23/03/2024: I won't go back there again. My partner and I took a 36 euro bottle, we were served pizzas, focaccia, salami (cut with a slicer) and raw ham a finger high. We were right in front of the counter and therefore we were "lucky" to see all the various preparations. Barman who prepares cocktails and then drinks from the shaker....another barman who eats while preparing the platters... sneezes and doesn't wash his hands. It's a shame because the place is beautiful and should be the TOP in Collecchio. I forgot... the only positive note were the girls who served us, nice and kind.

27/02/2024: I didn't find what I expected. very chaotic environment, culatello that didn't seem to be seasoned as it should have been, compared to the menu indication, expensive bill. at the end of the dinner I think it is important to ask how it went but this did not happen. I won't come back again.

04/03/2024: È domenica, telefono agli amici chiedendo se si associavano ad un pranzo domenicale; tutti confermano. Bene, telefono alla trattoria chiedendo disponibilità che viene confermata. Passiamo subito agli ordinativi, ottimi salumi con in testa il salame casalino sapientemente insaccato dal patron di casa sig. Romano. (Salame sublime) A far compagnia vi sono sottaceti giardiniera ed altre verdure sapientemente elaborate dalle bravissime cuoche .Saltiamo i primi ed ordiniamo ottimi arrosti compreso un squisito roast beef, a seguire, ptiamo per una bella porzione di cappelletti in brodo. Squisiti!!!! Dolci, gelato ed amari .Merita assolutamente di andare a trovare questo locale sulle colline varanesi. Il prezzo?? Onestissimo adeguato al contesto. Giovanni Ferri

07/03/2024: I spent some wonderful evenings at the Alfione during my stops in Parma. A truly enchanting place where you eat like God. Owners and staff who make you feel at home. The selection of wines is also excellent. I won't go too long with the explanations because this time they aren't necessary, the photos speak for themselves (unfortunately I forgot to photograph the artichokes, ABSOLUTELY worth trying...). From the cold cuts accompanied by the magnificent fried cakes, to the cutlet and the fillet with truffles... from the tortelli to the artichokes, I tried everything and was highly satisfied. Mandatory stop for anyone in Parma!

26/03/2024: Excellent pastry shop with tea room. Ideal for breakfast. The desserts and pastries are always fresh and good even in the afternoon. There is also a convenient and large car park. Best pastry shop in Salso.

20/02/2024: Adoro questa pasticceria, ricca sempre di novita' e dolci tentazioni. Acquisto molto spesso torte che trovo ottime. Locale molto accogliente, personale gentilissimo e sempre sorridente. Attenti anche ai bimbi, hanno pennarelli e disegni. Consigliatissimo

10/02/2024: Per fortuna che ha riaperto! Si mangia benissimo: il cibo è di prima scelta, il servizio è ottimo, il personale è super gentile e accogliente. I tortelli sono speciali. Buonissimi sia la carne che il pesce. Il vino è di qualità impeccabile. I dolci sono tutti buoni. Il più originale è il crumble mandorle. Provare per credere!!!
