20/10/2025: It may be good, but I didn't get around to trying it. I sat down and waited. Four people were serving, I waved and they looked at me but didn't see me. Even when the next table ordered coffees and was served, I wasn't asked anything. After 15 minutes of waiting, I left. What a shame!

20/11/2025: I arrived on a Thursday evening without a reservation, and despite the nearly full dining room, the staff was very kind and found me a table. I ordered local cured meats and cheeses with apple mustard, fried pasta, and a glass of local wine: everything was excellent, made with truly high-quality ingredients. The waitress was impeccable, honest, and helpful in recommending portions, and I really appreciated that they opened a bottle especially for me. What was supposed to be a quick dinner turned into a pleasant dining experience. Fairly priced and generous portions. I will gladly return.

02/11/2025: We were passing through and stopped in. It was a pleasant discovery! The fried gnocco and prosciutto melted in your mouth. We tried the cappelletti in brodo and the maltagliati with ragù, both very good and authentic. The staff were very friendly and the owner was charming and welcoming. I recommend it!

17/11/2025: The food is very good and the portions are generous. The restaurant is modern and clean, and you can eat outside in the summer. There's parking in the back. The staff is friendly and helpful. I've been back and will be back again.

14/11/2025: Had lunch today; the quality of the food was very high, the chef was knowledgeable, competent, and friendly. I recommend the tagliatelle made with 5 different flours and the amazing desserts. We'll be back.

The ambiance and food are meticulously crafted, with an ethos that's been around for generations, which is immediately evident in the menu. It's definitely worth a visit if you want excellent local food without spending a fortune. I recommend booking because the place isn't very big.

10/11/2025: The charcuterie board is amazing, and the hearty fritters and horsemeat tartare are delicious. The wine cellar is well-stocked, and the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. If you're in Parma city center, it's a must!

The service was incredible; the waiter was very approachable, knowledgeable, and friendly. We left feeling happier. Definitely worth a try if you love wine and local produce!

28/08/2025: Typical local cuisine, I'd say everything was delicious! We started with a cured meats appetizer (their salami is out of this world), and then for our first course, I chose the herb tortelli. The pasta is homemade and you can taste it; they were simply exquisite, not to mention the cappelletti! For our second course, I chose the oven-baked ribs with roasted potatoes! 🤩💯 My boyfriend had the guinea fowl, and it was really well cooked! We chose a still Lambrusco for wine! We paid around €35 ​​each, but everything was truly excellent! The interior is beautifully decorated; there were lots of fairy lights that created a lovely atmosphere. :) The girls who served us were very friendly and made us feel right at home. ♥️ I recommend booking.

23/11/2025: Excellent welcome, the lady expressed warmth and friendliness upon our arrival, as if we were at home!! We started with a platter of cured meats and cheeses accompanied by torta frittata, polenta, and gorgonzola—excellent quality. We finished with excellent tortelli and lasagna. Tradition, quality, and friendliness accompanied our Sunday outing. Highly recommended!

06/11/2025: I chose this place because of the popular TV show. Expectations were already promising, but the reality is much better. The lady is a true hostess, welcoming guests with warmth and friendliness, and you can sense the pride and passion behind their culinary offerings. The food is exquisite, using quality ingredients, and the dishes are expertly prepared, as tradition dictates.

11/11/2025: An old-fashioned inn, but well-maintained and very welcoming. We were there during mushroom season, so we took advantage of it. The fried mushrooms were delicious, but the tagliatelle were AMAZING!!! We'll definitely be back. A must-try! TOP!

07/11/2025: We stopped here at the invitation of friends, on our way to Pontremoli, which is just a stone's throw away. A discovery. Inside a complex with a small church, the old farmhouse offers corners with an ancient, humble charm. Delicious fried mushrooms and incredible tagliatelle with mushrooms. Three women, two of whom are perhaps mother and daughter, tell the story of the area with authentic dishes, simple yet rich in flavor. So good I forgot to take photos. 😂 The ambiance is certainly not refined, but it perfectly reflects the simplicity of the dishes and the essential look of the establishment. A lovely discovery, and one that I'll return to sooner rather than later. The dessert was spectacular. Recommended
