A perfect evening in the heart of Cuneo We recently had the pleasure of dining at a restaurant in the center of Cuneo, and I must say it was a pleasant experience. The atmosphere is elegant and welcoming, perfect for both a romantic dinner and an evening with friends. The menu offers a mix of traditional Piedmontese dishes and innovative options, all prepared with high-quality ingredients. The service is impeccable: the staff is friendly, attentive, and prompt. The wine list also features a varied selection of drinks and cocktails. This restaurant was a great choice for us, as it was our first time in Cuneo. Highly recommended! Claudia, top!

The restaurant offers a simple yet refined atmosphere, accompanied by background music that was truly appropriate in both genre and volume. Impeccable service: the staff were extremely kind, knowledgeable, and always attentive. ​The cuisine is extraordinary: the veal with tuna sauce and Fassona beef tartare were simply exceptional, a delicious first course with their paccheri pasta ("la paccherata"), and, to top it off, a truly exquisite panna cotta with hazelnut cream. It was our first time there, but it's already a reference, and we'll definitely be returning soon. ​A well-deserved 5 stars on all fronts, highly recommended! August 9, 2026 We returned a week later, and I can only confirm what I said a week ago. I'd recommend the exquisite bombette, the cacio e oepe pasta with truffle, and finally the splendid tiramisu "momento," which I had a second time. The entire staff was excellent, as I'd always like to find anywhere. Ms. Claudia was remarkable, as she pampered us and made the experience even more enjoyable. Gali' is a unique opportunity for flavors, kindness, relaxation, and well-being! I REITERATE MY 5 STARS FOR EVERYTHING

We've been back for a while, but the place is still top-notch: welcoming, clean, and the staff are very friendly. The soft music makes the place very trendy. The food is simply superb, tasty, made with top-quality ingredients, and cooked to perfection. Highly recommended.

The restaurant presents itself as an excellent choice, thanks to its excellent staff and truly extraordinary food quality; my compliments go to both the chef and the entire dining room staff. The only negative note concerns the temperature: when I arrived, the air conditioning was off, making the room warm. Although the staff was kind enough to turn it on later, it would be nice to find the place already cool and welcoming upon entry. A little advice for the owner: if the team is experiencing difficulties or under pressure, direct intervention to support staff members would be welcome, like a true leader.
