08/06/2025: Ideal for families: great drinks and relaxation for the little ones” We went to Gasthaus Weber on a hot summer day and found everything perfect for a family break. The outdoor playground is well-kept, with swings, a slide and space to run around: our children had a lot of fun while we enjoyed a moment of relaxation. The drinks menu is really complete: local beers on tap, natural juices from local fruit (try the elderberry one!) and also excellent house spirits. All served with courtesy and attention. We appreciated the quiet atmosphere, the tables in the shade of the trees and the view of the mountains. It is the perfect place for those traveling with children and want to stop for a drink in peace, knowing that the little ones are having fun in safety. We will definitely be back!

29/06/2025: If you like rustic food, this is the place for you. Traditional South Tyrolean fare is truly delicious. The beer garden is beautifully decorated, with lots of greenery. The interior is just like you'd imagine a tavern to be. The waiters were all incredibly friendly. We even had a visit from the farm dog during our meal; he was lying quite relaxed under the table.

08/03/2025: La passeggiata per arrivare alla malga è molto carina e panoramica. Il sentiero è in parte ghiacciato, motivo per cui non sempre concedono di scendere con gli slittini e per la salita meglio armarsi di ramponcini. Malga molto tipica, scelta limitata di piatti, ma locale molto ospitale con posti a sedere sia dentro sia fuori. Buonissima la torta di fragole con la crema alla vaniglia. Prezzi nella media.

07/07/2025: I recently ate at this restaurant and I can honestly say that it is one of the best restaurants I have ever visited. From the moment you enter, you are greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the friendly and attentive staff make sure you feel at ease immediately. The food was simply excellent – ​​freshly prepared, carefully arranged and incredibly tasty. Every dish was a real treat, and you can tell that they cook with a lot of passion. The wine selection was also excellent and went perfectly with the dishes. The atmosphere in the restaurant was very pleasant – comfortable, elegant, yet simple and relaxed. You can feel that quality and hospitality come first here. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone spending their holiday in Gardena (Gröden). A real culinary experience that you will never forget!

16/02/2025: Helga and her team welcomed us and accompanied us on our summer vacation, which we still remember after months... A true paradise! Located in a fairytale place, this property lacks nothing to get the highest score. Recommended!!!

09/07/2025: A wonderful hike through cow pastures, with panels telling stories about the alpine pasture's legends. The cake was sensational, the schnitzel was delicious, and there was delicious buttermilk—what more could you want after a beautiful hike? Wonderful location, friendly service!

30/06/2025: The food is excellent, the prices are more than fair. We had the crushed canederli with mixed salad, sautéed potatoes with speck and eggs, giant Milanese cutlet with sautéed potatoes, strudel and strawberry cake. Super🔝, recommended.

13/04/2025: It's not often that you dine in a farm in Trentino where authentic flavors reign supreme. We dined lulled by the peace, silence and courtesy of the owner in an almost sacred atmosphere. Delicious cold cuts, cheeses and bread, typical of the place. Goulash with very tender and tasty speck dumplings. Space apple strudel. Prices normal.

13/04/2025: Non accade spesso di cenare in una fattoria trentina dove i sapori autentici la fanno da padrone. Deliziosi affettati, formaggi e pane, tipici del luogo. Gulasch con canederli allo speck tenerissimo e saporito. Strudel di mele spaziale. Prezzi nella norma.

22/06/2025: A lovely, cozy country inn with fair prices. The restaurant specializes in pizzas, but also serves other dishes. Unfortunately, the two young men serving on the terrace are unprofessional. The appetizer and pizza were brought at the same time, and many small items were forgotten. The prices are reasonable and fair. Free parking is available on site, and the hotel is only a few minutes' drive up a hill from the highway. The rooms are comfortable and simple. A small Italian breakfast with a Nespresso coffee is served on the first floor.

15/06/2025: The location of the hotel is not the best. It takes some time to drive down from the highway. The hotel is located in a village on the mountain. From this village, you can see the valley below. The hotel room is large and newly renovated. The bathroom and balcony are also large. The service attitude is good. The breakfast quality is good, but there are not too many choices. Overall, I am very satisfied. The hotel itself also has a restaurant, you can consider eating there.

15/02/2025: Nice hotel with very tasty food and very friendly staff. Attention to detail. The accommodation is also very well located to the slopes, ski school and is very easy to reach by public transport. The wellness and spa area is top. All in all a lovely successful holiday. I'll be back.

23/07/2025: Terrible Experience – Not Worth the Hype or the Price We had a really disappointing dinner at Adler. First, the waitress brought us wine without even asking what we wanted — no wine list, no question, just poured whatever she chose. That set the tone for the night. The food was bland and boring, with no flavor or excitement. Then came the worst part: we ordered an ox steak and no one asked how we wanted it cooked. It came out completely overcooked. We sent it back and asked for medium rare — it came back nearly raw. We had to send the steak three times to the kitchen, and still it wasn’t right. My partner almost choked on a cold, chewy piece of meat. It was honestly scary and unacceptable. For a place with this reputation, it was a complete failure.

22/07/2025: We were staying nearby but were able to enjoy the delicious and authentic cuisine twice in this charming, clean, and cozy restaurant. The hostess and staff were exceptionally attentive and friendly, even to our three children. Everything went perfectly. As Belgians with a passion for fine dining, we can highly recommend this restaurant. They use local ingredients, and the plates are beautifully presented. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back to enjoy all the delicious food. Excellent value for money! Fam. Van Hulle

25/06/2025: Staff was exceptionally rude. After waiting for 5 minutes at the front they finally responded to us and instructed us to wait for 2 minutes as they were setting up a table for us. At least 10 to 15 minutes go by of us standing at the front and the table still had not been made. Not only did they seem extremely understaffed but they ended up giving another two guests a table before us (unsure if they had booked prior or not because they spoke a language I didn’t understand). There were many free tables available. They could have said no, we cannot give a table unless you book. But they told us to wait for two minutes, only for us to be standing for 15 as other people got tables. Gave me the impression business was running poorly, so they grabbed us and told us to wait as soon as we got there 🤷‍♀️ Very poor service, I don’t recommend unless you book prior. Very rude, clear communication could have mitigated this issue. Its a shame because the food smelt delicious but apparently its overpriced anyway 🤣
