11/01/2026: Always a guarantee and always a pleasure to return to when in the Cuneo area. The meat is always top-notch, with sublime Bra sausage and a devastating battuta al taglio. No other words are needed. I recommend trying the Barolo Chinato at the end of the meal.

07/03/2026: A wonderful and meticulously maintained restaurant, but when we requested well-done cooking, two of the three dishes we ordered arrived almost rare, resulting in less than half of the food (basically the outer part that was well-done). When we pointed this out, we were met with a simple "sorry," and the dishes weren't that cheap... what a shame!

26/11/2025: I went to this place located in the countryside of Bagnolo Piemonte on the occasion of the band's lunch, the road in the last stretch is uphill so be careful in bad weather, the place is very bright well structured for groups with many participants, there were 200 of us, I must say that I had a good time there was a nice refreshment with many very intriguing appetizers, we started with an appetizer of raw meat carpaccio with parmesan shavings, then a delicious salad, pepper flan with bagna cauda... good flan but the bagna cauda... is something else, then the risotto with apples and speck creamed with Trento brut... definitely a dish not successful... sweetish... I have never eaten such a sweet risotto... in fact it is the only dish that neither I nor the others at my table asked for seconds, much better the tagliolini with ragù... even if I think the ragù had an unexpected problem... you could feel a slight taste burnt... as if it had been on the stove... without turning it, however, I found the leg with potatoes and spinach very well done and I also saw that the cake was appreciated (even if I didn't eat it because I don't like sweets) very present and prepared staff, so far the positive notes but there are 2 things I would like to point out I was at the last table at the back of the room and behind me there was a double door that kept opening and very cold air came in, they intervened several times with a wooden wedge... but it didn't solve much I think that a small latch would be a more effective and low-cost solution, then the thing that horrified me... is seeing the handle of the emergency exit of the last door at the back was broken or rather some screws were missing... I believe that an emergency exit must always be kept at maximum efficiency... precisely because of its function and considering that you had the room full... I didn't like it at all I hope it has already been repaired... because since I have friends who come to you I told them to check and if It is still in the same consideration to send me a photo that I will report to the competent authorities, it is a nice place and if the critical issues that I reported are eliminated it will also be very pleasant I gave 4🌟 in general, 5 🌟 for the staff and 3🌟 for the situation of the 2 doors that absolutely need to be resolved

16/02/2026: Yesterday, February 15, 2026, we celebrated the baptism of my nephew FILIPPO. Everything was perfect, from the waiters' service to the delicious, home-made food. I also liked the table service, with trays served with portions for five people. The only criticism I have is the noisy atmosphere, especially since there were so many of us in the dining room. Compliments to all the staff. Recommended Agriturismo

16/01/2026: I used to go to this place 30 years ago during my military service, and since I was in the area I returned. The atmosphere is always very welcoming, the food is excellent, and Manuela is a fantastic hostess.

07/11/2025: We visited this restaurant during the truffle fair, with high expectations for the menu and location. Upon arrival, we were welcomed downstairs into a room where the tables were far too close together and overcrowded, right next to the kitchen entrance. We had hoped to enjoy the view from the upstairs. I had also asked about the option of a birthday cake, but the only option was to choose a dessert from the menu and add a chocolate message on the plate and a candle. I think that for this price range, this arrangement and the lack of the option to personalize a dessert are unacceptable.

04/01/2026: It was our last evening of vacation, so we wanted something different. At Osteria La Rosa Rossa, tradition is delicately revisited, without sacrificing taste and quality. We were pampered from start to finish.

16/12/2025: Simply an extraordinary experience. On Saturday evening, we had dinner at this restaurant in Alba, and everything was impeccable, from start to finish. To start, we had the poached egg with black truffle: fragrant, delicate, and truly sublime. We then sampled a Fassona beef tartare with black truffle, excellent, made with the highest-quality ingredients. Next, we shared a plate of tajerin with white truffle, pure poetry: perfect pasta, and the truffle was the star. For our second course, we chose the cheek with white truffle, incredibly tender and rich in flavor, melting in the mouth. Our other dish was a Fassona beef tagliata with white truffle, cooked to perfection and truly memorable. We ate like a god, one of the best dinners in recent memory. Special praise also goes to the waitress who served us: kind, professional, attentive, and capable of making us feel pampered throughout the evening. A restaurant that showcases truffles and local cuisine to the fullest. We will definitely be back and I recommend it without a doubt.

30/11/2025: Alba is a place rich in culinary offerings: it's hard to stand out. This restaurant, however, is worth a try: local dishes are carefully prepared and served with attention. A good selection of wines. Friendly service without being overbearing.

04/01/2026: This is the restaurant me and my husband got married at and for good reason. The service is absolutely amazing with everyone being extremely kind and helpful. The view and layout of the restaurant is amazing especially in summer with the sunset. The food is delicious every time we go. I recommend the seirass ravioli and the shrimps covered in hazelnuts. The gelato mantecato al momento is also delicious and. I absolutely recommend . If you’re looking for a fine dine you must go to la Ciau del tornavento when visiting treiso and its surroundings.

01/02/2026: We had lunch at this inn on Sunday. Unfortunately, I can't give it full stars because the portions seemed truly too small. We left the table still hungry, despite the price tag we felt was disproportionate to what we ate: €55 per person, not including a full meal, with an €18 bottle of wine. Decent quality, but the price/quantity ratio definitely needs reconsidering.

19/01/2026: A lovely restaurant in the historic center of Dogliani, with beautiful brick vaults. The atmosphere is very pleasant, thanks both to the friendly waiters and owner, and to the customers, who are easily able to strike up a conversation, even in Piedmontese. The menu offers a good selection of dishes, all of Piedmontese origin. The Fassona tartare is delicious, as is the pasta with venison ragù, duck à l'orange, and filo pastry, and the desserts are truly unique. The waiting times between courses are also very good. Excellent selection of wines, almost all local. Very good value.

A place to return to with pleasure and definitely worth recommending.
