I migliori ristoranti di cucina italiana in Parma

16/02/2025: Questo è uno dei posti che confermano la mia convenzione che in Italia si mangia (e si beve) come da nessun'altra parte al mondo. Non è una questione di "stelle" o di creatività (talvolta esagerata, fine a se stessa) ma di solide basi nella cucina regionale (anzi nelle cucine, al plurale, visto che il mio piatto di chiamava "viaggio al sud") e nei migliori prodotti del territorio. Non è un ristorante o una trattoria con menù chilometrici, è un posto piccolo (lo chiamerei "osteria con cucina") ma estremamente accogliente, con 7/8 piatti caldi, panini "gourmet" e taglieri di salumi e formaggi eccellenti. Essendo sera ci siamo orientati su due piatti di pasta diverse, entrambe eccellenti, e mio figlio sulla zuppa con il lampredotto che l'ha entusiasmato. Come detto, eccellenti anche il salame cotto e il tagliere iniziali e i dolci alla fine. Abbiamo chiesto due calici ma il vino proposto era talmente buono che ci siamo fatti lasciare la bottiglia sul tavolo. Gentilezza, affabilità e tanta competenza, unite a un più che corretto rapporto qualità / prezzo.

20/01/2025: Last night as a couple we ate wonderfully well, compliments for the cuisine, beef liver cooked with skill, truly special. Then a first course, pasta and chickpeas, the best pasta and chickpea dish I've ever eaten. All cooked with great passion and you can taste it immediately at the first bite. We have been customers for some time and every time is always a pleasure. The place is small but very welcoming. Few tables, a small team of happy dinners. Excellent selection of non-commercial and therefore refined wines with extreme attention to quality with excellent value for money. I always recommend booking. A warm greeting.

24/03/2025: Quick lunch on the go. Easy to reach and locate. Large and very bright room. Fast, precise and attentive service to customer needs. The choice fell on a first course, paccheri with raw ham, courgettes and parmesan. Abundant serving and well cooked. Advised

28/02/2025: The planetino is not just a restaurant but an experience to live at least once in a lifetime. it is a welcoming place, frequented by local people where a familiar and carefree atmosphere is created, thanks to the very nice owner Tommaso and the food cooked and served with a special ingredient: the passion for what you do. I pass by there every evening before returning home, even just to say hello because it regenerates me and fills me with good energy.

10/03/2025: We were a group of 75 people, certainly not an easy situation to manage but they certainly gave their all... I ate very well, perfect service, friendly and helpful staff and I spent the right amount

09/03/2025: We stopped here for lunch. Excellent cuisine, simple and genuine. Among everything, however, the pasticcio with red radicchio and salami paste stood out, truly delicious. Very friendly, friendly and helpful staff. We were a large company but the service was still perfect. Highly recommended.

15/03/2025: Restaurant in the center. Perhaps not too visible and easy to reach given the restricted traffic zones. The venue is very intimate. The menu is mainly based on fish (very fresh). I applaud my diner's special request for a single dish with oysters. The tuna tartare is excellent. Unfortunately, the pappardelle with burrata was not a successful dish as the hot pasta melted the burrata, but this was always cold on the plate and "glued" the pasta itself... too bad, it needs to be reviewed. Excellent fried and good and original raspberry sorbet. The bill is quite important. I would say that it is recommended for dinners of a certain importance or anniversaries. The staff was always discreetly present for every need at the table itself.

23/02/2025: Entrati in Salsomaggiore nel tardo pomeriggio, avevamo voglia di una merenda gustosa...e abbiamo trovato il posto giusto! Una vetrina molto invitante con prodotti di piccola pasticceria, diverse torte nei frigo (non le abbiamo provate ma la vista era ottima) e cioccolata con panna montata artigianale a parte. Prezzi onestissimi.

09/03/2025: We passed by by chance and luckily we got it right. We had a cheese platter as an appetizer, followed by beetroot risotto, taleggio and the typical local pasta, pisarej. I wanted to try the baked duck as a second course and I can say that it was very good, then finally the trio of cakes. I complimented the owner when paying the bill. Prices normal.

12/03/2025: In the room above there is too much noise and you come out as if you can't understand anything anymore. Absolutely avoid this room. I advise the owners to soundproof the walls. Pizza is normal.

16/03/2025: Delicious roast meats, ribs cooked at an even lower temperature, excellent homemade Montepulciano and finally fabulous trifle and gianduiotto... what can I say... we will be back and we will definitely recommend it!

15/02/2025: I was there by chance one midday for a quick lunch, then I went back 2 more times, I always took the tigelle because they are delicious, both the ones with cured meats and the vegetarian ones, with 3 tigelle and a good glass of wine it costs under 20 euros, these days it's practically impossible to eat something decent for this price. Super recommended!

09/02/2025: Allora è un localino nelle viette di Parma, si raggiunge solo a piedi perché è all'interno del centro storico però a pochi passi dal grande parcheggio a pagamento Toschi. Allora fanno le tigelle che sono tipiche del luogo però dalle foto sembrano più grandine in verità però molto buone e accompagnate dal prosciutto di Parma e ParmaReggio.
