06/03/2025: After a long wait I managed to come and eat the famous Piedmontese mixed fried food from the Centre, it was really worth the wait, everything was delicious, dry and crunchy, for me no. 1, the kind and knowledgeable staff was pleasant to chat with the owners, I highly recommend it to those who love fried food.

12/02/2025: Typical Piedmontese cuisine, high-end historical restaurant. Everything is very tasty, specializing in meat, which in this region of Italy is called "faso". This is a white cow grazing in the high alpine meadows.

22/03/2025: Location molto bella, posizione panoramica, interno minimal molto curato ( porzioni di muro in pietra si alternano a parti intonacate, con un soppalco sostenuto da putrelle con la scala in ferro). Il servizio al tavolo è celere, professionale, molto empatici i 2 ragazzi di sala (fra cui il fratello dello chef). I piatti assaggiati (vitello tonnato, tajarin ai 30 tuorli, pancia di maiale) sono risultati molto equilibrati, gustosi ed estremamente leggeri. Buona carta dei vini, prezzi medio alti (coperto € 3). Esperienza nel complesso assolutamente positiva.

Unprecedented with Vitello Tonnato, amazing Fassona steak, the first ones we tasted Plin with ricotta and spinach and exceptional lemon Zelst tajarin with 30 reds with local sausage sauce excellent fettuccine with hemp flour with ragout of chicken livers equally tasty for the second course Their rabbit to the langarola a delicacy excellent wine list with prices without excessive mark-ups the professional and competent management makes this place a jewel in the crown of Cherasco, a historic village and certainly a good starting point for a holiday in the Langhe. a special thank you goes to the Patron Mr Flavio and Mrs Emy in the kitchen and a round of applause to the young and professional Luca in the dining room. The atmosphere is welcoming and the service friendly. The food is of excellent quality, with fresh ingredients and well-prepared dishes. It is absolutely worth stopping for a break and tasting the house specialities. More than positive experience, highly recommended!

29/03/2025: Discovered this very nice and intimate place by chance with a friend. The view is spectacular, the welcome and the service were impeccable, not to mention the dishes, all well prepared and quite plentiful... the price is right for the experience and we will certainly be back! The gentleman who welcomed us and served us for the entire lunch was also very nice and friendly... Highly recommended!

06/04/2025: Very nice and well-kept place, perfect for parties, birthdays and stag parties. The staff are friendly and exuberant, sometimes perhaps a little too much so play along. Excellent typical Piedmontese appetizers and particular and very abundant first courses. the second courses of meat are average, however the quality of the product is good. Overall, a pleasant and fun experience!
