If you find yourself in Otranto, you absolutely must eat here. It's a truly charming and intimate place with impeccable service. You absolutely must try the spaghetti with sea urchins. It's delicious, and a sensory experience. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

We couldn't have chosen a better place for dinner. It was a perfect fit!! Fresh, simple, and with a hint of basil, the perfect way to start the meal. You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the love that went into preparing and decorating the dishes. A well-deserved 5 stars.

A unique venue; in the summer, the outdoor garden has a truly wonderful atmosphere. The staff is highly trained, very friendly, and polite, and the service is top-notch. But the real secret of this restaurant is the freshness and purity of the fish. The price is definitely fair.

A real find in Otranto's historic center. Courtesy and professionalism: two simple adjectives to describe our experience at Arborvitae. We were immediately greeted by the friendly and professional waiters. The appetizers and first courses were excellent. Really fresh fish! The caramelized octopus is a must-try!
