11/06/2025: Abbiamo passato Una serata stupenda tra amiche… Abbiamo preso un antipasto quadrato Dove i sapori esplodevano in bocca, Gli spaghetti allo scoglio abbondanti e buonissimi e alla fine ascoltando il consiglio del cameriere simpaticissimo e bravissimo abbiamo preso le cozze SPETTACOLARI! Consiglio a tutti di provare questo ristorante perché una volta provato diventerà il vostro ristorante preferito! 05/06/2025: Siamo stati più volte ed ogni volta è una piacevole sorpresa. I piatti sono divini, sempre disponibili fuori menù interessanti.. personale gentilissimo, Gabriele è unico: bravissimo e molto molto simpatico!

14/06/2025: I celebrated my confirmation day at Gavinell and I must say that it was a truly excellent choice! I sincerely thank the owner Luciano and his son Paolo, as well as all the staff, because they prepared and managed everything in the best way and with great professionalism! From the first meeting there was maximum availability; Luciano welcomed us with kindness, listened to us and met our requests. On the day of the celebrations everything agreed was carried out, with attention to detail; the location was excellent, as was the "mise en place" of the table; the menu and the food offered were excellent, all very good and tasty (I also thank the chef for his courtesy and availability); finally, the service as a whole was excellent, thanks to the staff who assisted us with kindness until the end of the day! If there will be an occasion, we will definitely return to this restaurant, which was also born and proposed as a botanical garden. Thank you for everything and see you soon!

13/06/2025: We chose to celebrate our wedding in Gavinell with a buffet and dinner and I must say that we were very satisfied with this experience. The location is beautiful and well-kept, the staff is attentive and friendly and the food is also excellent.

27/05/2025: We visited this trattoria with good friends on a weekend trip to Bolzano. We received friendly service, and the pizzas we ordered were excellent. Unfortunately, the entrance isn't easy to find (there are market stalls in front of the restaurant). Definitely worth a visit!

30/05/2025: Well-kept place, elegant but not excessive. The service is attentive and present, the owner well-versed in wines. The appetizer of cold cuts and fried pizza are very good, the meat is exceptional! The desserts are also excellent Highly recommended

02/06/2025: Discovered by chance wanting to have lunch just outside Parma. Excellent welcome, characteristic environment, lots of space, convenient free parking 30 meters away and average prices. Excellent raw materials. It was a nice discovery.

29/05/2025: I ate some excellent dishes, I ate some parmesan as an appetizer with parma ham, the latter I didn't find exceptional while the parmesan was really excellent and an exceptional giardiniera. I then ate some very good cappelletti. Definitely a nice place, very kind staff to repeat maybe with a better Parma ham

16/06/2025: Typical local cuisine, very kind and attentive staff to satisfy customer requests, there were 5 of us and we tasted several of their specialties and were very satisfied. Excellent quality/price. Highly recommended, a guarantee. Despite the 90 km I hope to return as soon as possible!

27/05/2025: Historic trattoria, I recommend everyone to stop there for lunch or dinner, authentic flavors, homemade pasta, cappelletti in broth, tortelli ricotta spinach, and tagliatelle with amazing mushroom ragù, delicious cured meats and giardiniera, I have been going there for over 20 years, they maintain tradition and quality.

28/05/2025: A family atmosphere, recently renovated, excellent dishes from appetizer to dessert (amazing tripe). The icing on the cake, the owner who at the end of the meal comes to the table for a chat. Highly recommended

07/06/2025: We stopped there specifically because it was recommended, really great choice. Excellent food, the handmade stuffed pasta was really good, we took a plate with different tastings, I recommend the horse meat, it was really a discovery for me and I would eat it a thousand more times, always from them though. 😂

11/05/2025: Came for a friend's birthday and enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. There is a parking lot at the back of the building but street parking in that neighborhood is easy enough to find. The staff was kind and attentive. Restrooms were in great order and the time spent there left enough of an impression of me that I would be inclined to come back and have a meal when in the area.

31/05/2025: We ate the diavola, a kind of capricciosa. Very good, especially the dough. Then we tried one with buffalo stracciatella and bacon. Very tasty. The service was nice, friendly and fast. Highly recommended
