13/08/2025: It was recommended to us by a friend, and to say we were delighted is an understatement: Le Torri was a true discovery in the heart of the Piedmont hills, a place that combines high-end cuisine, a dreamy view, and a welcome that makes you feel pampered from start to finish. As soon as we were seated, they brought us a truly exquisite entrée: Russian salad with confit tomatoes and Bra sausage on burrata cheese that was already a treat on the palate. Then came the appetizer, the Langa trio: tender veal with tuna sauce to match, hazelnut tartare, and a stuffed pepper that surprised us with its deliciousness. We couldn't resist the plin pasta with brown sauce: excellent filling, with a rich and flavorful sauce. For the main course, the Fassona beef cheek braised in Nebbiolo... what can I say? Outstanding, it melted in the mouth. And to finish, a fresh and delicious dessert: fiordilatte gelato with crumble and mango salsa, perfect for a light finish. You can taste the carefully selected ingredients here and the passion in the kitchen. The service is impeccable, with attentive and kind staff. We even have two dogs, and without even asking, they brought us bowls of water: a gesture that shows their attention to detail. The location is enchanting, with a breathtaking view of the Langhe. We'll definitely be back, perhaps to enjoy lunch or dinner on the terrace. Oh, and Le Torri isn't just a restaurant, it's also a hotel... one more reason to return and experience it fully.

31/07/2025: Wonderful experience. I went for lunch. The waiters were courteous and quick to serve, and there was a good flow of people, so I didn't have to wait to order. I had the appetizer of lard, Bra sausage, and raw meat: the sausage and meat were delicious, truly excellent. Perhaps the lard wasn't fresh enough for me, but it was still very good and tender. The salad was fresh and light. The place is charming, a little gem. One thing that bothers me is places that are too crowded, noisy, and lack any privacy. However, in this case, the tables were well-spaced, and we could relax and enjoy the place. If I ever pass through Bra again, I'll definitely go back.

30/07/2025: Nice confirmation! After a long time, we returned to this osteria. Nice, informal, and precise service. The dishes were well-presented, revisiting Piedmontese cuisine. 24/07/2025: Da Tignes alle Langhe , ci siamo fermati casualmente in questo locale che , passando davanti con il nostro camper aveva catturato la nostra attenzione! Da toscani ben abituati alla buona cucina possiamo dire .... Top ! Tutto di ottima qualità, servizio impeccabile, Emiliano un oste a tutto tondo ! Prezzo qualità/ prezzo assolutamente equilibrato. 16/07/2025: Este pequeño restaurante escondido en Rivalta a pocos km de La Morra y Verduno se convierte realmente en un restaurante favorito de la zona. Muy bueno el año pasado y sobresaliente este año. Elegimos el Meny por 45 euros. Empezamos con un triple antipasti con una bacala (a base de bacalao) como la gran sorpresa maravillosa , wow ! También los platos tradicionales como vittello tonnato y carne cruda (battuta dim fassone) eran de la mejor calidad. Las avellanas asadas en la carne cruda realmente hicieron la diferencia. Nuestro primi era un tajarin tradicional con ragu , pero con una presentación elegante poco tradicional y un sabor superior. Nuestro hijo amante de la pasta (22 de edad) estaba seguro de que esta era la mejor pasta que había probado. Secondo era un brassato guancia (mejilla de ternera) cocinado en Barolo. He tenido este curso muchas veces en Piemonte, pero nunca tan tierno como este, no se necesita cuchillo. Compartimos una sinfonía de todos sus postres. Todo encantador, pero su Tiramisu casero destaca como extraordinario. Como verdadero amante del vino también estoy impresionado con su selección de vinos. Quizás no la selección más grande, pero una muy buena selección de la mejor relación calidad-precio vinos y favoritos personales de la zona. Todos los vinos a un precio razonable. Elegimos una maravillosa barbera de la mejor cosecha 2021 , perfectt tempered (de la nevera de vinos) . Gracias al Sr. Emiliano Burlotto y a su talentoso equipo por un almuerzo extraordinario. Espero que volvamos pronto.

18/06/2025: Excellent conclusion for a quick visit to the Langhe. The staff is friendly and the service is attentive, with a precise explanation of the dishes. The location is splendid: we had lunch in the outdoor garden, very well-kept and pleasant. The menu offers both the possibility of choosing à la carte, and two menus - one dedicated to local specialties and one based on fish. The dishes are well executed, abundant and very tasty. The selection of desserts is also interesting, all of which are made by them. Convenient parking nearby.

13/08/2025: The place's location, not exactly central, helps ensure a buzz and party until late at night. This is the secret to its success, not the food, which I found to be very mediocre. So if you want a lively atmosphere and young waiters, this is the place, but if you want good food for what you pay anyway... no, go elsewhere.
