At first glance, the interior isn't particularly inviting – a simple room with a bar and counter selling cheese, ham, and salami, shelves stocked with various toiletries and other items, two or three basic tables with chairs, and a quirky collection of decorations. Everything seems a bit old-fashioned and worn... but don't let that put you off, because the food and friendly service are fantastic; you'll find the best pizza in the whole area here! Behind the bar is another room, simply but nicely furnished, with checkered tablecloths on the tables, and behind the counter at the far end of this dining room is the large wood-fired oven. There's no menu; you simply tell them what you'd like on your pizza. In addition to pizza, they also offer various charcuterie boards with local sausage and cheese specialties and very tasty homemade "giardiniera" (pickled vegetables). When the weather is nice, they also serve outside. There's a covered terrace and a few additional tables under shady trees, overlooking the valley. The restaurant is very popular, and many people come to order pizza to go. It's therefore advisable to arrive very early in the evening or to reserve a table.
