La Commendina in Bagnoro is a simple restaurant with welcoming and knowledgeable staff. It's one of those places that manages to preserve the authentic flavors of tradition while presenting itself with a modern and refined touch. The locally sourced products, homemade pasta, cured meats, and cheeses speak to a region rich in quality and passion, while the roast nana deserves a special mention: truly exceptional.

A very positive experience. The restaurant is small but welcoming and beautifully decorated. The menu is typically Tuscan, with great attention to both the ingredients and the cuisine. The dishes are prepared with a focus on tradition and with attention to detail that makes them particularly interesting and enjoyable, from appetizers to desserts. The wine selection is excellent, with labels that optimize taste and price. Service times are a bit long, but the wait is definitely worth it. The waiters are very courteous, knowledgeable, and attentive. Compliments to the manager.
