10/08/2026: A small bar that I really enjoy. The beer menu has shrunk over the years, but that hasn't diminished its charm! A perfect option for drinks and a meal with your partner, or with a few friends.

25/06/2026: One of the cosiest sports bars I have ever been. The prosecco is chilled, the lemon spritz fantastic. Have not eaten there yet but from what I have seen... Molto buono. Super to sit outside as well as inside and a plus. They showed all matches with Germany involved. Every time again and again. Simply a great place.

10/08/2026: If you're looking for a break from the summer heat, this location nestled in the Casentino Forests is perfect. But if you're looking for a good lunch, things are different. We order a mixed grill for two and grilled vegetables. The portion for two immediately seems paltry (2 pancettas, 2 sausages, 4 very small ribs, and a cut of red meat). The worst comes when we try to eat the red meat: rubbery, tough, impossible even to cut with carving knives. We report the incident privately to the waiter. His reaction? He returns with two spoons, takes the piece of meat from the cutting board, and leaves without saying a word or offering an alternative. When we get the bill, we mention the incident to the owner, who simply dismisses us with a curt "Strange." No remedy, no apology, zero professionalism in handling a more than legitimate complaint. A necessary review to warn future customers.

12/07/2026: Good and varied food, friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere. We ate outside in the small square in front of the restaurant, but the atmosphere is probably better inside. The desserts and appetizers are definitely worth trying. We'll definitely be back!

14/07/2026: We discovered this delightful little restaurant while strolling through the streets of Cortona, looking for a pleasant place to have dinner. It's exactly the kind of place we love: small, welcoming, and authentic, run by wonderful, friendly people who make you feel right at home. The food is truly excellent: we loved every dish we tried, from the bruschetta to the ribollita. My husband especially recommends the Chianina beef tartare with pecorino cheese fondue and truffle, one of the best I've ever had. The prices are also absolutely competitive, especially considering the quality of the dishes. We had such a great time that we returned the next day. Highly recommended!

22/03/2026: We had lunch here for the first time today, because it's near the Arezzo hospital where we had a visit. It was a pleasant discovery. The atmosphere is typical of Tuscan trattorias, quiet and family-friendly. The very friendly host offers traditional Arezzo dishes (e.g., ragù d'ocio) and Chiarnina (pici, for example), as well as the now rarely found boiled beef, all expertly prepared. The dish that really impressed me, taking me back to the flavors of my childhood, was the skewered liver with turnip tops. Sublime. The desserts and wines are also excellent. We'll be back to try other dishes like the ossobuco, peposo, and more.

06/07/2026: An authentic restaurant with typical Tuscan dishes, all very tasty. The pizzas have a very thin crust. We arrived on Sunday evening without a reservation and still got a table, which isn't always the case. The service could be improved if all orders and the bill didn't go through the owner, as it takes a while to order. Unfortunately, we waited a very long time for our drinks, but all in all, a good experience with a beautiful view.

02/05/2026: We spent two nights with our family at this beautiful and clean Agriturismo. Samuele, the owner, is a delightful person and made us feel at home right away. The property is rustic and very pleasant. The restaurant is truly excellent. The first courses are top-quality and the second courses feature Black Angus beef from their own farm, which are simply excellent. At Samuele's you'll find friendliness and top-notch cuisine. Well done. Keep up the good work.

02/03/2026: Location: The agriturismo is nestled in the beautiful countryside, and we were there on a beautiful day that already heralded spring. The dining room, furnished entirely with wood, overlooked the surrounding landscape, bathed in sunlight. Food: We sampled various dishes from the menu and thoroughly enjoyed the 100% locally sourced ingredients. We appreciated the generous portions and the fact that everything was made fresh, even if this meant a longer wait. Service: The waiters were extremely friendly, offering suggestions and explaining the various dishes. They also offered us an excellent liqueur at the end. Price: I think we paid a fair price for the experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area, especially after visiting the La Verna complex.

25/07/2026: I hate to give one star because the rest of the staff is very polite, and I don't usually write reviews... But tonight I came grocery shopping, obviously using Velocispesa, as I usually do. I get in line at the reserved checkout and find myself facing two families of tourists with two overflowing carts... obviously without Velocispesa. I glance at the regular checkouts and see only two people in line. Since I have frozen foods (which is why I use the service), I politely ask the cashier at another checkout if, once the line in front of me is over, she can let me go through there with the scanner. I point out that at the reserved checkout there are two carts full of people without Velocispesa. The cashier, with a smug expression, looks at me and says, "Well, I'll let you go ahead, but the Velocispesa checkout is the other one..." I calmly explain again that I know very well which checkout is the reserved checkout, but that tonight, like other times, there are two families with full carts without scanners. She starts huffing and puffing in front of me and the other customers, repeating in an annoyed tone, "Oh well, let her pass... otherwise." (It's not the first time I've encountered her and she's huffing and puffing at me because I have a Velocispesa.) At that point I tell her clearly, "I'm not an argumentative person. I'm just saying that every time I get the Velocispesa, I always stay quiet, even when I'm standing in line behind people who don't have one. But tonight I'm in a hurry, I have some frozen foods, and if I get the Velocispesa, it's to do a quick shop, not to stand in line behind two overflowing carts." I was shocked. I ALWAYS find the staff polite and kind, but this cashier just can't stand the Velocispesa: every time she huffs and puffs, she makes it seem like she's doing you a huge favor by supporting the reader. Bah!
