14/10/2025: Went to Alba for the White Truffle Festival and found this amazing family run restaurant for some lunch. Wine choices were excellent (obviously) and enjoyed the best pizza of our trip. We look forward to returning one day!

Speaking of the spa, the service is nothing short of exceptional, a true blessing after a day spent outdoors. The staff deserves a special mention: they are all extremely kind and willing to satisfy every need with a smile. The culinary experience is equally outstanding; breakfast is plentiful and high-quality, with a wide selection of products to start the day off right. In short, Albergo della Pace is a true gem nestled in the province of Cuneo, a place that combines impeccable service and cleanliness with an atmosphere of absolute tranquility. 04/11/2025: What can I say? It's a place where you eat well. We opted for the tasting menu for 55 euros per person, excluding wines. I won't talk about the food because it's an innovative cuisine that you have to try.

25/11/2025: I liked everything, almost everything, and that's why I gave it 4 stars. Obviously, as usual, it's a matter of personal taste and not universally valid. After a tasty sampling of appetizers, excellent fondue-filled plin sprinkled with truffle shavings and capunet with toma cheese... I didn't like the coffee (made with a moka pot, which I liked), it didn't seem to be 100% Arabica, and I didn't like the small sweets that accompanied it, small wafers with walnuts and honey. No big deal, it's worth a visit.

24/11/2025: I stopped by this restaurant one evening for dinner at the recommendation of a friend. The atmosphere is casual yet refined, as are the dishes: traditional dishes, but prepared and plated with taste and care. The staff is friendly, courteous, and cheerful. A must-try if you're staying in Saluzzo.

15/11/2025: I'm in love with this place! The staff are so friendly, the rooms are so clean and wonderful, and the location is fantastic. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly kind and helpful. Every day when we got to our rooms, everything was spotless, and there was a complimentary cookie and coffee. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was great. There's heating, and a small shared outdoor area with a mini-fridge, table, and chairs. The stairs are a bit of a hassle, but I know some rooms in other buildings have elevators. As for the restaurant, it's a 10 out of 10! The food is amazing, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. We went several times, and I ordered several dishes again because I loved them so much! Reservations are recommended, just in case.
