09/06/2025: Cutlery is banned and you eat with your hands so it's heaven for my children. Wine in a bowl, mixed cold cuts platters with exceptional coppa and special sauces. Better to book.
02/06/2025: Very pleasant environment, family atmosphere. Excellent cold cuts and sauces. Characteristic choice to replace the wine glass with a white ceramic cup. Absolutely recommended.

08/06/2025: Fantastic hospitality experience and excellent service. The young lady (I think her name is Elisa) gave us a warm welcome even though we were late to eat. She was thoughtful and kind, qualities that are rare in restaurateurs today. I told her that she raises the bar in her category. Truly excellent at her job!! If I return to those parts I will pass inside even just for the pleasure of feeling welcomed and surrounded by her kindness.
08/06/2025: Sabato sera, siamo a Langhirano. Mia figlia ha un saggio di danza al Pier Maria Rossi e noi abbiamo da gestire l' attesa....e la cena. 2 passi nel centro un po' vuoto di Langhirano, si fannole 18 e 30 e cominciamo a spippolare sil tel per risolvere la cena/apericena/qualcosa da mangiare senza troppo sbattimento. E internet ci dice bene. Benissimo. Riprendiamo la macchina e ci dirigiamo verso questo locale. Nel dehors si sta bene e per fortuna c' è un tavolo libero. Certo il locale è sulla massese, ma questo non disturba. Un margarita e un Hugo. Buoni, buonissimi. Hugo davvero notevole. E che ci vuole a fare un Hugo? Beh civiole ..Margarita nel suo bicchiere anche questo fatto molto bene, magari un filo meno di sale sul bordo, ma è un dettaglio. Servono PRIMA ( e apprezzo) un tagliere di focaccia fatta da loro . Calda. Ottima. Ma noi avevamo premeditato una frugale cena.... Questoblocale moderno apre a colazione e chiude dopocena, ha un breve ma interessante menu alla carta.Chiediamo se sia possibile avere un tagliere di salume e della torta fritta. " Ma ci dobbiamo spostare dentro dove c' è apparecchiato per la cena" ? ...Ma nonstate comidonlí vendo io ad apparecchiare , dice il ragazzo che prende l' ordinazione. Tagliere abbondante e con salumi DEGNI DI LANGHIRANO . ECHECA....O! La coppa è tagliata sottile mai salata grasso dolce, il prosciutto ...beh qua lo raccolgono per starada nei fossi...davvero buono, salame anch'esso non salato e non speziato. Correttissimo. Torta fritta: non apro il capitolo perché sull' argomento ognuno ha la sua opinione. Per me PERFETTA! Zero unto, fragrante, panosa, colore giallo che ne mangeresti 50npezzi. Ecco questa deve essere la torta fritta. Caffè acqua microfiltrata, in tuttonpoco più di 40 euro in 2.Prezzo davvero onesto. I francesi nel tavolo a fianco dividono un bellissimo piatto di tortelli. Qui sono tutti giovani, molto disponibili e carini, si impegnano tanto e il risultato è davvero degno di nota. Faranno esperienza, ma son partiti bene. Benissimo. Bravi. Bel locale.

24/04/2025: I have been a customer of the Osteria di Fornio for at least ten years, although I go about once a year due to the distance between my place of residence and Fidenza. This restaurant is a real point of reference for good Emilian cuisine, expertly revisited by the chef in a more contemporary key, without however distorting it. At these levels of quality it is difficult to talk about dishes being better than others. However, I would like to point out the Buon Insieme menu, thanks to which we got to know the Osteria di Fornio years ago, which represents an excellent way to get to know the dishes of this place and its territory at 360°. The welcome from the dining room staff was also genuine and professional, led by the friendly husband of the chef and co-owner. A service as warm as that of taverns and as attentive as that of an excellent restaurant. Absolutely recommended and, without doubt, we will continue to return.

23/05/2025: Small, slightly bohemian place with the pleasant welcome of Francesco in the dining room and the creative flair of the young chef Pietro in the kitchen, who delighted our taste buds with dishes with truly surprising flavours. Starting from the very long leavened PandiRo' pizza, with a light dough, with just the right crunchy base, expertly stuffed (we tasted the Calabrian one and the one with raw ham), moving on to the katsuobushi risotto (one of the most harmonious and exciting dishes I've ever tasted!) and the tasty summer annolini, up to the delicate duck breast and the sumptuous turbot... to finish the chocolate mousse enlivened by a touch of saltiness and the ethereal cloud of Catalan cream, truly tasty and unusual. The bottle of local Malvasia bubbles was excellent. An experience to absolutely recommend and repeat, wishing a bright future to this young management
