01/04/2026: Tables for two people were placed in a narrow, dark corridor, single file and double-file. The table of the couple next door was half a meter away. Zero privacy! Unacceptable for a mid- to high-end restaurant.

12/04/2026: An almost magical place, I'd say. A perfect combination of quality food, excellent service, and a dream location. The staff makes you feel at home and pampered at the same time. The food is excellent, with fun and unexpected flavors.
The after-dinner wine cellar experience was the icing on the cake! Just outside the restaurant is the largest culatelli cellar in the world!
I'll definitely be back ❤️

04/03/2026: Beautiful experience... Refined but not affected service, very beautiful decor for my taste and food at times touching for the goodness of the preparations and combinations.
19/02/2026: I went with my partner for my birthday dinner, and it was excellent.
The staff are young but very knowledgeable and make you feel at ease, unlike other Michelin-starred restaurants where the service has been too cold.
We chose the six-course Ikigay menu, where Salvatore and his staff took us on a journey into the metaverse.
Congratulations to everyone.

29/03/2026: Everything was excellent! The place is very welcoming, beautifully decorated, and you're greeted with kindness and courtesy. The menu offers interesting options, all worth exploring! We tried the potato and mushroom flan, the giardiniera, the braised beef (amazing!), and the duck with apples and almonds (delicious, incredibly tender). The dessert was delicious (a cream and chocolate tartlet). We had a wonderful time and will be back. P.S. They're dog-friendly!

Both the starters and desserts. The sbrisolona was fabulous. We didn't order a main course, so I can't comment on that.
The classical background music was delightful.

13/04/2026: We went to Il Trovatore last night and left happy. The service was attentive but never intrusive, and they gave us excellent advice on both the dishes and the wine. We had the tagliolini with culatello and artichokes, the guancialini (cheeks)—the portions were just right, and the ingredients were delicious at first bite. The restaurant is well-kept, with a warm atmosphere, perfect for a romantic dinner or with friends. The price is in line with the quality. We'll be back again. Lorella

09/04/2026: We don't stay overnight because we usually sleep in the bivouac, but we have become very fond of this refuge, welcoming atmosphere, smiling and kind staff and then guys they make the best strudel I've ever eaten!!
30/03/2026: We didn't get to see the rooms, but we loved everything else: trekking, food, and location.
