. The splendid view and the kindness of the owners invite you to return and even stay the night.

20/08/2025: Beautifully situated hut. Good food and drinks. Accessible from both the west and east.

06/09/2025: Impeccable service compared to what we have experience in the Dolomites so far...not to mention friendly welcoming staff and very hearty food. We dined both days here and the pasta dishes were incredible (quite reasonable too), I also tried the Venison medallions and the weinerschnitzel which was delicious. Hands down the best fries and a senstional apple strudel (Best we have had so far). Worth going just for the strudel alone.

04/09/2025: We had a perfect experience! Service was fantastic, everything we ordered arrived very quickly, food was delicious, staff were friendly, prices were fair and the view was just gorgeous.

26/06/2025: Due to the war that broke out in our country, all flights were canceled and we could not get to the hotel. Although the free cancellation period had ended, we contacted the hotel and asked them to consider the special situation and cancel or change the dates. They did not agree and 500 euros remained with them. We decided that if we did not enjoy it, then we would give it to someone else, and we did advertise on Facebook, and a couple who were stuck in Italy and could not return to Israel were happy to receive it as a gift. They said that they had enjoyed the hotel, but unfortunately people are measured in difficult moments. And the hotel did not know how to support and help us. Therefore, no matter how good the rooms and service are considered, we will not come and will not recommend it.

25/06/2025: Nice decorated Hotel. Rooms are new and clean. Shower is fine. Breakfast is good. BUT; Unfortunately and kind of strange; there is no airconditioning in the rooms, so it is quite warm/hot during the night. The air-quality, temperaturewise, is not so good in the Hotel overal. And it was not even hot outside while we where there. The service at the terrace is quite slow when you arrive. Our main goal was MTB, and that was a big succes.

24/08/2025: This is the second year in a row we've returned to the Hotel Genziana. The hotel is centrally located and extremely convenient. The rooms are spotless, the breakfasts and dinners are excellent. Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail. The staff is very kind and helpful. The spa is complete and well-maintained, and the staff is very courteous. Two considerations for improving this little gem: - The spa's opening hours, from 4 to 7 pm, are too restrictive. I personally suggested at least closing at 7:30 pm; most guests are out all day on excursions, and returning around 5:30 pm means they can't enjoy a complete and therefore healthy wellness program. - The outdoor hydromassage pool is nestled in a magnificent garden that gets the sun from morning until 6 pm, so I would recommend opening it at least from 2 pm for those who enjoy the garden and the sun; instead, it opens from 4 pm to 7 pm, like the spa. I hope these suggestions are taken as constructive; I also run a small hospitality business, and when my guests point out improvements, I always welcome them as positive exceptions. 06/08/2025: A truly wonderful experience. The staff are very kind and friendly. Wonderful is a better word! The restaurant is amazing. Breakfast was brilliant. Overall an amazing experience. 26/07/2025: Like every year, we were at the Patriarch with friends yesterday and let the fantastic culinary delights of your establishment melt in our mouths. It's a real treat to enter your beautiful, tastefully decorated establishment. When the staff, like me at your place, greet you with a friendly "Grüss Gott" paired with an unmistakable smile, you notice that people matter most here, both as employees and guests. This truly pleasant, friendly atmosphere extends into the kitchen as well. In the restaurant industry, it's often particularly difficult to remain pleasant, because the times we live in seem to bring more and more dissatisfied people to light. Therefore, we would like to restore balance and thank you for the lovely evening. Life is beautiful; yesterday was the best proof of that. 09/08/2025: A lovely café with a large, quiet terrace under chestnut trees, next to an apple orchard. A nice little playground with a swing, slide, and seesaw. Unfortunately, there's no shade. The menu is modest. They could offer a bit more. The toast and baguette, however, are nothing special. Very friendly service. The restrooms are excellent and clean. We highly recommend it.

24/08/2025: ...simply thieves.... Buying a slice of sardenaira-style pizza for 10 euros is pure madness, no justification, just dishonesty.... Unfortunately, my partner is ashamed to say "I won't buy it anymore," and unfortunately I wasn't there....

20/08/2025: My family and I ate for lunch, there were 4 of us, the place was clean and very busy, we ordered the mashed potatoes as a starter and it was very good and tasty, we had 4 first courses and a second course, 2 porcini mushroom risottos with the addition of black truffle, a simple mushroom risotto and a spaghetti with tomato and buffalo burrata, as a second course a lamb shank, the first courses were very good, the only flaw was the fact that the mushroom risotto cost €30 and the addition of truffle made the price rise to €50 without even showing us the weighing of the truffle (which is usually done in restaurants that sell it), the lamb shank did not have a good flavour, the meat was probably from an older lamb (to make me understand better it was sheep not lamb), despite these flaws we ate well so it deserves 4 stars in total, last comment the waiter is a bit too know-it-all but I imagine he does it to appear nice Some people probably like it, but not personally, but the service was precise and punctual, so 4 stars.

27/07/2025: I had one of the best meals ever. The pork knuckle was wonderful and delicious beyond description. While I understand that tourist areas can result in a loss of food quality, my meal was exceptional. I will definitely return.

09/08/2025: What's that? We waited 45 minutes for the salad! Did the leaves still have to be picked? Value for money? There are far better restaurants in Tirolo. The interior is like a train station bar. We won't be back. Not recommended. The website promises more than it can deliver.

31/08/2025: I was here for lunch yesterday on my trip to South Tyrol and it was fabulous! The staff were very nice and the food and wine delicious. I would definitely recommend you give it a try!

29/08/2025: I was blown away by the quality of service here and was pleasantly surprised by the local cuisine served here, which was the perfect mixture of Italian and South Tyrollean flavors. The bartender, David, makes amazing cocktails and matcha lattes! Highly recommend 10/10

31/08/2025: I often get pizza delivered from them, and it's better than many pizzerias with wood-fired ovens! And that says it all! They're always so kind, both when you order and when they deliver it. They're never on time, BUT ALWAYS EARLY, and that's just a pleasure! In my opinion, it's the best pizza in all of Laives. 24/08/2025: We stopped in Brennero for the night. Our pizza cravings were more than satisfied at Pasta e Pizza da Andrea. We didn't even see the place because we ate outside. The waiters were friendly, courteous, and professional. The pizza was delicious and crispy, the prices were below average (at least in my area, they're more expensive), and the beer was excellent, too. Highly recommended.

20/06/2025: A very nice, well-maintained, and modern hotel. Excellent service, and very helpful and friendly staff. Clean, spacious rooms, and a nice bathroom and toilet with a bidet. Free parking is available, although limited. The breakfast buffet offers a wide selection, including delicious bread and everything your heart desires. Dinner is also fine dining and very varied. The pool area is very nice and clean, but the sunbathing area is only accessible by elevator, one floor above the pool. Great hotel; I definitely recommend it.
