02/07/2025: Ordinata una pizza senza glutine per le 21, arrivata alle 22 ed era una pizza cotta dentro la vaschetta d'alluminio. il cliente dovrebbe essere informato prima di acquistare che non è una pizza fresca. il ristorante ha segnato l'ordine consegnato alle 21 nonostante il rider non fosse partito ancora dal ristorante e dopo plurime chiamate la risposta era sempre "appena partito" a distanza di 20 minuti tra una chiamata e l'altra

09/06/2025: I was in Bologna and I ate at the Ribelli sisters. The place is very small but the food was good and the employee was really kind. The prices were normal.

The lasagna was rich and comforting, with that slow-cooked depth you hope for in Bologna. But the standout was the open-faced sandwich; stacked with salame, sautéed mushrooms, arugula, and a generous layer of squacquerone cheese. Creamy, savory, and perfectly balanced. The red-checkered tables and retro touches give it an old-school feel, even in the middle of a busy market. It’s casual, fast, and full of character; great for when you want real local food without a lot of fuss.

26/08/2025: I bought tortellini, the time it took to get home and cook them... the "strong" acidic flavor is unclear whether it's the cheese used or the meat, almost the flavor of sausage... I'm from Bologna so I've eaten quite a few tortellini... sorry but my opinion is negative.

26/08/2025: Walking past this delicatessen, I was truly moved: the selection of Grana Padano cheeses is among the best I've ever seen, with a special mention for the 100-month-aged pieces!! Just looking at them sends shivers down my spine. The meat doesn't disappoint either, with prices in line with those in the area. The service is friendly and authentic: it doesn't feel like a place built just for tourists, but a point of reference for locals in the area. The spaces are clean and tidy, and wheelchair accessibility is guaranteed. As a Bolognese, seeing such a matured Grana Padano truly moved me: a stab in my heart of pride and tradition. I even tried to ask if it was possible to pay for a taste of the 100-month-aged cheese, but unfortunately, it's not available. It's still an unmissable stop for anyone who loves true gastronomic excellence.

21/07/2025: Abbiamo pranzato in questo posto perché era l’unico aperto (onore a loro). Le tigelle erano buone, giardiniera buona, servizio gentile. I tortelloni non erano di nostro gusto, troppi grandi e ripieno insapore. Il conto? Salato, per l’offerta.

23/06/2025: Vera osteria con ambiente semplice e informale ma cucina eccellente e servizio veloce e molto cortese. Abbiamo mangiato dei tortelloni eccezionali, tigelle fatte ad arte con salumi di quali ed una giardiniera fatta in casa da menzione speciale. Visto il tenore ho voluto provare anche il dolce e non me ne sono pentito: zuppa inglese casalinga speciale. Insomma un’osteria da provare assolutamente!

17/11/2024: Definitely unbalanced quality-price ratio. €11 for a piadina and a tigella (when I thought there were at least 2 since that alone cost me €3.80) with ingredients that I dare say are not very refined. Maybe the burgers are good… I wouldn't go back anyway.

23/06/2025: You eat very well 👍, excellent first and second courses. Quality at Km 0, everything handmade, from the pasta, desserts, jams...you can taste it!! Crepes that melt in your mouth without feeling heavy. One of the few truly organic places

17/08/2025: Padovani We went for lunch today. It's a family-run restaurant...Thanks, Julia's mom, for the warm welcome. The dishes were carefully prepared and delicious, all made by Julia, a young woman eager to amaze us with her quality. The icing on the cake...the herbal liqueurs, also homemade, were amazing!!!!

08/02/2025: February, cold room. Heating turned off completely, the room is heated with air conditioning. TV doesn't work completely. House of Mysteries. And I think I receive reproaches from the owner, certainly my fault for having little understanding of how the world and the hotel world in particular works. I'll get better

02/08/2025: I found this pizzeria via the AIC app while traveling. The restaurant is slightly hidden, with a small parking lot and an outdoor area with tables and chairs. Inside, there are two large dining rooms, with slightly dated furnishings but clean and very well-kept. At the entrance, there's a selection of gluten-free products, pasta, and premium flours, such as sorghum flour, available for purchase. The table settings are color-coded to better identify celiac diners. The pizzas are fantastic! A gluten-free one with buckwheat dough was delicious! Well-cooked and with a tasty crust. A gluten-free one with gluten-free dough was fabulous!!! HIGH! Beautifully leavened, soft, cooked well even in the center, flavorful... Delicious!! At the end of the meal, I stopped to chat with the waitress, who I believe is also the owner. I complimented them on the quality of the food and the service. They explained that all the dough is made in-house and that they create their own mixes. Furthermore, as an alternative to pizza, you can ask the kitchen to prepare a first course with one of the products they sell. They were very kind, and the pizza was delicious! The price is a little high, but it's absolutely worth it! If I may offer a couple of small tips: review the style and colors of the restaurant and the pizza menu choices; they're so many and so confusing! Thank you for the welcome and the delicious pizza!
