31/03/2024: Having dinner or lunch here always has something special. It may be the room overlooking the waterfall, it may be the beauty of the Casentino but as soon as I have the chance, I make a stop at the Hospital. The selection of wines (Il Puro, my favourite), the first courses, the meat and the desserts. Even just for breakfast, it's worth going there

30/03/2024: Excellent Tuscan cuisine with extremely high-quality, regional products, a lot of intelligence and creativity. Extremely hard-working and pleasant staff. In terms of price, considering the quality of the products, it's really cheap. Definitely a recommendation!

24/12/2023: Tactical restaurant for business lunches. Well organised, fast, they even have tobacconists!!! The food is good, the place is clean and tidy. Polite and helpful staff.
