13/05/2025: Esperienza negativa, posto da evitare. Le tagliatelle al ragù erano riscaldate e non fatte al momento, le birre Raffo molto acquose e i dolci di poca qualità. Il giorno successivo, 2 delle 4 persone hanno avuto qualche problema di stomaco. Per finire, conto salato per la qualità del prodotto.

13/05/2025: Bad experience, place to avoid. The tagliatelle with ragù were reheated and not made at the moment, the Raffo beers were very watery and the desserts were of poor quality. The next day, 2 of the 4 people had some stomach problems. To finish, a high bill for the quality of the product.

05/04/2025: Mediocre pizza and sandwiches, after having tried it several times I can confirm that the home delivery service is terrible, never on time, in fact the waits can be as long as 1 to 1 hour and a half, half the time with wrong orders.

10/06/2025: The same wine that I buy at Pam downstairs for 5 euros is sold here for 25 euros. Passerina by the Natum Agriverde brand, and you can easily check on Google if what I say is true. I think this is not fair to customers. It is understandable that a restaurateur should make money but this seems exaggerated to me. Especially knowing that if I pay 5 euros for this wine at the supermarket, wholesale it will certainly cost much less. I checked now on Google and on the Agriverde website it is sold for 4.50 euros a bottle.

10/04/2025: Visitado dos veces, habría ido de nuevo si hubiéramos tenido la oportunidad. Pedimos tortellini fritti y pagnocco (que estaba delicioso) , también se le dio un plato extra del tipo muy agradable detrás del mostrador. Hay que mencionar el spritz (Cynar y Limoncello) , el mejor que tuvimos en Bolonia. Muy recomendable.

21/02/2025: Sehr, sehr netter und freundlicher Kellner (Nicola). Waren zweimal da und würden noch ein drittes Mal kommen. Ausgezeichnetes Essen und Trinken. Weiter so!💪🏼

10/04/2025: Pamcial is a staple of Bolognese street food, highly recommended for those who want to taste Persian flavors and spices. Their falafel are the best in the city, but for my personal taste they are the best I've ever eaten. The pita is balanced and well filled, but the highlight is the smoked aubergine sauce they make. Also recommended are montangian (meatballs with nuts and vegetables with an intense flavour), aubergine falafel and okra, not easy to find in the city. The restaurant offers many vegetarian options.

31/03/2025: Great food! I love their falafel and I often get their falafel pita, sometimes I alternate it with the vegetable flan, excellent and on the most delicious days the olive lasagna, superb. The portions are large and the rest of the food is not bad either. She is always very sweet with me and he calls all the girls darling. I often go there to be pampered/comforted a little if the day has been particularly heavy.

01/06/2025: For me, it was definitely my last time at Signorvino. (I suspect the white sauce was the cause of my subsequent nighttime problems.) Service was very poor. However, there was a large selection of good wine at reasonable prices.

23/05/2025: Visitamos dos veces para el almuerzo y no nos decepcionó. La pasta es muy buena y el filete excelente. ¡Te permiten probar vinos que no están en el menú, ya que tienen una amplia selección para comprar en la tienda junto con otras mercancías interesantes como palomitas de trufa en una lata! Tuve un Brunello excelente que luego descubrí que estaba en oferta... que tomé. Sus postres están bien y yo diría que el tiramisú era posiblemente el mejor y el promedio de tarta de queso. Disfrutamos de la ubicación justo en la plaza y usted tiene protección del sol si lo desea .. ser que el lugar puede estar ocupado!

09/06/2025: I was in Bologna and I ate at the Ribelli sisters. The place is very small but the food was good and the employee was really kind. The prices were normal.

The lasagna was rich and comforting, with that slow-cooked depth you hope for in Bologna. But the standout was the open-faced sandwich; stacked with salame, sautéed mushrooms, arugula, and a generous layer of squacquerone cheese. Creamy, savory, and perfectly balanced. The red-checkered tables and retro touches give it an old-school feel, even in the middle of a busy market. It’s casual, fast, and full of character; great for when you want real local food without a lot of fuss.

20/05/2025: Kind and attentive staff, the pizza is definitely one of the best in Bologna, crispy and soft dough at the same time. I absolutely recommend trying it.

20/05/2025: Terrible restaurant, cold and very small dish, they didn't bother to heat it in the microwave, worse still, they charged for couvert without offering it, they charged for water (tap) a disgrace, such an open piece of crap. These European countries, restaurants need to research the complaints almost all of them, they are tourist traps.

15/02/2025: At lunch on Saturday, there were just the two of us, because the weather wasn't promising, but they still offered us a wide choice of homemade pasta and truly unique friendliness. The second first course that I tasted was really excellent, as were the starter and dessert, all very well prepared, a mix of tradition and imagination. Very kind and super friendly mother and daughter. Highly recommended.
