I went to the "Il Borghetto" restaurant. The food was excellent, and as a celiac, I highly recommend it. I had a series of spectacular appetizers and the superb grill. The staff and chef were fantastic and impeccable. The atmosphere was very welcoming, and I'll definitely be back.

Trattoria (but it's a restaurant) in the center of Salve. Reservations are required. Tables are in a very characteristic internal courtyard. We had the "assorted fish platter" appetizer, enough for two, very good, with very fresh fish, and a mixed grill of fish, truly excellent! The staff was friendly and attentive. Recommended!

BRAVI. Excellent cuisine and fair prices. During our weeklong vacation in Salento, we ate at Borghetto for two nights. This alone is enough to demonstrate our appreciation.

08/08/2026: Excellent pizzeria, excellent food. And you feel right at home, from the owners to the pizza chefs and waiters. Most importantly, the service is super fast.

01/08/2026: The food was good and we got great wine with it (their house wine is specially made for this restaurant). But the most amazing part of the night was the people that run the place! They make this amazing Mirto liquor variation themselves. Make sure to try it!
