16/08/2026: Yesterday, August 15th, I went with a group of friends (7 in total) for lunch. Chaotic order (non-Italian guy, hard to understand). He recommended a mixed grill on offer for €19.50 CAD. In 4 years, I made this choice and the other 3 other options. When it came to the bill, I found the 4 mixed grills at €30.00 CAD. When I complained, the cashier, to do me a favor, says she, makes a strange calculation where she wants to convince me to save me €20.00. I, who belong to the third age but know how to do math, point out to her that, instead, by doing so I pay €42.00 more. Based on your position, I pay the hefty bill and for this reason my frequentation of Tramvai ends here. I will advise friends and relatives to do the same.

28/05/2026: Great for a business lunch, it's self-service, with cafeteria-style tables. The food is particularly good, and they also do pizza.

07/08/2026: For a canteen, the prices are restaurant-like, and the quality isn't. The tray in the photo costs €15 without coffee!

08/05/2026: As a driver, I frequent Tavolamica in Emilia Romagna, but they don't see me here anymore. I usually get a bowl, but the portions are about half the size of their counterparts in Faenza, for example. I'm not saying you should fill the bowl, but it doesn't even get halfway, and I've been there several times.

08/04/2026: I had a very unpleasant experience: the food was served cold after I asked for it to be reheated, the prosciutto was filled with unchewable pieces of rind, and it was very, very expensive. Prices were NOT displayed. In any case, it was expensive, cold, and not very good. I wouldn't recommend it; next time, I'll pass. Avoid.

23/08/2026: I've been frequenting this place for a few years for breakfast, snacks, aperitifs, and gelato. I also order Too Good to Go. I've always been very satisfied. Sometimes during the busiest times, the baristas get a little overwhelmed, but they're often understaffed and have to manage the dessert counter, bar, and gelato shop, but they always remain kind and professional. I've always found the breakfast croissants to be delicious and fresh, while some of the mini pastries are the same ones you'd find in the deli counters at supermarkets. The cappuccino, coffee, and soft drinks are average. The gelato is really good. The best in the area.

14/08/2026: I'm not saying it's terrible, but it's almost. I asked for an empty croissant and they gave me jam (what if I was allergic?) and a decidedly watery cappuccino, without foam. Another day I asked for a macchiato, and it was served in a small glass of water with milk added, like a latte macchiato but smaller. They're always changing staff, and no one knows how to be a barista; they're all improvised. Never again.

28/06/2026: Found it by chance one Sunday for lunch. The first courses were fabulous, the Fiorentina steak was excellent, I even cleaned the bone. The fries fried in lard!!! A world heritage site! I would put a little more care into the cleanliness of the bar and the restaurant in general, without changing the trattoria style, which remains its strong point!

27/06/2026: Very good food, excellent. But it's very hot inside, and the service is very slow. We arrive at 8 pm and finish at 11 pm.

23/08/2026: Great little restaurant. Basic but authentic. The owner was even gracious enough to teach me some Italian. How can you beat €8 for a pizza of this quality!

20/08/2026: Excellent, perfectly baked pizza with great flavour and very welcoming service. Pizzeria in a non-touristy part of Bologna, with hotels right around the corner. The wine was lovely too.

21/08/2026: Local trattoria, extremely friendly service and delicious food The company menu is always good.

18/08/2026: A casual place in terms of appearance and decor. Located on the street, the entrance doesn't immediately resemble a restaurant/trattoria, but inside it's a standard, well-maintained inn, with a variety of wines on display, many from reputable cellars. Well-maintained inside, with just a few tables, this usually leads to attention to detail in both the dishes and the customers, and indeed, that's exactly how it is. Good service and a warm welcome, from the welcome entree to the main course. Everything was well executed; perhaps a little too much salt for my taste, but nothing that detracted from the excellent flavor of the dish. I highly recommend it. Next time, I'll try the fish.

14/08/2026: In the hills of Bologna, just a stone's throw from the Sasso Marconi highway exit, we stumble upon this enchanting osteria along the sleepy Via Val di Setta. The owner welcomes us with a broad, good-natured smile illuminated by his white hair and mustache, while we are served by the lady, a true Emilian with a slipping Z, attentive and maternal. The menu is concise and simple, but the ingredients are high-quality and the ragù is "made with the heart," she whispers with a seasoned, sly smile. The tagliatelle with ragù and the crescentine, a fried dumpling with an Emilian twist, are particularly noteworthy for their deliciousness. The service set includes toothpicks: for the writer, a 5-star must-have that should be a feature on every table, but alas, it isn't. Appetizer, two dishes plus water, wine, and coffee for €44. We leave this old restaurant in the province of Bologna, nestled in the Apennines, satisfied, wondering if Venditti ever stopped here before writing 'bomb or not bomb'...

04/08/2026: The food was extremely poor quality, the prices were high, and the staff was rude, except for the smiling waitress. I didn't provide a receipt, otherwise I would have included it in the review.

19/04/2026: A shop where you can find everything from fresh pasta to cured meats. Parmesan cheese aged up to 100 months! Delicious and delicate pink pork mortadella...and truly delicious fresh pasta. I'll definitely be back to try other products.

21/02/2026: I recently ordered 60 tortelloni, 20 with porcini mushrooms, 20 with pumpkin, and 20 with ballanzone. Instead, I was given 20 with porcini mushrooms and 40 with ballanzone. Unfortunately, I didn't check before bringing them with me (far from Bologna) to an event attended by non-meat eaters, so I was very disappointed by this mistake, making a terrible impression, and having to throw away the 20 incorrect tortelloni (€27.90). The worst part is that I called to report the mistake and was given no solution.

19/08/2026: An hour late for a Glovo order. We find out that the place is closed AFTER we've already paid, but Glovo says it's open.

18/05/2026: My friend and I tried it, I'll start by saying that without knowing it, it's highly recommended, the price is reasonable and the food is delicious, the service is excellent, the ability to create a sandwich is great.

06/04/2026: I've known this place for decades, so I wouldn't dwell on the location, service, and presentation as many have. If you know the place, you know what, how, and where. You have to appreciate it for what it is. However, I must say that in my last experience, I no longer found the price to be in line with what I've seen. It's truly unfortunate; to sustain certain prices, you have to give a little more because you're competing with other establishments that actually offer something more.

08/02/2026: A traditional trattoria, run like it once was. If you're looking for sophisticated service, this isn't the place for you. Simple but authentic, it's like eating with family. Excellent food (call ahead for availability and menu). Recommended.

23/08/2026: Best kebab in Bolo, hands down. I've been going there since the first day it opened, and it's never disappointed me. Illegal baba ganoush.

10/07/2026: The price alone...isn't worth it. Unfortunately, we didn't experience the legendary Greek hospitality here. The food we tasted was neither good nor bad. The atmosphere could at least use a repaint.

27/07/2026: They wouldn't let me pay for an aperitif by card, saying "the POS doesn't work." Still like this in 2026...
