04/04/2026: We stayed here for my husband's birthday. We found the atmosphere meticulously designed, with spacious rooms where we could relax and enjoy the stunning views. The apartments are clean and tidy, equipped with every comfort. The restaurant is charming, with just a few impeccably set tables. Inside, there's a fireplace where the meat is cooked freshly, a detail that, in my opinion, makes all the difference. We enjoyed the spa, two hours of pure relaxation for our exclusive use. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a few days to recharge. A special compliment goes to all the staff and the owners. As soon as you arrive, you can feel they do their job with passion and love. Thank you so much for everything, see you soon, Valentina and Matteo.

16/03/2026: A unique place... surrounded by nature. A staff capable of making you feel pampered at all times and in all situations. Highly recommended for an escape from the hectic city life... Impeccable apartments. Delightful spa. Extraordinary cuisine, highly recommended even for those like me who are vegan or vegetarian. A fabulous location for events too... everything is always meticulously cared for, down to the smallest details. A magical little place!!!!

18/04/2026: If you are looking for the perfect place to "recharge" immersed in a scenery of exceptional beauty, most beautiful sunsets and Tuscan horizons with cypress trees, olive groves and "umbrella" pines,  gardens filled with colourful flowers, intoxicating aroma of the huge wisteria and birds' songs - villa Schiatti is your place! The Villa has a history of some 200 years, but you wouldn’t miss any of the modern amenities here. All the rooms are en suite, air-conditioned, spacious, clean and sunny, with free wi-fi, equipped with small fridges and TV sets. You can choose to chill out at the gardens with a glass of Prosecco or cup of aromatic espresso, to have a splash in the pool, you can opt for a day trip to explore this part of Tuscany and its historical towns with cobbled streets and centuries-old squares -  among them Cortona, Montepulciano and Montalcino, Pienza, Siena, Perugia, Asissi and many others - all of them in a close proximity to villa Schiatty, or you can take a leisure stroll along the promenades of the beautiful nearby lake Trasimeno. However, the true asset, the "soul and the beating heart" of the Villa are the people who work here, although the word "work" isn't the most suitable to describe the staff of the Villa Schiatty as it feels that for all of them it is more a "love story" than just a work. All of them are very professional, friendly, never forget their sincere smiles at home:-), knowledgeable, always ready to go an extra mile to pamper their guests and make them feel at home. Add to it the superb quality of the food, locally sourced and lovingly prepared, excellent selection of world-famous locally produced wines,  elegant interiors with loads of charming details and overall cosy, warm, relaxing and friendly atmosphere and you will understand why many of the guests like ourselves are returning here again and again. We are leaving tomorrow but are already missing the magic of this place and its people! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Aleen and Laura (incredible, hard working people, also managers and owners of the villa), Eva and Federica (the lovely front desk girls - so professional, attentive and caring), Radmila and Svetlana - the  girls in charge of the hygiene - super efficient, fast working, nice and always smiling, the chefs, the gardeners(I am afraid to miss somebody out😊) - all of you are wonderful! 04/11/2025: First class!! From check in to check out, Allen and his staff were wonderful. The full week of four-course meals prepared in their kitchen was nothing short of a culinary experience. The wine flowed with the conversations, and we met some amazing folks from all around the world. The Villa and rooms were clean and were kept well stocked with towels, water, and the wine was only a step away! We had a teary goodbye, which has NEVER happened in any of our travels.

09/11/2025: It's a rotisserie, not a restaurant. I went there with my wife on a Sunday for lunch. The portions are generous and hot, and there's a good selection of dishes, some of which are truly delicious. The staff is friendly, and the place is well-maintained. The only thing is that the plastic plates would be nice to replace with ceramic ones. Overall, I highly recommend it.

10/04/2026: The seating area in the main restaurant area is small but the menu is excellent and service has always been great. It is almost underground in a vaulted space beneath the loggia above. Regional specialties are the way to go. They make the best tortellini en brodo that I have ever had, although that's usually a special and not guaranteed to be on the menu. One of the better restaurants in Castiglion Fiorentino in my opinion.
