Dinner was a 5+: excellent service, masterful fried cake (not greasy and just the right amount of tender), excellent meat, and fantastic sides, including the superb sautéed potatoes!!! Highly recommended. We'll definitely be back.

Stasera siamo stati a cena in questa splendida trattoria e ne siamo usciti, come sempre, davvero entusiasti! La cucina, tipica emiliana, valorizza i sapori autentici della tradizione locale con eccellenti materie prime selezionate da produttori locali. La carne è veramente ottima e trattata meravigliosamente. Il menù non è vasto, ma variegato, a cui si aggiunge sempre qualche specialità del giorno Piccola chicca assolutamente da provare i “mai più senza” (gnocco fritto/torta fritta ripiena di formaggio tomino fuso) un’esplosione di gusto che ci ha conquistati al primo assaggio! Un grande merito va anche all’accoglienza: la proprietaria è stata gentilissima, sempre disponibile e con una simpatia che mette subito a proprio agio. Un ringraziamento speciale anche a Rubén, il nostro cameriere, attento, cordiale e davvero premuroso, con un sorriso genuino. Torneremo sicuramente!
