02/11/2025: Very large and welcoming pizzeria restaurant. It's always best to reserve. But if you wait, they always find a place! The staff is friendly and everyone is very nice!! The pizzas are very good. In my opinion, the dishes need updating lately, like some appetizers, or the cheese risotto, which only tastes like cream. The desserts are good.

25/10/2025: A must-visit in the Langhe. Osteria da Gemma is an authentic place, where Piedmontese tradition meets the warmth of a unique hostess. Gemma is friendly, generous, and disarmingly skilled: she welcomes everyone with a smile and serves simple yet perfect dishes that reflect the region. It's no coincidence that celebrities and Michelin-starred chefs often dine here. The price is surprisingly low for the quality and quantity offered. Just one caveat: its fame is such that booking requires patience—but the wait is always worth it.

07/11/2025: We visited this restaurant during the truffle fair, with high expectations for the menu and location. Upon arrival, we were welcomed downstairs into a room where the tables were far too close together and overcrowded, right next to the kitchen entrance. We had hoped to enjoy the view from the upstairs. I had also asked about the option of a birthday cake, but the only option was to choose a dessert from the menu and add a chocolate message on the plate and a candle. I think that for this price range, this arrangement and the lack of the option to personalize a dessert are unacceptable.

15/11/2025: A welcoming place, with a simple yet sophisticated design that immediately puts you at ease. The owner, a kind and courteous person, welcomed us, as did all the staff: professional, attentive, and never intrusive. The quality of the products was excellent: the Bra sausage and the Fassona tartare were simply fantastic, while the tajarin with Bra sausage was truly delicious. The tiramisu was also good, fresh and well-balanced. All accompanied by an excellent Barbera from the Ratti winery. Overall, a very positive experience that is definitely worth repeating.
