03/03/2025: Historic restaurant in Sansepolcro, under new management, which for some years has made it more pleasant and contemporary. The food is good, a nice environment and excellent service with the professionalism that goes with the environment.

As for the food: appetizer of hand-sliced ​​Tuscan raw ham that was decidedly too tasty followed by a fairly monotonous rigatoni all'amatriciana. Unfortunately, the crunchy part of the bacon was missing: the latter is creamed with the sauce resulting in a "boiled" result. A shame. 6.5/10

07/02/2025: Very nice environment. The appetizer with bruschetta was delicious and plentiful. The pizza (not Neapolitan) is low, seasoned well and tasty. Next time I would like to try homemade first courses and meat because the menu seemed valid to me. A place to return to.

Dall'atmosfera che crea un ambiente accogliente e intimo, alla presentazione dei piatti, ogni aspetto trasuda passione e dedizione. Il servizio è impeccabile: il personale è attento, professionale e pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza con un sorriso. Ogni piatto è un'esperienza unica, frutto di ingredienti freschi e preparazioni di altissima qualità. La cura con cui ogni portata è servita, con una combinazione perfetta di sapori e colori, dimostra un grande rispetto per la tradizione gastronomica e l'innovazione. Consigliatissimo!

17/01/2025: Anyone can eat here! It is not a given to find a place where everyone, including celiacs, vegans, vegetarians and lactose intolerants, can enjoy an excellent meal and leave satisfied. Excellent food, super nice place and very friendly staff. Small dogs are also welcome. We'll be back! :-)

16/01/2025: A very pleasant discovery. As a dairy intolerant and vegan, I was very satisfied with both the savory and sweet crepes. I hadn't eaten one in years. It's not a given to find several dairy-free choices. The juices are also excellent. The place is small, but welcoming and well looked after. Another very welcome surprise are the free sanitary pads in the bathroom. Kind and helpful staff. I will definitely go back.

05/03/2025: I eat here almost every Monday for dinner and highly recommend it - the food is not fine dining but very tasty and the prices are very reasonable. The most important thing is that it is always full every time we go. Very good

30/11/2024: Historic venue on the road leading to Sansepolcro. I was there more or less 30 years ago and it seems to me that time has stopped. Same environment, same flavors, friendly and professional staff. Fast service and I'm waiting. Truffles and mushrooms are the stylistic feature of the restaurant. The rest is a detail. Worth the stop. Only detail: pork fillet with white truffle on the menu but served with black truffle. It can happen. Recommended I hope to return before the next 30 years

04/11/2024: Mi esposa y yo estábamos en Toscana para nuestra luna de miel. Nos enteramos de este restaurante por el anfitrión de la granja en la que nos alojamos. Este restaurante se encuentra en Montebenichi, una pequeña ciudad de la Toscana. Mi esposa y yo somos pescadores y no había ninguna opción para nosotros. Este restaurante es conocido por sus platos de pasta y carne. Sin embargo, no tuvimos ningún problema con la elección de ensalada, sopa y pasta. Admitiré que la sopa toscana local, Ribollita, fue absolutamente una de las mejores sopas que he comido! ¡Todavía sueño con esta sopa! El chef fue tan amable de hacernos pasta arrabiata que no estaba en el menú pero que hizo es especial para nosotros. La pasta era perfecta. El vino local era una combinación perfecta con nuestra comida. Recomiendo encarecidamente visitar este restaurante cuando esté en la Toscana. Estoy de acuerdo con otro crítico en preguntar "¿por qué no es este un restaurante con clasificación Michelin" - es tan bueno!

08/10/2024: To say that the food was perfect or wonderful would be an understatement. This evening offered us a complete and outstanding gastronomic experience. The food, the hospitality—without unnecessary frills but filled with substance—featured select ingredients, exceptional flavors, and above all, a genuine, homely, and incredibly polite and humble welcome. One of the best dining experiences we’ve ever had. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the wonderful host and chef. The wine list was also superb, with rare finds. This place truly deserves a Michelin star for many reasons.
