A truly wonderful experience at Ristorante Balcone sulle Langhe BASULÀ! The tajarin and the braised cheek (guancia) were absolutely fantastic. The location is very cool, offering a perfect atmosphere to relax and enjoy the vibe. The staff deserves a special mention: incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. Highly recommended!

We ate dinner twice. The food was excellent, varied, and interesting. The ingredients were fresh (e.g., porcini mushrooms, raspberries, etc.). During our 12 days in Piedmont, we didn't eat anywhere else so well. Bravo!!

We stayed overnight there – which was great – but the breakfast and dinner were outstanding – in terms of service, the range of options for customers, and the high quality of the cuisine – the photos speak for themselves.

Truly spectacular location with a breathtaking view of the Langhe. Excellent food, carefully prepared, delicate, and delicious. Wines worthy of the setting but at reasonable prices. Attentive, precise, and very professional service. The price is appropriate for the high-quality food and enchanting location. We will definitely be back. P.S. Ask the owner for advice on both dishes and wines to pair, because he really knows what he's talking about!

Excellent food, fresh ingredients, and perfectly executed flavor combinations. Impeccable service, attentive to our every need. The local wine list also deserves a special mention. Compliments to the chef and all the staff!

The exterior of the residences is fabulous, but the rooms are simple, yet clean and big for the region. Breakfast was fabulous - loads of fresh cut fruit, nut butters, homemade jams and cakes, yogurt with many cereal choices. Dinner was very good, especially the plin and the squash puree. Service was very attentive and professional.
