We celebrated my husband's 50th birthday and the five stars are all deserved, in addition to the fact that he gave us full availability in everything, starting from the decorations to the music. The food stood out in terms of goodness, quantity but above all quality, the fresh fish is definitely recognisable. Thanks to Ivo and his family. Daniele Tamborino and Lucia family!

Before talking about lunch and the location, I wanted to say a word for the manager Ivo, a truly respectable, good and helpful person, then as regards the location and the lunch, I can define everything with the term "homemade", I ate good with many courses and I drank a good house white wine, the service was excellent.

All the fish dishes were spectacular, cooked in a simple way as per Salento cuisine and when the raw materials are of excellent quality we don't need to add anything else. The farmhouse is in the countryside on the outskirts of Otranto and for those who love silence and tranquility it is the best. Last note but worth every single penny spent was the kindness, we are two cycle travelers and before booking given the progress of the storm I had asked if I could arrive a few minutes early the answer was no problem I'll pick you up with the car and here I say everything... one last thing, more than excellent value for money

Locale fuori dal centro e non semplice da trovare. Nella scelta ci siamo fatti condizionare dalle recensioni trovate e abbiamo fatto bene!Menù a prezzo fisso (30€ a presona) bevande e digestivo compreso, 9 antipasti buoni, un primo e una frittura di pesce (pochina).Tornerei

15/03/2024: We only had appetizers and fried food, all tasty, fresh and of excellent quality. At the end of the meal, we had a highly recommended homemade lemon granita BUO-NIS-SI-MAAAA and the final dessert, do we want to talk about it? Well find out for yourself!
05/01/2024: End of year dinner. What can I say, everything is excellent from the starters, the caponata is a delicacy, to the risotto with prawns, sublime... not to mention the roasted bonito, succulent, and the frying? Crisp!!! Everything very fresh and excellent!!! The first dinner where I ate with gusto, nothing was reheated but freshly cooked. Friendly staff and owners always present ready to satisfy any request. Suggestive location on the walls of the old city with its star vaults, in summer also a beautiful view of the sea. If you are in Gallipoli, in addition to enjoying the wonderful sea and the ancient history of the city, from the "Portolano" you can enjoy excellent seafood dishes. Highly recommended!!!
