28/03/2024: The offer has faded a bit compared to thirty years ago, but it is still worth the hour-long journey. Good value for money.

20/02/2024: One of a kind place. Delicious, refined and numerous dishes; based on wild herbs, edible flowers, mushrooms and other undergrowth products. Yes, there are tastings, but numerous and there is never a shortage of an encore for those who like it (even if I don't recommend it, otherwise you won't get to the end of the meal). Even the management lacks nothing: availability, patience and courtesy (they adapted the menu to a person who cannot eat pepper, accepted dogs and were patient with the owners of the latter!)

01/04/2024: In addition to being a tactical place to have dinner on the way back on trips between the Adriatic coast and Tuscany/Umbria, you can also enjoy a good slice of Chianina. I recommend trying the fried porcini mushrooms. The staff is friendly and the environment friendly and relaxing.
