22/04/2025: Excellent hotel. Paradise for those who needs Gluten Free kitchen. Great place to have 3 generations holiday. Grandparents in a suit and children and grandchildren in an apartment ( there are 4) .It is not a fancy hotel and it feels like home, also because of the attitude of the staff, Good location to visit both Toscana's wine route, as well as all main cities Very good breakfast and also a very good restaurant on site. For sure we will come again

31/05/2025: Such a nice place at the top of the plaza. The service was sharp, and the food choices outstanding. For the lunch menu, you can select from the "classics" menu (as in traditional Italian) or the gourmet menu. The gourmet menu still features great Italian ingredients, but the preparations are more inventive.

30/05/2025: Posizione eccellente nella piazza più importante della città, sotto i portici del Vasari. Tavoli perfettamente preparati, personale gentile e preparato. Menù vario e vini ben assortiti. Impiattamenti ben realizzati. Il "facsimile" del tiramisù, semplicemente fantastico sia come preparazione al tavolo che come sapori. N.B. non è il vero tiramisù a scanso di equivoci ma una interpretazione dello chef. Prezzo adeguato alla qualità.

22/04/2025: Abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorante insieme a una coppia di amici e alle loro bambine. Eravamo in sei e siamo stati messi in un tavolo spazioso e confortevole. L'atmosfera è familiare e il personale si è dimostrato attento e preparato: alcuni hanno ordinato il primo e altri il secondo, ma i piatti sono arrivati sincronizzati alla perfezione e ci hanno permesso di mangiare tutti insieme. Cibo molto buono, soprattutto la tagliata di tonno.

19/04/2025: A lovely and friendly restaurant where the waiters went out of their way to explain everything to us in english. The food was delicious (we went for pizzas) and it was surprisingly cheap. They have daily menus and combinations that are really affordable and well thought out. Recommended

30/03/2025: It used to be a great place but lately it's gone downhill a bit. The service is friendly but a little slow, the quality of the food has deteriorated a little and the portions also seem smaller than in the past. The environment is very nice but it is really too hot almost at all times of the year (this is a problem that has always been there). The price of the dishes is adequate.

02/05/2025: Nel tardo pomeriggio del primo maggio, con il centro storico di Stia quasi deserto e tutto chiuso, questo ristorante di fronte all’albergo si è acceso come una piccola luce accogliente. Non è la classica sorpresa dettata da basse aspettative: qui si va sinceramente oltre. Pane fatto in casa, piatti curati e sorprendenti come la tartare di gamberi, le linguine all’astice e una ricciola cucinata alla perfezione. Ma il vero valore aggiunto è l’atmosfera: i proprietari guidano il locale con passione e trattano il personale come una famiglia, e questo si riflette nell’accoglienza calorosa e nel servizio attento. Un’esperienza autentica, da ricordare e sicuramente da ripetere.

30/12/2024: Bellissimo locale, importante, in un paesino nelle vicinanze di Arezzo, e quindi il parcheggio semplicissimo a pochi metri dall'ingresso. Forse è solo un vizio ma dover impazzire con il traffico o perdere tempo nel trovare un parcheggio è una cosa che mi fa iniziare male una serata, e questa volevo semplicemente che fosse perfetta. Sala principale, dove c'era il nostro tavolo, stupenda, con una vetrata che affaccia sull'Arno di una bellezza unica. Per il resto parliamo di una stella quindi tutto impeccabile. Scelta dei piatti fondamentalmente non ampia e di base solo menù degustazione, due fissi e uno scegliendo i piatti, ma con la particolarità di poter fare menù diversi sullo stesso tavolo e quindi scelti entrambi e abbinamento vini. Come detto, lascio qualche foto a testimoniare, tutto perfetto. Benvenuto simpatico e particolare, pani ottimi come il burro e il lardo in accompagnamento. Piatti originali, mai banali e mai eccessivi, gusti semplici ed eleganti. Poi ognuno sceglie quello che lo fa innamorare e qui non ho dubbi sui primi, fantastici. Una piccola nota o direi invito, rivolto non a questo locale in particolare, ma generico per chi ha raggiunto l'importante e sudato traguardo della stella, regalate al cliente la "goduria" di un pò di primo in più, anche solo trenta grammi di pasta in più. Realizzate piatti che sono capolavori del gusto e della vista una forchettata, un cucchiaio e........finito! La zucca, ricotta di pecora agrumi e alloro strepitosa, due cucchiai piatto vuoto, le linguine crostacei crudi e cotti............emozionanti..........due forchettate...............ammetto di amare il cibo e mangiare, ma quei trenta grammi regalerebbero quell'appagamento che credo il cliente merita. Abbinamento vini ottimo, spaziando tra Italia, Francia e Toscana, nessuna deriva "naturalistica" ma sostanza, qualità ed originalità, quindi bravo il Sommelier. Costo importante, in perfetta linea con i locali stellati che credo orami seguano delle fasce, quindi menù, abbinamento e qualche piccolo extra si viaggia sui circa 200€ a persona. Bravi e spero di tornare.

24/05/2025: Everything was excellent. The bruschetta and pasta were delicious. The meat was exceptional. The welcome from Mr. Romano along with his exceptional friendliness. I would have given 5 stars but unfortunately the dessert was not up to expectations. I had a tiramisu, but I pointed out that it was too dry and the mascarpone too solid and they assumed it was the one from the day before.

19/05/2025: Dinner with colleagues. Excellent food and generous portions. Unfortunately, the girl who served us made all the good things they do in the kitchen vanish. Cold service, with annoyed answers. She also brought the meat with the first courses saying that we hadn't specified that we wanted it as a second course. Having said that, we ate well and the place is characteristic but don't expect a warm welcome and above all make sure you specify that you want to bring the meat after the first courses, you never know.
