The family-run business keeps culinary tradition alive with an eye to the future. The dishes combine all the flavors and colors of the area in a balanced and delicate way. I was surprised to discover combinations of ingredients that I had never imagined. The house appetizer is excellent and alone is worth the dinner. The first course was excellent: minchiarieddi with seafood ragù, yellow cherry tomatoes, salted anchovies, mackerel meatballs, and caper leaves. The potato salad with carosella was delicious. The desserts were also delicious. What I appreciated most about Sandro was his passion and love for his work, which manifests itself in his respect for his guests, his pride in the traditions and values ​​of his territory, his choice of products, his care in serving them, and the harmony of flavors found in his dishes.
