26/11/2025: It's a nice, pleasant restaurant. The portions are filling and generally quiet. The meat was said to be tough, but I liked it very much. I think the lasagna is also worth a try. We chose it because we were staying at the Amelia Hotel, but overall we were pleased.

31/07/2025: We stayed at the Aemelia Hotel last week (July 21 to 27) so it was natural to try their restaurant. The staff were lovely, and the atmosphere was quite nice and subdued. Unfortunately, the food was a disappointment. One night we each had the veal: it was overdone, dry, and tough. I could not finish mine. The second night (we were just so tired our last night in town that we caved and went again), we shared the beef carpaccio and then each had a primi piatti. The carpaccio with senape sauce was perfection (so the 3 stars). My husband had the bolognese tagliatelle and I had the lasagna. The bolognese did not have the depth of flavor that we've come to expect. The lasagna was pretty bad. I think it had been prepared and stored for maybe a week prior to when they portioned off some for me and re-heated it. I cannot recommend them if you are looking for an elevated experience in dining.

26/08/2025: I eat there for lunch every now and then because I work nearby. The breakfast is quite extensive, with a different menu every day. The prices are average, with various combo menus. Absolutely excellent for a quick weekday lunch. Generous portions.

30/07/2025: We stopped for Sunday breakfast, and the place wasn't crowded: Rude barista, very slow service, and pastries that were probably from the day before!!! Not recommended!!!

15/08/2025: Service 0/10 The staff was no longer friendly, but rather pushy. Too much. Cutlery was on the wrong side, it was on the left. When taking our order, the waiter was sitting almost on the next table, or rather, leaning completely on the table. The pizza was cold when it was served. One person at our table had finished eating. The plate was removed and passed by the waitress to the other person (who was still eating). That's not how you do that. Unprofessional. We were served by four different waiters in total, even though we were almost alone there. It caused confusion. Which is why we were asked several times by different waiters after dessert and coffee. One waiter was loudly lectured in front of the guests about all the things he had done wrong. You don't have to do that in front of the guests. The music in the restaurant was much too loud; you could barely understand a word.

07/08/2025: As soon as we sat down they brought a GF menu, has a separate kitchen, the pasta was amazing, and great service. Would make a detour just to cone here.

22/11/2025: Excellent value for money. If you're looking for substance, that is, traditional dishes prepared almost like family, and an informal atmosphere, like a family restaurant or a shack with friends.

20/10/2025: A restaurant on the outskirts of San Giovanni in Persiceto that's stuck in the '80s. Clean and welcoming, the tigelle and crescenti are excellent, the grilled meat is good, and the homemade pasta is good but not exceptional. It's cut too thick and too tough to chew. I recommend stretching it a bit more. All in all, we'll gladly return.
