This trattoria that I have been frequenting for years is excellently managed by "young people" who, with kindness and professionalism, offer a delicate cuisine of meats and freshwater fish expertly cooked with aromatic herbs, maintaining a tradition that always leaves you with a good memory. All in the magnificent panorama of Lake Bracciano. Well done, keep it up!

Only flaw, I specify that I am not one to eat in a hurry but the times are really a bit too dilated between one course and another.

31/05/2025: Ate well, but in 2025 where even in the third world you pay with the POS it is unacceptable to demand payment in cash with the excuse that they do not have a POS. So if you do not want to participate in a theft from the treasury you know what to do. Plus not even the receipt. I am truly surprised that today there are still such realities. Someone who manages the state finances should explain this incongruity.

20/05/2025: Simply fantastic!!!! Simple place without table service run by a wonderful mother and daughter… food cooked with heart and wisdom! Everything is delicious from appetizer to dessert… on Sunday I ate amazing pan-fried livers not to mention the tiramisu… it's the third time I've been and I can't find any faults. THANK YOU!!! If you find yourself in Cerveteri (I recommend a visit to Banditaccia first) and you're looking for somewhere to eat well and simply, go without delay!!!!

28/06/2025: I went to Italian Cheese Advisor because I really wanted to eat kimchi stew, and I was satisfied with the taste and atmosphere. It was localized, so the kimchi stew and tteokbokki weren't spicy, but they weren't bad. They were so delicious. There were a lot of customers, and almost all of them were foreigners. I think the people who run this kind of restaurant are patriots who introduce great Korean food to foreign countries. I was so satisfied!!

11/06/2025: You eat very well spending the right amount. Impeccable service and very nice and kind owner. The location also has a small children's area where the little ones can play.

10/07/2025: A nice table of 14 people, a bit difficult to communicate due to the noise, but we had a good time. Pleasant atmosphere, good service, delicious fried foods, choice between Roman-style thin pizza and Neapolitan-style thick-crust pizza, and they also have cooked dishes. I recommend it for groups. Average prices.

04/07/2025: Poor food quality: forced to take the usual fried food, heavy, cheap and to be absolutely avoided, then the meat, badly cooked and overcooked, a sad plate with pieces of tough meat defined as "tagliata". The end. All for the same price spent to eat a good raw fish in other places. Dear guys, you need to realize that the view offers much more.... All the guys in the service are kind, and they do a lot of work.

04/07/2025: The restaurant in question is particularly dedicated to meat which I must say is quite good. The choice is made directly at the counter both for the type of origin and cut. To be honest I expected much more from Nebraska and relating the yield to the price I probably would have chosen something else.

11/06/2025: In the Pietralata area, we found this Braceria with very easy parking and a really good quality/price ratio. Recommended several times by friends, we tried their kebab, their Entre Cote and the hamburger or plate. The meat you choose can be with or without bone and you are obviously asked the type of cooking. Very large place and for those who are in the area it is an excellent alternative to other places perhaps more elegant. Here they pay attention to quality and quantity which are certainly very very good and it is a recommendation because it is located in those parts avoiding the usual tour in the central part of Rome.
