27/01/2026: For my father-in-law's birthday, we dined here on a Saturday evening. We immediately liked it because, since there were 10 of us, we had a round table, which was perfect because everyone was able to chat. The interior is very beautiful, with exposed brick vaults. The waitress was very kind and served quickly. The traditional Piedmontese dishes were excellent, with generous portions and excellent value. We were all pleasantly satisfied. I would definitely recommend it and will be back soon.

07/12/2025: The restaurant is very charming and well-kept, but not very large, so reservations are recommended. The menu offers several gluten-free options. The appetizers are truly delicious, especially the raw meat. The first and second courses with meat were also excellent, all well-prepared and of high quality. In total, we spent €209 for 5 appetizers, 3 first courses, 1 second course, 4 desserts, water, wine, and 3 coffees. We left very satisfied.

31/10/2025: If you want to eat really well without spending too much, this is the place! We went with the intention of trying both the fish and the pizza, and we were completely satisfied. We ordered: 1 small beer, 3 Cokes, 3 waters, 4 specialty pizzas, 1 portion of chiacchiere, 1 fritto misto (delicious!), and 2 Nutella chiacchiere—all for only €127. The pizza, cooked in a wood-fired oven, was simply exceptional: perfect dough and quality ingredients. The atmosphere is simple and welcoming, without too much pretension, and the staff was friendly and helpful. In summary: excellent value, authentic cuisine, and a pleasant atmosphere. We'll definitely be back!

26/10/2025: The restaurant is a large room with a wooden ceiling and an exposed wood-fired oven, behind a long counter. The place is well-kept and modern. The bathrooms, however, are small. Because it's a single room, the noise from people is deafening, not suitable for intimate or "quiet" dinners. The food is excellent. Fantastic pizza and very good desserts. The quality and price are extremely reasonable; they are truly honest.

14/02/2026: We offer piadinas in numerous variations and recipes, all worth trying. The staff is courteous and friendly. Fast service and the option to pick up directly after ordering via the app. Very convenient!

22/02/2026: Rather anonymous on the street... it becomes a wonderful discovery and experience once you cross the threshold. Courtesy reigns supreme here, along with a journey through traditional flavors revisited with a modern twist... Every dish we tasted was, to say the least, astonishing... and even the desserts were a positive hit, which isn't a given: not everyone knows how to make everything well... Well, here the exception proves the rule: everything is good!! The atmosphere is relaxed, and the place is simply yet convincingly furnished, framed by wine cases, bottles, and corks: in short, very charming and, in a certain sense, modern with a slightly rustic feel. The wine cellar is fabulous... but since we came from far away and had to leave after lunch, we had to limit ourselves to one glass each. The bill was almost too reasonable: that, too, surprised us. Well done! Keep up the good work! And, I promise, we'll be back, but with the whole family!

23/01/2026: Excellence in hospitality and authentic flavors in the heart of Alba. We dined at Il Cortiletto d’Alba restaurant, and the experience was immediately top-notch. We were greeted with impeccable grace and efficiency by a young waitress who welcomed us with great professionalism. The real added value, however, was meeting a very kind lady who explained the menu to us. More than just a reading of the dishes, it was a passionate account of the ingredients: she provided us with detailed information on the provenance of the ingredients, all of which were of the highest quality. From the famous Entracque potatoes to the delicacy of the black truffle, to the organic vegetables, every element exuded freshness and local tradition. What truly struck us—and almost embarrassed by how rare it is these days—was the lady's attention and extreme kindness; a thoughtfulness that makes the guest feel truly special. In the kitchen, the ingredients are treated with respect: the dishes are flavorful and balanced, showcasing each individual ingredient without overpowering it. A valuable tip: the restaurant is very popular, so booking in advance is highly recommended. Although we didn't, we were lucky: thanks to their exceptional helpfulness and courtesy, they managed to find us two seats despite being sold out. The price was more than fair. We'll definitely be back. A big shout out to all the staff: really well done!

06/01/2026: A very characteristic restaurant in the center of Alba, with a subterranean stone room with brick vaults and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. I had the 30-yolk tajarin with white truffle: simply excellent, perfect pasta and top-quality truffle.

30/12/2025: Chic space, awesome wine & the best Tajarin with truffles during my entire trip. Service-wise, it was ok- one mean and very pushy woman nearly ruined the meal. Food was excellent so I’d go back for sure.
