15/11/2025: I'm in love with this place! The staff are so friendly, the rooms are so clean and wonderful, and the location is fantastic. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly kind and helpful. Every day when we got to our rooms, everything was spotless, and there was a complimentary cookie and coffee. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was great. There's heating, and a small shared outdoor area with a mini-fridge, table, and chairs. The stairs are a bit of a hassle, but I know some rooms in other buildings have elevators. As for the restaurant, it's a 10 out of 10! The food is amazing, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. We went several times, and I ordered several dishes again because I loved them so much! Reservations are recommended, just in case.

16/11/2025: I've been to this restaurant and I can say it's a real gem! Not only is the quality of the food excellent, but the value is also incredible. Every dish we tried was prepared with care and attention to detail. The flavors are fresh and well-balanced, and each course seems to be made with high-quality ingredients. The service in particular was impeccable: the staff is very welcoming, professional, and eager to accommodate every request. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, perfect for a pleasant evening with friends or family. And then, the fact that you can eat so well without spending a fortune is truly rare. This restaurant is truly a hidden gem, and I can't wait to return!

06/11/2025: Delicious dinner. I tried the capunet, which was truly excellent! The staff was attentive and very friendly. If you're passing through Dogliani, this is definitely a great place to sample Langhe cuisine.

12/10/2025: Excellent location for excursions, super-select food, tasty, light, excellent...as were the wines. Superb rooms! A blend of ancient and modern that amazed me. Super friendly, helpful, welcoming staff, a wonderful experience!!!

03/10/2025: Aside from the mix-up with the famous gift boxes, which were handled a bit strangely, not through the restaurant owners' fault but rather through the customer's fault, I found the service to be inadequate. Even when you finish a course, leaving the cutlery on the plate even though you have more, they are put back on the tablecloth. The wine is not very high quality, the wine list is missing, and the oil used for condiments leaves an aftertaste.

26/10/2025: Enjoy your aperitif. Spritz is only €6.50, including appetizers. The wine tasting offer is interesting and reasonably priced; we had three glasses of wine for €12, also with appetizers.

15/11/2025: Excellent restaurant in central Dogliani. Delicious, yet not minimal, dishes, a beautiful location, and very attentive staff. Compliments for the wine list, which caters to everyone and all budgets. We'll definitely be back.

12/10/2025: The location: unforgettable scenery. The venue: simple, elegant, perfectly integrated with the environment. The service: perfect staff, not stuffy with formality, but elegant and attentive. The food: it's a Michelin-starred restaurant. One star. But it fully deserves two.

20/09/2025: Have had some good food over the past few days in and around Verduno / La Morra but this was definitely the best. The food was made freshly by Mirella who doubles up as a charming host. If we come back to the region will definitely make sure we head back here to have the Bra sausage starter and the Octopus or perhaps something else from the menu! Ps Book weeks in advance as only four tables!

02/11/2025: Il Torchio is a fantastic restaurant in a beautiful building with a chapel. The service is excellent, and the food is exquisite! Parking in the back is also a plus. In short, highly recommended in Dogliani-Alto.

16/07/2025: Este pequeño restaurante escondido en Rivalta a pocos km de La Morra y Verduno se convierte realmente en un restaurante favorito de la zona. Muy bueno el año pasado y sobresaliente este año. Elegimos el Meny por 45 euros. Empezamos con un triple antipasti con una bacala (a base de bacalao) como la gran sorpresa maravillosa , wow ! También los platos tradicionales como vittello tonnato y carne cruda (battuta dim fassone) eran de la mejor calidad. Las avellanas asadas en la carne cruda realmente hicieron la diferencia. Nuestro primi era un tajarin tradicional con ragu , pero con una presentación elegante poco tradicional y un sabor superior. Nuestro hijo amante de la pasta (22 de edad) estaba seguro de que esta era la mejor pasta que había probado. Secondo era un brassato guancia (mejilla de ternera) cocinado en Barolo. He tenido este curso muchas veces en Piemonte, pero nunca tan tierno como este, no se necesita cuchillo. Compartimos una sinfonía de todos sus postres. Todo encantador, pero su Tiramisu casero destaca como extraordinario. Como verdadero amante del vino también estoy impresionado con su selección de vinos. Quizás no la selección más grande, pero una muy buena selección de la mejor relación calidad-precio vinos y favoritos personales de la zona. Todos los vinos a un precio razonable. Elegimos una maravillosa barbera de la mejor cosecha 2021 , perfectt tempered (de la nevera de vinos) . Gracias al Sr. Emiliano Burlotto y a su talentoso equipo por un almuerzo extraordinario. Espero que volvamos pronto.
