05/07/2025: A superb restaurant, in the Piedmont countryside with a view of the vineyards. They do an amazing job, with great flavours and great service. Their wine list was fantastic with about 300 pages of wine labels! Absolutely wonderful.

04/07/2025: Out of the ordinary experience. I urge everyone to try this wonderful restaurant in the Langhe. Out of the ordinary view and cuisine. You only get to try a cuisine like Pasquale's a few times in your life. Thanks guys!

14/07/2025: We had lunch for our anniversary, and enjoyed a spectacular view of the vineyards and La Morra in the background. You can already walk through the vineyards to reach the inn. The food was excellent, from appetizers to dessert. The staff was very kind and knowledgeable. Highly recommended for those who love good food and the spectacle of the Langhe.

29/07/2025: Everything was perfect! My girlfriend and I came from Florence specifically for our first Michelin-starred experience. They welcomed us with a beautiful smile, and we ate truly deliciously. The service was impeccable, with friendly, smiles, and a beautiful, quiet atmosphere that allowed you to fully enjoy the experience. Eating at a table facing the kitchen allowed us to witness the impeccable work of the dining room and kitchen; it was truly a pleasure to watch them work so hard. At the end of the service, the chef came by to thank everyone. He stopped at our table to chat with us and was truly friendly. It was a lovely and interesting conversation, a fitting conclusion. 28/07/2025: A stunning location in every way. 5 stars aren't enough... We've been to this restaurant several times, both for dinner and brunch. What can I say? We can't get enough of them, because here you'll find an elegant, tranquil atmosphere, excellent service, and above all, very clean and attentive to every detail... Extraordinary staff and owners. Chef La Rossa and his super wife, Patrizia Top, are very helpful and attentive to their customers. They make you feel at home, welcomed and pampered at the same time. The dishes are truly excellent, high-end, and unmistakably high-quality... The menu varies seasonally, with dishes that reveal a great deal of thought and research into high-quality, delicious desserts with unrivaled flavor. Excellent value for money. As always, you leave the table with the intention of returning as soon as possible, everything is so delicious... 28/07/2025: Business lunch, I ordered two trios of dishes, not very generous but good. You can taste the quality on the plate. The service was also excellent, handled with kindness and helpfulness. The atmosphere was refined and modern, with lots of bottles on display (unfortunately, it was a business lunch).

19/05/2025: From a medium-high level restaurant I expected more. Service: Evening with a full restaurant and we waited a long time for the orders and the dishes. Some waiters were not very prepared, but it's not a drama. Stuffed onions with amaretto: €14, €7 per onion, it seems a bit excessive for what you get. Tortelli with herbs: €18, good tortelli, the sauce literally seems like just tomato puree, without taste.. even here for the price I expected more. Egg asparagus and fondue: not bad, I wasn't thrilled. €14 Potato gnocchi with castelmagno cheese and leeks: €15 good. Lots of tatin: €8 very good. Nice place.

07/08/2025: We went to this osteria for dinner with friends. We were welcomed warmly and the service was superb, like being at home. The food was also very good, simple, and typical of our tradition.

27/07/2025: I had a sublime lunch with excellent, delicious, and top-quality food. The atmosphere is refined and clean, and the air conditioning is a real treat. The service is excellent, and the owner and waiters are friendly and helpful. I honestly assume that anyone who writes badly about this place does so out of pure malice. Everything is top-notch. Highly recommended.

07/07/2025: I was there a week ago with a friend...very good pizza, it took me a while to choose because they have different types, we also had the dessert, good and very delicate, excellent service, very kind, I will definitely go back

25/06/2025: I'm sorry because the pizza is really good, the waiters are very kind (especially the guy at the cash register) but forgetting the dessert is not a good thing especially when the place is not very crowded. The kitchen needs to be reviewed because they are very disorganized. We ordered chiacchiere with raw ham and buffalo mozzarella but a plate arrived with 3 buffalo mozzarella balls inside, very disappointing with no "Woow" effect, I hoped to see the classic buffalo mozzarella (you should specify if you have buffalo mozzarella instead of buffalo mozzarella). Good chiacchiere, good and abundant ham but 13€ no way... Price in itself thought out, aesthetically nice environment, quality staff but the kitchen staff should be more organized because it makes the place lose points. Reservations are recommended.

14/07/2025: Très très médiocre C’est le 1ere fois que je mange aussi mal en Italie Je ne le recommande pas du tout Ravili froids et durs Boulettes de viande bizarres qui trempent dans l’huile servies avec tellement peu de pommes de terre soi disant au four mais complètement froides qu’il a fallu en réclamer la polenta présentée comme une bouillie avec des saucisses qui n’ont pas de goût Tellement déçus que nous sommes partis sans prendre de dessert ni café

02/08/2025: A firm favourite since it opened! I've been frequenting this place since it opened, and it's become a go-to place for me. Whether as a couple, with friends, or with family, it's always my first choice! The interior is well-kept and welcoming, while the exterior offers a view and tranquility that alone are worth the visit. The menu is truly well thought out: the pizzas are fragrant, well-topped, with quality ingredients—and it's the only pizza that doesn't make me thirsty! The burgers are equally impressive: juicy meat, pizza dough, and never boring combinations. All this is accompanied by a wide selection of craft beers, so there's something for everyone. I often order takeout, too, and I must say that the delivery times are always excellent, and the food arrives perfectly, without compromising on quality. The staff is friendly, and the wait time is always reasonable. As a veteran, I can say with certainty: over the years, the place has truly improved. Well done guys, keep it up! 😊

Silvia is an exceptional host and a fantastic cook, as well as a delightful person with whom you can chat pleasantly over a cup of tea. The room is beautiful, bright, welcoming, clean, and comfortable. The restaurant allows you to enjoy excellent and tasty dishes in a warm and relaxing atmosphere. Thank you, Silvia.

Highly recommended if you're a meat lover; we're talking about truly excellent quality and a good selection of wines, all while maintaining excellent value for money. One of the best discoveries of 2025. Bonus tip: Try the meats from around the world! You'll love it 😋 P.S.: Don't rely on the price range I indicated, because between the two of us we ate five different cuts (plus two spritzes and a Patanegra as an aperitif). You can eat enough to fill you up without overdoing it.

19/07/2025: There's nothing else to say...try it and believe it. Excellent meat and breathtaking view...very kind staff, helpful in recommending both wines and local specialties. You can't go wrong with either the Fassona beef menu or the meats from around the world.
