09/11/2025: First time in Val Grana. We went up for a unique Saturday in this beautiful valley with spectacular foliage. As we walked up to the Sanctuary, it was lunchtime when we noticed the sign for this fantastic inn. Patrizia welcomed us and cooked impeccably for us. Everything was delicious. She was friendly and very professional. Thank you, Patrizia. We will definitely be back. I forgot about the mountain-style decor and the priceless view. Excellent value. They make their own Castelmagno cheese, and you can buy it for yourself; it's delicious.

08/10/2025: A magnificent venue located at the top of the Grana Valley, at the foot of the San Magno sanctuary. In a familiar yet lush setting, you can enjoy excellent Castelmagno cheese and traditional dishes like the famous "Gnocchi al Castelmagno," all while enjoying impeccable service! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

03/11/2025: It's now a given; whenever we visit the Langhe, it's our base. Clean rooms with everything you need, including a refrigerator in the hallway with free water and soft drinks, and a generous breakfast of both sweet and savory options. The highlight, however, is the restaurant, where the food is divine at a fair price. Dishes are meticulously crafted, both in taste and appearance, and the service is always prompt and attentive. Plus, the exceptional wine list will satisfy even the most discerning sommelier. Don't hesitate; if you're in the area, head to the winemaker's osteria. After a wonderful dinner and a fine wine, you can avoid driving by going upstairs to rest in their rooms.

06/10/2025: Discovered by chance, we were pleasantly surprised by the kindness of the staff. The atmosphere is well-decorated, with light colors that convey a sense of tranquility but also a pleasant sense of family warmth. The combination of ambiance and the staff's hospitality is crowned by the dishes offered, which blend tradition with a touch of innovation. The end result is a pleasant and relaxing meal in every way. Highly recommended!

05/10/2025: Welcoming place, attentive but in my opinion too slow service, all dishes good except the tagliolini with porcini mushrooms, for which I had high expectations and which instead I found very anonymous.

20/10/2025: Terrible experience and total lack of professionalism We booked over a month in advance, confident we were choosing a reputable restaurant. Today, we were told that the restaurant was "fully booked" for that date. This behavior was unacceptable, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. It's shameful to discover that our reservation, confirmed well in advance, was worthless. If this is how they treat their customers, then it's clear this restaurant isn't trustworthy. I strongly advise against it to anyone seeking professionalism and respect: you won't find it here.

The staff, including Lorenzo, the owner, were extremely welcoming and attentive. You can immediately sense the passion and dedication they put into their work. The culinary offerings range from traditional dishes—never banal, but rather enhanced in every detail—to more original offerings. A cuisine that truly strives to promote local products and local traditions: a choice that is by no means a given these days. The dishes are meticulously crafted, beautiful to look at and, above all, to taste. The wine list is well-structured, with an excellent selection. We'll definitely be returning!

11/10/2025: We ordered a tasting menu featuring black truffle and mushrooms. The dishes were well-prepared, but nothing memorable. The service was a bit unusual, very attentive, but perhaps too much so.

09/11/2025: Located between Monferrato and Roero, La Cantina del Bivio is the ideal place to stop and enjoy traditional Piedmontese cuisine, prepared with care and love, paired with an excellent selection of local wines. The service is excellent, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. It's worth stopping here at least once in your life.
