I understand people...some say very good..the best..some say...not good..not worth anything..bah...Anyway...I go there in particular for two pastas..diplomats/nuns ..(excellent)...and even the simple croissants. 26/04/2025: Wir sind durch Zufall auf das Restaurant aufmerksam geworden. Die Einrichtung des Restaurants hat uns sofort angesprochen und wir hatten einen großartigen Abend. Der Service ist sehr nett, nimmt sich Zeit für Fragen und spricht auch gutes Englisch. Alle Produkte des Restaurants kommen aus der Region von Rom. Zur Vorspeise hatten wir einen gemischten Teller mit Schinken, Salami sowie Käse. Dazu gab es ein Pizzabrot (natürlich mit Knoblauch). Danach gab es für uns ein Rinderfilet und Saltimbocca mit Kartoffeln und Brokkoli. Dazu hatten wir einen trockenen Rotwein. Ein echtes römisches Restaurant, das wir gerne weiter empfehlen und beim nächsten Besuch wieder mit auf die Agenda nehmen werden.

23/04/2025: Abbiamo pranzato il lunedì di Pasqua prenotando con theFork. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, mangiando molto bene. Abbiamo preso un tagliere di salumi e formaggi molto abbondante infatti lo abbiamo diviso in tre. Buonissimi i ravioli cacio e pepe con ragù di scottona, i tonnarelli cacio e pepe e pistacchio e il versamisù. Servizio ottimo e locale davvero carino. Se dovesse capitare ci torneremo sicuramente

01/04/2025: Era da anni che volevamo andare in questo ristorante e oggi se ci chiedessero di ritornare, risponderemo di no. Il menù non è male, la materia prima è di qualità e si sente, ma non ci ha stupito. Lo definiremo un po’ banale, piatto e non adeguato al prezzo che si spende. Abbiamo preso i supplì di Federico, la piada con l’acciuga, i quadrucci e gli strozzapreti. In verità, avevamo ordinato anche una fritturina, ma non è mai arrivata perché non hanno trasmesso alla cucina la comanda. La vera nota dolente, infatti, è stata il servizio. Nonostante fossimo arrivati prima delle 20, abbiamo atteso circa 20 minuti per avere il menù, in quanto stavano aggiornando la carta dei vini…hanno dimenticato un piatto e non ricordavano tutti gli abbinamenti oltre che i dolci disponibili. Abbiamo avuto in sostanza un’impressione di approssimazione non confacente al tono che si vuole dare il locale.

01/04/2025: One of the most beautiful restaurants in the Northern Rome area or in any case among my favourites. The location is beautiful with internal rooms and a large external terrace, with attention to every detail, elegant. Inside, in one of the rooms there is a huge fireplace that enchants. There are also tables upstairs near the caves. It is a suggestive structure and ideal for special events. My husband and I have been customers for years and in December 2024 we spent New Year's Eve dinner here with notable dishes on the menu. Another part of this very large place is reserved only for the pizzeria and the pizza is also worth it. Advise!

27/03/2025: Refined restaurant with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Excellent table service. The owner is always very kind. Food prepared with excellent quality products and cooked very well. A good choice of dishes. I would say that it is also a romantic location perfect for an evening for two, but also with friends.
