Excellent breakfast at fair prices

It's well known that even the most remote villages offer pleasant surprises. This is the case in Montagnano, a tiny hamlet of Monte San Savino, not far from Arezzo. In this town of about 800 inhabitants, I discovered Babylon Caffè, a bar and ice cream shop that rivals any of the city's eateries. At first glance, the space isn't particularly large, but moving further down the hall, we find another spacious room. Both the aperitif and the ice cream are excellent. The staff are very friendly.

Always kind and helpful. Open early in the morning. Excellent quality products. A local landmark. Highly recommended.
