06/05/2025: We ordered a dish that was venison with polenta (which must go great with wine), pasta with bacon and white sauce, apricot juice and an apple pie. Everything was delicious!

12/05/2025: I'm actually not a fan of Google reviews because it's always a snapshot. It's been 2 years since our visit. But the experience there doesn't leave me alone. What I'm also not a fan of is the hype surrounding restaurants with Michelin stars. You can't actually eat badly, especially in South Tyrol. Nevertheless, we wanted to try it again. It was a complete disappointment. The entire meal was seasoned with soy sauce. I could have gone to any Asian bistro and it would have been better. But the highlight was that in the room where we ate, there was a Russian family in tracksuits sitting at the next table. It's a no-go in a restaurant like this. The icing on the cake was that they also smoked in the restaurant and the service didn't dare to put a stop to it. The only thing the service managed to do was apologize after we paid our €700 bill because the Russians smoked. It is more pleasant in every ski hut in the Sella Ronda.

Ottimi piatti ben curati e serviti, La cucina rappresenta bene lo stile altoatesino con ricette complesse, ma con un equilibrio di sapori e consistenze sempre presente . Nota di merito alla piccola pasticceria, molto creativa e servita su un tappeto di chicchi di caffe.

13/05/2025: We arrived in 2 without a reservation, the very kind owner made us sit at a table reserved by others an hour after our arrival. After 7 minutes from our order the pizzas arrived, for those who love Neapolitan pizza with a crust you will find it. Flavor and quality ingredients, unfortunately, but it is my limit I prefer pizza without. Anyway friendly and efficient!💪

13/04/2025: It's not often that you dine in a farm in Trentino where authentic flavors reign supreme. We dined lulled by the peace, silence and courtesy of the owner in an almost sacred atmosphere. Delicious cold cuts, cheeses and bread, typical of the place. Goulash with very tender and tasty speck dumplings. Space apple strudel. Prices normal.

13/04/2025: Non accade spesso di cenare in una fattoria trentina dove i sapori autentici la fanno da padrone. Deliziosi affettati, formaggi e pane, tipici del luogo. Gulasch con canederli allo speck tenerissimo e saporito. Strudel di mele spaziale. Prezzi nella norma.

01/05/2025: I ordered two pizzas to pick up yesterday. My order should be ready for pickup after 30 minutes. When I arrived at the restaurant I had to wait in the entrance area for 10 minutes before I was even spoken to. The staff looks at you and either continues walking or turns away beforehand. At some point I was approached by the bartender and after a quick inquiry in the kitchen I was put off for another 10 minutes. The staff was extremely overwhelmed. Meanwhile, more and more guests came to the restaurant. I had to wait 45 minutes in the restaurant to get my pizzas, which resulted in a total wait of 1 hour and 15 minutes. I'm beyond disappointed and pissed off. If I don't have my shop under control, I can't accept as many guests. Judging by the looks on other guests' faces, I wasn't the only one who had to wait a long time. In any case, there is no recommendation from me!

26/05/2025: Stunning hotel, the scent of pine wood that welcomes you as soon as you enter. Top services from the spa to the pool. Very helpful and courteous staff. I have been coming back for years and it continues to be the first choice for taste, structure and cleanliness.

28/03/2025: Unfortunately, we were disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The manager/owner of the hotel behaved very unprofessionally. My friends and I booked 3 rooms, including one 2+1, and this room, which was more expensive than the 2-person rooms, turned out to be a total disaster because instead of a normal bed for a 13-year-old child, there was... a small, narrow fold-out armchair measuring less than 1.5 m by 40 cm... A joke! Since the reception was already closed, we decided to switch rooms because the 2-person room had a single bed much larger than the armchair. The next day we informed the reception about this and everything would have been fine if not for the fact that we were charged for a child we do not have... Despite explanations, it was impossible to explain the situation to the manager. She told us to settle the bill between ourselves. She was rude and raised her voice at us, so we finally left without resolving the problem. Be careful with this 2+1 room because it may turn out that your child will not fit on this "bed". Apart from that, the breakfast food was poor, few salads, only smoked salmon once a week, and otherwise only cheese and ham, cereal, tomatoes and cucumbers. It's nice that you can make yourself orange juice. Dinners were not to our taste, too little seasoning and stringy meat. There was no fish or seafood at all. Nice SPA and swimming pool. Nice service at the restaurant, reception and cleaning (apart from the manager). We will definitely not return. There are much better hotels nearby for the same price. **** Hi, I don't have time to dispute but there are some facts which you mixed, so let me point out some: - We couldn't inform reception about the problem because it was already closed when we finished our dinner. (reception closed at 22:30) - We did what we thought was right at that moment, so the child of our friends could sleep comfortably, and we informed reception the next day just so your staff knew where to put extra towels or bad sheets. - We even inform reception that we will pay for the rooms as was originally agreed. And now – Last day (payment day) you charge me for my room + for the child I don't have. Which clearly makes a mistake from your side. I paid without questioning because I didn't have my phone with me to check what was on the original offer. Next morning on the day of departure we went to inform you that it was a simple mistake and ask you if you can resolve it. You started to check it in your system, and you also agreed that the hotel charged me too much. Instead of giving me my money back right away and charging my friend while he stood next to me, you started to raise your voice. But what made me angry was Your answer, that I can resolve it with my friend because he paid too little. Conclusion. The hotel makes mistakes and leaves customers with a problem (me), and in an uncomfortable situation when I'm forced to be my friend for my money. And to be clear I did not ask you for a discount, it was my friend.

26/05/2025: Schlechter Service, es kann nicht sein, dass sich die Bedienung am Tisch, am Hintern kratzt. Auch hat man das Gefühl, möglichst schnell abgefertigt zu werden. Wir haben zwei Salat als Vorspeise vom Buffet bestellt. Betonung lag auf Vorspeise. Trotzdem wurde der Hauptgang sofort dazu gebracht. Den ich zurück in die Küche gehen lies. Der kam dann nach dem Salat. Eine italienische Spezialität!!!!! Putenfleisch sehr trocken , Soße italienisch?????? Wir sagen im Schwarzwald „Päcklesosse“ Die Reduktion um 1 Euro bei kleiner Portion ist einfach unverschämt!! Und dann wurde ich nicht mal gefragt“ Ob es mir geschmeckt hat“. 14/02/2025: Nothing special, you are not informed about the fish week, for example, the glass was broken, no real menu or wine lists, we would have hoped for more at this price.

18/04/2025: A great stay for skiing. Unfortunately, we caught the exact week when the sun was practically nonexistent, and only clouds and fog were present. Still, it was spectacular. The hotel is in a fantastic location in terms of views, tranquility, and nature. If you want to be right in the center of town or right next to the lift, this is probably the wrong place. The hotel offers a free shuttle service in the morning and afternoon to Ortisei, Antoniusplatz (bus stop) or the two valley stations for the Seiser Alm and Seceda. From Antoniusplatz, it's about a 25-30-minute bus ride to Selva/Wolkenstein, where you can start your Sella Ronda tour directly. Free bus tickets for public transport are also available from the hotel (ask at reception). We opted for 3/4 board. The food is more than plentiful, varied, and delicious. Breakfast is plentiful, with fresh egg dishes. There's also a generous snack buffet for lunch/afternoon (if you stay at the hotel). ... A huge appetizer and salad buffet in the evening, followed by a 3-course menu, which you choose at breakfast in the morning. There's a daily variety at both the buffets, and the menu options weren't repeated in a single week. Every evening, the hotel offered a small additional offer, such as a welcome drink, mulled wine by the fire, schnapps tasting, and the like. At first, we thought, "Hmm, the spa is only open until 7:30 p.m." However, after being picked up by the shuttle every day, you have about 2 hours in the spa before going to dinner if you're planning on spending the whole day on the slopes. After dinner, we were both exhausted. The hotel spa is fairly new; other guests said it was built only about 3 years ago. The indoor and outdoor pools are very pleasantly warm and large, plus there's a whirlpool inside and a larger one outside. The ice bath is part of the sauna, which has a small, non-smoking area in the swimming area, and a separate nude sauna with a relaxation area. Perfect after a full day of skiing/snowboarding! Some of the rooms are brand new, while others are in a typical, somewhat older Tyrolean style. Underfloor heating in the bathroom, bidet, etc., as you'd expect from Italy. The only star deduction I'd give the room is for the mattress, which I found to be too hard, but I'm a bit sensitive about that. The ski room also has everything you need, but could be a bit larger or offer more hanging space. All the ski/snowboard storage spaces were quickly taken. But it's also a minor issue. For €5, you can use the washing machine and dryer, which was definitely very convenient after four days of skiing to reduce the unpleasant smells for the others for the last two days. The cleanliness in all areas is truly outstanding, and the price-performance ratio is right from start to finish. We will definitely come back to ski the Sella Ronda again in the sunshine.

14/03/2025: Back to the hotel and again a fantastic stay. Excellent cuisine. Additional attractions every evening. The swimming pool and sauna area are wonderful.

21/05/2025: The two of us stayed at the Schloss Hotel Korb from Sunday to Wednesday. The first impression was good, but the room was a bit dated. Upon entering, we could hear the toilet running, and the rain shower wasn't working. Otherwise, everything was clean and tidy. The common rooms are also overflowing with decorative items and are partly dusty and run-down. The hotel is definitely in need of renovation in many areas. The location is outstanding, and the view over Bolzano speaks for itself. A beautifully landscaped outdoor area with an infinity pool and sauna in front of the vineyards is inviting and impressive. The service is very inconsistent and dependent on the individual. From long wait times to inattentiveness and ignorance, we unfortunately had mostly negative experiences with the service. All in all, the stay was fine, but we wouldn't come back under these circumstances.

29/05/2025: After a very successful visit...it was time for a second visit...we were given a very nice table by a young waitress without a reservation...then a woman behind the counter loudly asked, "What do they think they're doing, just sitting down?" The meal was okay. The unfriendly person then served us...it's been a while, why I'm writing this is simply: we've already passed by three times and thought, "Nope, this isn't going to work!" The feedback on the review reflects the attitude towards the customer!
