A welcoming and beautifully decorated restaurant in the cellars of an ancient building. Outdoor seating is available for warmer weather. A cocktail bar is located at the entrance. The menu, surprisingly, is primarily seafood-based, despite being located in the hills between Chianti and Valdarno. The ingredients are extremely fresh and of excellent quality. Dishes are well prepared and presented. The service is very professional and courteous. The wine list is comprehensive and varied. Prices are moderately high.

A heavenly tasting experience! ​We opted for the seven-course tasting menu, which, all things considered, turned out to be quite generous (five would probably have been enough, considering the dessert). The menu is expertly selected: each dish represents an unexpected combination of flavors, enhancing—but never overshadowing—the quality of the ultra-fresh fish at the heart of each creation. ​Praise also goes to the wait staff: they were extremely discreet and professional. Unfortunately, we didn't take any photos, but the sensory immersion was so captivating that we completely forgot about our phones.

09/06/2026: I returned after four years and the food was just as good as I remembered. The pici all'aglione and the platters were excellent. Even though the service was slow, the wait was worth it! And they even let my dog ​​stay. I'm very satisfied and will definitely return.
