We often had lunch at Saxifraga during our holiday. Fantastic, creative cuisine with a good wine list. Be sure to try the local wines. Great view of Merano. The staff was always very friendly and attentive.

What a fantastic restaurant, incredibly delicious food. Not to mention the view. Simply breathtaking. Their steak tartare, or even... oh, everything is just amazing... I'm already looking forward to our next visit. Keep it up! And no... I'm not getting any free food or money for this review. Try it for yourselves!!!

A truly enchanting restaurant, designed with great attention to detail. The terrace offers a wonderful view and is perfect for relaxing. Everything was also impeccably clean, which we greatly appreciated. The food was simply delicious and made our visit perfect. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant.

A remarkable restaurant in every respect. The food is outstanding, and "very good" is an understatement. The service is very friendly and refreshingly approachable. The terrace offers a fantastic view of Merano. Saxifraga has never disappointed us.

Going to Saxifrage is always a very special highlight for us. The food is fantastic, the service is perfect, the staff is friendly, and the owners are wonderful and incredibly kind. It's always the perfect day for us when we're there. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

03/06/2026: The handsome male staff member is very smart. He never misses orders and understands customers’ needs well! He definitely deserves a raise. However, the female staff member has missed my orders several times and needs further improvement.

23/05/2026: We went there spontaneously without a reservation. Even though it was very busy, they did everything they could to find us a table – truly very friendly and attentive! We ordered two pizzas. The wide selection alone was impressive, and the pizzas themselves were incredibly delicious. Service: excellent! Atmosphere: excellent! Food: excellent! Price: excellent! Highly recommended!
