03/04/2026: A must-visit for anyone traveling to Parma. The menu is simple, with dishes you can customize to your liking. Excellent products, from the cured meats (especially Culatello and Parma ham) to the Parmigiano Reggiano. Fair prices, super friendly service, and a cheerful atmosphere reign among the staff. Absolutely not to be missed.

03/07/2026: I absolutely loved it here. We stopped by on a road trip not expecting much but my gosh was it a lovely lunch. Delicious meats and cheese, certainly in my top 3 deli meats I’ve eaten in my lifetime. Whatever the whipped creamy cheese was, was incredible.
The staff were kind and helpful although a slight language barrier as we don’t speak Italian. It didn’t mean the service was any less, they were all extremely attentive.
The place is absolutely spotless which I would give 10 stars for. I rarely attend a restaurant where it feels immaculate, but this place is pristine clean. Glasses, plates, cutlery, serving boards all immaculate. Seating was comfortable. It was lovely a cool in the restaurant temperature wise. I loved it here!!!!
31/05/2026: We stopped here to shop on our way back. The staff were very attentive, and we were greeted with a sampler of their products. The quality was fantastic. The Parma ham, salami, and cheese were all excellent!

07/07/2026: Had a casual and simple taste of a few products, yet remarkable ones, appetizers and salumi to share were great.
I also considered to have a variety of primis, they were good as well, only small detail about the pumpkin filling, the taste was too strong to almonds, reaching close to marzipan levels cause of sweetness from the filling as well. Not that bad but a bit too intrusive, compared to all the other dishes level.
Definitely will try to return and taste the missing dishes from there.
30/06/2026: A pleasant surprise, fried cake ok, ham and culaccia good, coppa and salami to be reviewed... but the real surprise were the tortelli, really really good, both the classic ones with herbs and the ones with pumpkin and potatoes...

15/07/2026: Not a positive experience. We chose this place based on the reviews and, above all, the reassurances about gluten-free cuisine advertised online. When we arrived, we discovered that it's completely unequipped to safely manage cross-contamination. They have a single oven where they also make gluten-free pizzas. To make matters worse, during dinner, we noticed several flies landing on our plates. We were disappointed 😞
13/07/2026: A rather overpriced dinner, good pizza and even the first courses were not bad, second course of fish dry because it was overcooked, rude waitress, when I politely asked for the empty plates to be taken away she started grumbling in a foreign language, unacceptable.

26/04/2026: I had the opportunity to stay in Parma for a few days and dined at 19-28 on two evenings. The kindness and courtesy were truly exquisite. The restaurant-style dishes were delicious and carefully prepared.

23/04/2026: What a lovely oasis to unwind after walking for miles on the Via Francigena. Oliviero is so friendly to all the guests, truly top-notch service! I had the gnocchi for lunch, highly recommended.

28/03/2025: Business lunch for three, we shared a plate of prosciutto with schiacciatina and then a "light" dish each (in my case, raw artichoke and parmesan salad), and drank water. Everything was good, the service was very attentive and courteous, and well-timed, and the atmosphere was pleasant, well-kept, and clean, but over €100 for three is definitely too much for a vegetable dish each.
16/03/2025: A small restaurant, excellent pizza, but disappointing service.
Unfortunately, the experience was marred by the waitress's behavior: while I was still eating, she proceeded to clear the table and asked only my companion if he wanted to continue with something else, without waiting for me to finish my pizza, completely ignoring me. After that, we never saw her again. We would have preferred dessert, coffee, or other options. A real shame, as the quality of the food deserves more attentive and respectful service.

31/10/2025: Quite dilapidated, maintenance seems to have stopped for 15 years...
20/10/2025: We stayed in this hotel for one night. The rooms aren't four-star; they smell musty and are dirty. The service is nonexistent. We were cold, the heating was off, and after much insistence, they brought us single, very old and worn wool blankets. We also, and I must say, unfortunately, had dinner... There was little choice, and the dishes they brought us were very meager and cold. They were probably pre-cooked and frozen dishes, the ravioli definitely frozen. The four-sautéed pasta dishes are better. Later, I asked for two coffees to be brought to my room along with the restaurant bill, and I had to wait half an hour. On Sundays, they serve breakfast an hour later; I needed breakfast at 6:30, but they told me it wasn't possible and didn't even deduct it from my bill. A truly terrible experience.

Pizze:avendo preso 3 gourmet il prezzo è un po’ alto 18 euro cad una
la pizza ha un impasto soffice e’ più alta della solita ma più ristretta pertanto nel piatto sembra molto ridotta
cosa buona sono gli ingredienti perché sono molto buoni e dí quantità infatti c’era più contenuto che pizza!!!
Se dovessi tornare proverei anche l’altra con impasto tradizionale!!!
29/05/2025: Una cameriera ha rovesciato una birra su una cliente, invece che scusarsi si è messa a ridere. Noi commensali allibiti. Il proprietario indifferente anche dopo una nostra richiesta almeno di uno sconto (abbiamo mangiato 1 ora dopo a causa dell'incidente), con aria di sufficienza ha detto "sono cose che capitano" senza nemmeno offrirci un caffè. A lui l'educazione "non è capitata". Vergognoso. Anche noi non capiteremo mai più in quel locale!!!

04/03/2025: Sono un abitudinario di questo ristorante frequentandolo quasi tutti i giorni per pranzo di lavoro proprio per questo il mio giudizio è ancora più valido.La qualità delle materie prime è sempre di livello una cucina gestita con maestria e anche veloce all'occorrenza per chi deve poi andare a lavorare e un servizio impeccabile e col sorriso per chi ha più tempo a disposizione.Se siete in zona non mancate
