18/10/2025: A simple charcuterie plate and a glass of Chianti - a lovely afternoon treat! There were six types of cured meats and two local cheeses on the small platter. The woman helping spoke some English and was very nice and accommodating. All in all a great, low key experience!
27/09/2025: A pleasant surprise!! Quality cured meats and cheeses?! Normal prices. We ordered a large cured meats and cheese platter, costing 18 euros. Really good. Worth it!! Fresh bread!!

11/11/2025: A delightful experience in the historic center of Castiglion Fiorentino. Pappardelle with wild boar ragù, sausage, grilled vegetables, and tiramisu—every course was excellent. This lunch took me back to my grandmother's house with its healthy country food. Thank you. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended.

15/11/2025: I grew up in this pizzeria... dinners with friends and cousins... I was little, 6... 7... 8... 9... Sundays were a good rest.
I ate nothing and had video games for 200 lire... 400 lire... the maximum two 500 lire ones. But the game was the TOPPE.
You certainly have experience to spare... but you should invest in a little "questioning."
At least listen; I don't think customers write reviews to discriminate against a place they've just discovered.
Leaving positive reviews or customer opinions is nice.
If I notice a poor service or service that I'd appreciate in a place I think is good... I'll let you know.
But I wouldn't want to hear the response you gave a customer.
For me, it's already 5 stars... it immediately goes down to -5.

06/04/2025: Pastry shop and café on Viale Giotto, near Piazza Giotto. Inviting pastries and good, not overly sweet breakfast items. Unfortunately, the prices are high.

09/11/2025: It's a rotisserie, not a restaurant. I went there with my wife on a Sunday for lunch. The portions are generous and hot, and there's a good selection of dishes, some of which are truly delicious. The staff is friendly, and the place is well-maintained. The only thing is that the plastic plates would be nice to replace with ceramic ones. Overall, I highly recommend it.
09/08/2025: We were driving through and needed a lunch stop. We were not deceived by the ratings. It was exactly what we were looking for. A buffet offered with many meat, pasta, and vegetable dishes. You order at the buffet pointing to what you want and take a seat. They then serve you at the table and you pay at the counter when you are finished.
The food was delicious. We had several types of chicken included bacon wrapped and a kabob. We had a beef wrapped in cheese, gnocchi that was perfectly cooked, a hearty lasagna, and green beans, broccoli, and potatoes. Bread was delicious!
Overall, it was quick service and great food. We left full and ready for the rest of our drive.

29/11/2025: I invited some guests visiting my place near Cortona to this bar-restaurant-pizzeria for lunch and dinner.
Tables are set up before the entrance for outdoor dining,
during sunny hours.
The interior space, on the left, near the entrance, is delightful: simple, welcoming, colorful, and tastefully furnished.
There is also a more modern dining room, but equally comfortable, spacious, and inviting.
We ate from the menu, and everyone, including myself, was satisfied.
Good quality pizza, as were the first courses, meats, and side dishes.
Excellent variety of desserts.
A wide selection of wines, for those who wish.
Pets welcome 🙂

11/09/2025: I went to this restaurant last Sunday with a couple of friends and we loved it. It was like eating at your grandmother's or aunt's in the countryside, where you get a lovely, wholesome meal (so you have to like the style). It's a family-run restaurant with simple, yet authentic and tasty food. The set menu is amazing: for €35 you get a bottle of wine, water, appetizer, first course, second course, side dish, coffee, and vinstanto with cantuccini biscuits. Generous portions! The staff is very friendly :)

A warm welcome, friendly and punctual staff. Spotlessly clean and comfortable rooms. The restaurant is truly top-quality, with simple, homemade cuisine, a vegetable garden adjacent to the property, and an exquisite menu. A truly positive overall experience; we will definitely be back. Thanks to all the staff.
