Beautiful restaurant just outside Castiglion Fiorentino. Excellent schiacciata, fresh, high-quality ingredients, friendly and professional staff, and a wine cellar with a wide selection... We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended.

Excellent selection of light and crispy stuffed focaccia, made with excellent domestic and international ingredients. The daily specials are well-made, but the price isn't listed on the menu; I recommend asking before ordering. Good wine list.

21/03/2026: I stopped twice, one for lunch and the second for dinner. I found the staff extremely kind, precious and honest. The portions were generous and of excellent taste. I recommend it to everyone. I take this opportunity to also say hello to all the staff, who were truly kind and friendly.
