09/11/2025: We were here for lunch today at Trovatore. We organized a trip to Parma and contacted this restaurant. The menu was €30.00, including mixed cold cuts, an omelette, two first courses, water, and a sbrisolona. The portions were truly ridiculous: 5 ravioli per person and 4 small bowls of gnocchi for a table of 26 people. Dessert was served on three shared plates with a couple of bowls of mascarpone cream. Obviously, it wasn't enough for the whole table. But unfortunately, it was all gone. There wasn't any left... ridiculous... we told the owner, who pretended to apologize... but by then he'd pocketed the money and didn't even bother to offer us a coffee... disappointing. It's obvious we won't be returning, and above all, we won't speak highly of the place. I'm sorry because he lost out on a few more portions... shame.

17/01/2026: We discovered this place during our stay in Parma, and I'm happy to say that the food was excellent, meeting and exceeding my expectations! Home-cooked food and family warmth created a perfect combination that left me speechless. It's definitely worth a visit if you find yourself in this wonderful city.

16/02/2026: Honestly, I expected more from a 4.7. They placed us near the kitchen with a lot of waiters coming and going. We had a reservation. The roast guinea fowl was very salty, I was sick all night. Two sandwiches to accompany it? In a place like this? They want you to spend 4.50 euros on their fried pizza. It's unprofessional. I'm giving it a 2, not a 1, just for the location.

18/01/2026: An excellent family lunch. We found this restaurant by chance and, as sometimes happens, it was a pleasant surprise. The service was good, attentive, and thoughtful; the restaurant is elegant and very well-maintained. All the dishes were excellent, especially the goose menu. The wine list was a bit pricey, but the final price was in line with the quality.

08/01/2026: We went to this restaurant for lunch. The Culatello DOP was excellent, the ravioli in broth was good, and the pasta (Filoma 4-flour pasta) was good, but since the menu also includes a half portion, we would have expected a slightly larger full portion.

05/01/2026: We’ve been living in Italy for four years, and we can confidently say that the Antica Pasta della Filoma was the most exquisite and flavorful pasta dish we’ve had in the country. The Rosa di Parma was also outstanding, as was the dessert (the chocolate soufflé). The service was extremely friendly, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate and understand the challenges of having lunch with a sleepy, moody toddler. A must-go restaurant in the center of Parma.

14/02/2026: A fantastic evening, we were welcomed like royalty, the atmosphere is of a high standard like the venue, the service and the food, the prices are very fair and in line with the quality of the products and preparations, we had the 4-course menu which was really very, very good, it was a pleasure.

14/01/2026: We visited Inkiostro last week, and the experience lived up to what you’d expect from a Michelin‑starred restaurant. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable: a spotless table, a perfectly comfortable room temperature (which is more of a luxury than one might think), and a warm, refined welcome. We chose the six‑course tasting menu paired with three wines each. Every dish was fresh and beautifully executed, with the raw Ricciola standing out as our favourite—an extraordinary balance of flavours and craftsmanship. The service deserves special praise as well: attentive, genuine, and perfectly calibrated. Luciano, in particular, impressed us with his charismatic, easygoing manner, adding a touch of humour and positive energy to the evening. The only slight drawback was the pacing. While the first courses arrived with good rhythm, the final two were spaced about 45 minutes apart, which felt a bit long. That said, Luciano graciously compensated with a lovely glass of Passito di Pantelleria, a thoughtful gesture we truly appreciated. Overall, we highly recommend Inkiostro. A team of real professionals delivering a memorable dining experience.

10/11/2025: The charcuterie board is amazing, and the hearty fritters and horsemeat tartare are delicious. The wine cellar is well-stocked, and the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. If you're in Parma city center, it's a must!

09/11/2025: The aperitif was already very enjoyable, and they saved us a spot for dinner, which was very light but high-quality. The service was incredible; the waiter was very approachable, knowledgeable, and friendly. We left feeling happier. Definitely worth a try if you love wine and local produce!

24/12/2025: Excellent croissants, generous fillings. It's a shame the organization isn't perfect, as timing management slips a bit. The heavy-duty "cake-to-order" pastries are very good; they've already had them made for 4 birthdays.
