26/06/2025: Review is about the dinner - didn’t stay at the B&B. First of all it’s CASH ONLY. Just a fyi. Basically they will serve you various courses for about 40€ a head. All the food was clearly fresh and excellently prepared. We had various appetizers, 4 different pastas, 3 different meats and two different desserts

17/08/2025: We stayed at the nearby hotel and stopped for dinner, typical local menu, quality raw materials and well cooked, normal price, welcoming and professional staff always with a sincere and unforced smile, clean place and you also have the possibility to eat a nice pizza, I think it is a good location to have a meal

20/04/2025: Tornati a pranzo per la seconda Pasqua consecutiva, non possiamo aggiungere altro oltre a quello precedentemente scritto nelle altre recensioni. Cibo di ottima qualita', sapientemente cucinato. Servizio cortese e attento, prezzi equi sia per l' occasione che per la qualita' proposta, location molto bella. Che altro dire se non BRAVI E SUPERCONSIGLIATO!!!!!! .

24/08/2025: Dream vacation! We stayed as a family at this beautiful property in the Val di Chiana and couldn't have asked for anything better. The apartment was large, spotlessly clean, equipped with every comfort and with incredibly comfortable beds. The view of the Tuscan countryside, with its sunflowers, is something you'll never forget. Extremely kind staff: Nadia was always available, friendly, and very professional, and Mr. Franco also welcomed us with great courtesy. We chose half-board and ate deliciously, with traditional Tuscan dishes prepared with care. The dining room staff was truly impeccable. The pool is large, clean, and has plenty of space to relax. The property is dog-friendly and perfect for families with children: my niece was thrilled! Lots of green spaces and the opportunity to even experience flying thanks to the on-site school... truly exciting! Excellent location for visiting the Val di Chiana, Val d'Orcia, and even Umbria. Breakfast served in your room was a real treat, a real treat. A special thank you for the attention paid to my brother-in-law's birthday: cake and sparkling wine provided by the staff, a gesture we greatly appreciated. We were treated with great care. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!

17/07/2025: I'm not giving the rooms stars because we didn't stay overnight because we live nearby. Yesterday was my daughter's third birthday in a row at the Serristori in Castiglion Fiorentino, Manciano to be precise. An afternoon at the pool with my daughter, the birthday girl, and my family, as well as her friends from school. A place can be beautiful and fulfilling, but people like Nadia at the front desk make it unique. A very kind, yet serious and meticulous young woman, always ready to offer the service requested by the guest, such as an aperitif by the pool or a hairdryer because we didn't have one. Then in the evening, I asked her for a fork and knife that I was missing, and she also gave me a new napkin. I told her I had one, and she replied that I had dropped it (two seconds earlier, and she was quick to notice) and so she was giving it to me clean. True customer service. Exceptional pizzas, and with the constant presence of Franco, one of the partners, always smiling and welcoming. Well, if you haven't yet tried the relaxing pool and good food, give them a try. They're also a great place to soar, with their landing strip for small planes and helicopters, offering a bird's-eye view of the Valdichiana from Cortona to Lake Trasimeno. See you soon....

06/05/2025: Mi marido y yo estábamos tratando de encontrar un restaurante local (no turístico) fuera de la plaza principal y nos topamos con este. Paola y Franco eran una delicia. Paola era muy cálido, amable y muy servicial. Teníamos los ravioles, seguido de un filete de 1 kg que estaba perfectamente cocinado y delicioso verdura. Luego nos regalaron biscotti (obviamente Paola se hizo) con un vino de postre. Exactamente lo que estábamos buscando. Sin duda volveremos.

19/07/2025: 3 pizzas and 1 beer and 1 water for 50 euros. Good, of course, but they're pizzas, not oysters and champagne.

19/07/2025: Nice place in Ponte alla Chiassa, but very hot. The air conditioning was off... the pizza was soft in the center, the edges burned. After five minutes, the mozzarella tasted like plastic. The dough was decent, and the pizza was hot, but it became rubbery after a while. The waitress was annoyed. I won't be returning.

14/06/2025: Informal but easy-going service, we had a good time. Really nice location especially when the summer darkness starts to come and that wonderful breeze comes. Super thin pizzas but with excellent ingredients. I recommend if you are in the area.
