01/06/2025: We spent 3 days in Alba and came back here everyday. We did the wine tasting each time. Tried new wines every time. All of the waiters and waitresses were lovely, and knew a lot about the wine. We also bought some wine for home. It was a nice place with a great atmosphere. They welcomed us back every time.

30/05/2025: For the staff and the truly fabulous place!! One of the best locations I have seen, a truly ideal place for photos, children and people who want to enjoy tranquility and peace. Ornella then, is a marvel!!!

30/05/2025: A fairytale location, literally. It feels like being on a movie set, with obsessive attention to detail, elegance and refinement in perfect balance, without ever going overboard. In any season you are dazzled by the splendor of the colors and the magic of the lake with its reflections is exciting. The organizational machine is simply perfect, a mechanism that works with impeccable synchrony, from the welcome to the service in the room and the dedication with which the dishes are prepared is astonishing, from the quality of the raw materials to the final presentation. For ceremonies there is no better location, look no further, like Lago dei Salici you will not find anything that even comes close.

21/04/2025: We were traveling in the Langhe and stopped in Alba, we had lunch with our children in this magnificent typical restaurant. They made us sit outside. Typical Langhe menu, very attentive service, friendly and competent staff. We were offered some really nice welcome notes. They delighted us with dishes based on truffles and raw meat. Many really excellent specialties. Little tip in the tajarin I recommend grating the black truffle even during cooking to bring out all its flavours. Prices in line with the quality. Perhaps the cost of the coffee at 3.00 was a little high but in any case we were more than satisfied. We will definitely be back for the truffle fair and we will be your guests again. Thank you

11/05/2025: We had lunch in this farmhouse nestled in the splendid setting of the Langhe and we were thrilled. The location is enchanting: quiet, with attention to detail and surrounded by a breathtaking view. Lunch was excellent, with genuine and well-presented dishes, which best highlight the flavors of the area. All accompanied by excellent local wines. Special thanks to Lorenzo, the waiter who looked after us with great professionalism and courtesy. Always available and attentive, he made the experience even more pleasant with his advice and his smile. A place that we absolutely recommend and that we can't wait to return to!

29/04/2025: Highly recommended. We had a fabulous weekend. The inn is located on a hill easily accessible by car. Immersed in nature where peace and tranquility reign. The rooms are clean and well cared for, the friendly staff is very attentive. Paola is an exquisite person and an exceptional cook. Lorenzo is very kind, helpful and attentive to everyone's needs. Very satisfied.

20/05/2025: Refined, intimate and well-kept setting, the menu offers traditional local dishes with particular attention to presentation and plating. The vitello tonnato is good, the plin is truly remarkable, the bunet is also excellent. Wine list aimed at numerous local labels. Attentive, precise and friendly service, favorable quality/price ratio. I recommend a visit if you are in the area

24/05/2025: Un posto da frequentare con amici buongustai, cucina tipica del territorio, con molti antipasti, fantastici agnolotti e secondi di carne da sbizzarrirsi. La gamma dei vini è valida, con etichette rinomate, ma anche di buona qualità senza esagerare nei prezzi. la mise en place è piacevole e completa, il personale gentile e professionale. Piacevole sorpresa anche il conto, che non ha riservato eccessi e ci è sembrato giusto. Bravi e consigliatissimo.

26/04/2025: Tradition, love, care and passion. This is what they passed on to us, the owner made us feel at ease straight away, pampered and spoiled as if we were at grandmother's house. 07/06/2025: Che dire…. Posto meraviglioso e cucina ottima. Siamo stati accolti dal proprietario in modo amichevole con il quale durante la cena abbiamo dialogato amichevolmente. I piatti da noi scelti ci sono stati presentati in modo impeccabile ed erano anche ottimi. Ampia scelta di bottiglie di vino da soddisfare tutti i palati, è nota molto positiva la possibilità avere anche piatti senza glutine.

12/04/2025: If you want to escape the city and immerse yourself in nature, Castelmagno is a valid alternative and staying at the Meiro amplifies the experience. Beautiful structure from which you can enjoy a wonderful view. Extremely helpful and kind staff who complied with our every request. Basic but well-maintained rooms. Fabulous breakfast with 0 km or in any case organic products and dinner at the same level, a limited but refined menu that highlights the typical features of the place (Castelmagno above all). Highly recommended even just for lunch or dinner.
