11/08/2026: A perfect evening in the heart of Cuneo We recently had the pleasure of dining at a restaurant in the center of Cuneo, and I must say it was a pleasant experience. The atmosphere is elegant and welcoming, perfect for both a romantic dinner and an evening with friends. The menu offers a mix of traditional Piedmontese dishes and innovative options, all prepared with high-quality ingredients. The service is impeccable: the staff is friendly, attentive, and prompt. The wine list also features a varied selection of drinks and cocktails. This restaurant was a great choice for us, as it was our first time in Cuneo. Highly recommended! Claudia, top!

11/08/2026: I had an aperitif with a small pizza and two crodini. The price itself is very high but the service is very friendly.

15/07/2026: Beautiful place with attention to detail with the possibility of eating outside (better inside for lunch given the heat) well presented and good dishes I missed the wow that good but we ate well... excellent attentive and courteous service, average prices it's a place to return to

They offered us a delicious welcome entree, especially the jelly. The tajerin with Alba white truffle was fantastic. Highly recommended for a pleasant evening!

28/07/2026: I can't understand why there are places where you go for a while and suddenly forget they exist. I came back here after an absence of I think twelve years, and if it was already good before, now they've really outdone themselves. The best dinner in recent years. Top-quality ingredients, superb fresh pasta, and an original menu (the wine list is also very extensive, I must say). Excellent value. Friendly service. Very nice location. Go there. Come back. And don't forget about this place like I did.

23/07/2026: Had a lovely meal in the garden. Very helpful and sweet service. Beautiful menu, choice of a set menu or à la carte. Nice, original dishes, including a starter of prawns with caramel and passion fruit. Fantastic. Other dishes were also really tasty. Beautiful wine list, with the Dogliani wines prominently featured, of course. Including, surprisingly, a Timorasso from Dogliani. How nice. Had a wonderful evening, thank you.

11/07/2026: Hotel in the center of the San Bartolomeo hamlet, on the road leading to Cettosa di Pesio. Convenient for hiking and bike tours. Meticulously maintained and clean rooms. Excellent breakfast and à la carte restaurant. It deserves an extra star.

05/07/2026: Everything was perfect. The location is in the center of Cuneo, in a historic building. The food was wonderful, from appetizers to dessert, and even the wine. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Not to be missed.

16/06/2026: We visited Osteria Senza Fretta for the first time last night, and what a wonderful experience it was. The restaurant truly lives up to its name. For the first time in ages, my wife and I didn't feel rushed while dining. The service was impeccable and flawless from start to finish, with excellent attention to detail in every dish that was served. It felt almost dreamlike, enjoying beautifully prepared fresh food while listening to the gentle sound of the fountain and classical music in the background. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing and elegant. What impressed us even more was seeing the head chef personally come out to serve some of the dishes. Such humility is rare to find. The lady head chef has created some truly outstanding dishes, full of creativity and flavour. Our waiter was excellent as well, providing attentive service throughout the evening. His knowledge of the English language was greatly appreciated and made the experience even more enjoyable. 10/06/2026: Osteria Senza Fretta is one of those places where you immediately feel at home as soon as you walk in. We were guests for dinner. The location is elegant and understated. But what is most striking is the courtesy, the welcome, and the quality of the cuisine. Passion and professionalism shine through in the management and customer service. All this, with excellent value for money. Keep up the good work.

22/05/2026: An excellent restaurant offering refined service and high-quality cuisine in a welcoming and unpretentious atmosphere. Their expertise in raw materials and their ability to carefully monitor their own supply chains are extraordinary. It's difficult to single out one dish in particular; the entire menu deserves to be explored.

18/05/2026: We stopped by chance and were absolutely blown away by the service and the quality of the food! They create refined cuisine using local ingredients! A very good wine list with helpful recommendations! All this at a reasonable price! An excellent place that I highly recommend!

22/07/2026: We absolutely loved this inn on our way back from vacation. The welcome was very warm despite the language barrier. The decor is surprising, both elaborate and harmonious. We thoroughly enjoyed the vitello tonnato and pasta with ragù, while our children loved the cheese gnocchi and truffle pasta. We even discovered the "Sacher" dessert! 😋 Go without hesitation!

28/07/2026: The set menu was excellent, everything from appetizers to dessert was exquisite. The atmosphere and decor were very tasteful. The waitress was a bit untrained, perhaps a novice, but the rest of the wait staff were very knowledgeable. I'd gladly return!
