For three evenings, the Falterona restaurant hosted a group of 39 CAI members from Arenzano (Genoa) on a social outing in the Casentino area. The chef pampered us with excellent, elegantly presented traditional dishes, offering a range of local flavors, some with a balanced twist. The dining room staff (the chef's wife and his assistant) were extremely kind and attentive. Special attention was paid to those with food intolerances. Thank you from the entire group!

Excellent restaurant, excellent service, and impeccable cuisine; every dish was perfect. We ate an exceptional charcuterie and cheese platter, a fantastic fettuccine with white ragù, and an excellent grilled Florentine steak. A selection of excellent wines to suit all budgets. Highly recommended.

25/07/2026: The food is excellent, both the gourmet pizzas served by the slice and the meat and pasta dishes. The desserts are very good, especially the hazelnut semifreddo. The staff is friendly and helpful. Dogs are welcome.
