03/06/2025: Dining at Crispi's in Arezzo was a winning choice! The place is welcoming and the staff was very attentive and friendly. The quality of the food was excellent, we enjoyed the cold cuts, the Tuscan appetizer and also the pizza. The only complaint is the price, perhaps a little high compared to other places, but considering the quality and service, it could be worth going back. I recommend trying their dishes. 4/5 stars.

01/05/2025: A place I really don't know what rating to give. The important thing is one, would I go back? Yes. The place is very informal. The managers are kind but with a somewhat approximate service. Everything seems to have stuck to an indefinite day in the mid 80s. Even the price and therefore we must congratulate it because it has been a long time since I spent 22.50 for 2 pizzas, water and coffee at the table.

One of the strong points is certainly the breakfast, rich and varied: fresh products, homemade desserts, local cured meats, seasonal fruit and options for all tastes, all served in a welcoming and relaxing environment. The rooms are impeccable: spotless, spacious and tastefully furnished. You can perceive great attention in the choice of every element, from fabrics to furnishings, creating a warm and authentic atmosphere. A very positive note also on the restaurant with dishes prepared and refined by the chef. The staff is kind and helpful, always ready to recommend places to visit or typical restaurants in the surrounding area with a smile. A place that we wholeheartedly recommend to those seeking relaxation, beauty and authentic hospitality in Tuscany.

13/05/2025: A wonderfully located B&B in a lovingly renovated old farmhouse. Marilena's breakfast buffet offers many delicious options, including eggs, sausage, and cheese. There are many hiking opportunities and lovely places to visit nearby. You can enjoy a delicious dinner in the house itself upon reservation. Highly recommended.

09/05/2025: We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was beautiful and very clean. They even had a hamam feature in the shower. The property is also stunning and cortona is a lovely town. Highly recommend if you’re planning a trip to Tuscany!

01/05/2025: Our stay at La Corte Dei Papi was one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. The elegant accommodations, relaxing grounds and attentive service created the ultimate in relaxation. The food, not only the best we had in Italy, was some of the best food we have ever eaten anywhere worldwide. A stay at La Corte Dei Papi will be a "must" on all our return visits to Italy.

15/05/2025: We only had drinks then later dinner but it serves delicious regional food. Perfect pasta and tender, slow cooked beef. Interesting dessert too! Friendly service and fantastic location by a waterfall where you can drop fish food to the fish way below.

11/05/2025: Today I went to eat in this restaurant for the first time together with a friend of mine after having been to collect blackthorns in nearby areas like every year in this period. The place is very particular and cute, located between a Roman bridge and a waterfall where beautiful trout emerge and where dippers also nest, which are also beautiful. As for lunch I would say a categorical NO! In a mountain place, seeing that you don't have the slightest idea of ​​how to treat the raw materials or blackthorn mushrooms in question is truly disappointing! Seeing the sautéed blackthorn mushrooms chopped as if they were meat sauce on the bruschetta and in the pasta was truly terrifying! In any restaurant where they know how to cook this noble mushroom, it is cut into slices like the white truffle and left raw! I hope it was a way to hide the fact that they weren't fresh because it's a beginner's mistake! Another thing that left me stunned and annoyed was the fact that they didn't have any tagliolini or tagliatelle to make this mushroom (another basis to know) and they recommended spaghetti🤦🏻‍♂️⛔🤚.. To finish, when I asked for a sunny side up egg with blackthorns the answer was the Chef does not tolerate menu changes😅😂 another mainstay dish to be presented with the blackthorn mushroom. 👎 I highly recommend you go and eat at Mr. Mario's restaurant (IL RIFUGIO) from Caprese Michelangelo the blackthorn-based dishes for two reasons: you understand how to cook and because you also eat very well this way. Plus the price for what we ate today was really exaggerated without talking about the quality! Friendliness.

21/04/2025: We spent a few wonderful days at the Locanda di Santantimo in September 2024 and it couldn't have been better. Maria and her husband are hosts with heart and soul - warm-hearted, attentive and simply incredibly personable. You immediately notice: There is a lot of love and passion here. Our room was cozy, tastefully decorated and clean. Breakfast was a real highlight - lovingly prepared every morning, with lots of homemade and regional delicacies. We loved starting the day so pampered. This accommodation is a little insider tip - quietly located, with a beautiful view of nature, and yet close enough to explore the surrounding area. We felt completely at home and will definitely come back.

17/02/2025: Stayed at the B&B for two nights on Valentine's Day 2025. Very welcoming room, with a comfortable bed, the bathroom decorated with little hearts on the towels, a very welcome surprise. Clean and well-kept premises. Very welcoming managers who gave us excellent directions for visiting the surrounding places, transmitting to us their passion for carrying out this profession. To underline the excellent breakfast, truly excellent savory and sweet dishes. Thanks to the managers and his daughter Valentina, an experience to be repeated.

04/04/2025: FINALMENTE siamo tornati a degustare il pesce dal Matto,a pranzo il venerdì nuovamente in menù.....oggi un Risotto allo scoglio da favola,una frittura croccante ed un'insalata di mare semplicemente gustosa....Quanti ricordi ci sono tornati in mente...quante serate , anni orsono ,ad aspettare lo show di Fulvio che dopo una superba cena "pesciaiola" distribuiva vassoiate in testa ai commensali.....
