18/02/2026: An excellent experience in Fidenza 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 We dined at La Valle restaurant and the experience was impeccable in every way. The atmosphere is refined and welcoming, ideal for those seeking a special evening where every detail makes the difference. The staff looked after us with extreme professionalism, explaining each course with passion and expertise. The culinary journey was a crescendo of flavors: We began with creative and tantalizing welcome amuse-bouche. The egg cooked at 63°C (145°F) is a masterpiece of technique and texture. The trout tartare was surprising, a fresh and balanced dish. Honorable mention goes to the tajarin with lobster and kimchi air. Tortelloni with Wagyu beef stew: an explosion of enveloping flavor. We finished in style with a Marsala zabaglione and their original take on a revisited tiramisu. A must-try for those who love haute cuisine that doesn't forget substance. We'll definitely be back. Kudos to the entire staff!

07/03/2026: Very good food, with unique and typical local dishes. The menu was limited (about thirty dishes). Some dishes were broken on the sides, but the service was very good. The waiters were polite and friendly. The atmosphere was nice, a little empty, but in a restaurant, it's the food that counts, not the location. The prices were reasonable and not excessive for the quantity and quality of the dishes. Also recommended for large groups.

07/04/2026: Our stay at the Broncarda farmhouse was fantastic. The place is very peaceful and the surrounding landscape is beautiful. The management is very professional and the service is very friendly. The restaurant, with its delicious dishes, is also highly recommended.

02/04/2026: We had lunch on Sunday, March 29th. The dining room, overlooking the garden through a beautiful window, is absolutely beautiful. The tables are well-arranged with a beautiful table setting. The menu is fantastic: top-quality cured meats, exquisite first courses, and excellent wines. Excellent service! Definitely worth a try.

30/03/2026: It's always a wonderful experience returning to I Pifferi. Exquisite food, carefully crafted with excellent ingredients; courteous and always available service (and there were 11 of us at the table...). The quality/price ratio is more than satisfactory. A word of advice: absolutely worth trying (and re-trying!!!)

24/03/2026: Whenever I'm in Parma, I stop by Romani for shopping. I used to go to La Verdi, but now, for convenience, I go to La Rocca, with a stop at La Cantina (very well stocked). Excellent products, friendly staff in all the stores, but on Monday, March 23, I also ordered a kilo and a half of Parmigiano di Montagna (incredibly good), and the clerk, Mr. Kay, was able to cut off a piece of the exact weight with a knife!!!! Competence, oh...😂. I then called for clarification on the expense, and despite my mistake, they were understanding. Thank you.

10/01/2026: WOW !!! got to be the best pizza I've ever had. Here in Winter so was quite. When the locals come out in the cold and are eating in here you know it's good. Not expensive for the quality of food and service you get. If your ever around here call in and eat it's worth the detour.

27/12/2025: Excellent pizza, tasty but not salty, with distinct flavors, and well-cooked, light pasta. The waitress was very kind, and the wait time was more than acceptable. We had a very pleasant evening.

14/02/2026: After many years, we finally return to Ivan, and nothing has changed: quality, kindness, and the atmosphere are top-notch. The main dining room is bright and airy thanks to the large window overlooking the garden. The menu features all the treasures of this region, starting with the cured meats. They're a must-try, and the house classic appetizer is worth the trip. We start with the tosone e pancetta, fried polenta with an incredibly fluffy lard pesto. The culatello and prosciutto are perfect, sweet, with an enveloping flavor; it's worth adding a few slices of salami, aged yet tender and with a timeless flavor. All accompanied by Pizzavacca's excellent giardiniera. Among the first courses, featuring anolini, braided green tortelli, and orzotto with salami paste, we were tempted by the lasagnetta with three ragùs. It's not your typical lasagna; it's not wrapped in béchamel, but topped with a parmesan fondue, making it incredibly delicious. Among the many layers of soft, thin pasta, here are the three ragùs: the savory yet sweet meat is perfectly evident given the absence of béchamel. The second courses are also inviting, but the space left is minimal. So, we shared tender sautéed snails on a potato cream. A sweet conclusion with some Carnival treats. As for wine, we treated ourselves to a champagne all-you-can-eat meal, but the wine list is endless and caters for all tastes. In conclusion, a lunch to remember. I hope to return soon.

02/02/2026: Ivan and Barbara are always a guarantee. The cuisine is top-notch, with exquisite appetizers and first courses featuring all handmade pasta. A special mention goes to the lasagna with three ragù sauces. Desserts are a must-try; you can't go wrong. The wine is excellent; even a "simple" Lambrusco can make a difference. Attentive and impeccable service... Highly recommended...

08/04/2026: Beautiful, recently renovated, modern restaurant. A lovely reading/game corner near the entrance. Delicious pizza, first courses, and second courses. Extensive and well-priced wine list. Homemade desserts. Suitable for families and couples. Plenty of parking, including in the courtyard.

08/04/2026: Excellent restaurant serving local and other dishes, cooked with care. The staff is extremely attentive to customer satisfaction. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the food. If we were to find a flaw, it would be the enormous portions; a flaw that was quickly remedied by the spontaneous offer of a Doggy Bag! All this is worth it in the EVENING. At lunchtime, a large, noisy, and rude crowd can ruin your appetite: best avoided!
