03/10/2025: Trivella is very welcoming. The food and drinks are good. The eggplant meatballs are delicious, as are the burgers. Friendly service, reasonable prices.

14/09/2025: Four euros for a sour juice full of chunks. Essentially, he squeezes an orange on the spot, and gets the rest from a jug of pre-made juice that's been sitting on that table for who knows how many hours. A stomach ache for the rest of the day is guaranteed.

08/09/2025: A true institution in Bologna. A very elegant venue, with top-notch professional service. They have an extensive wine cellar, perfectly suited to the setting, perfect for a business lunch or dinner with friends, but always in a fairly formal setting. Highly recommended!!

27/10/2025: We made a reservation for 13 people for Sunday lunch... bad experience. We ordered grilled food, but everything was split. A small piece of bacon... A small piece of meat... A small piece of sausage... The potatoes were finished... The waitress was very rude. The tagliata, if you could call it that, wasn't cut at all. It was hard to chew... Medium rare... Raw on one side... Charred on the other. We had booked blind... But we definitely won't be back.

22/05/2025: Vengo spesso qui con i miei figli e le pizze sono sempre ottime per qualità degli ingredienti e per la cottura. Buoni anche i dolci. Prezzo coerente con la qualità del prodotto. Ottimo anche il clima: anche se rimpiango la simpatia di Carmine, molto positivo il giudizio del servizio prestato dal personale attuale

03/11/2025: Simply terrible. They bring you a burnt sandwich that was obviously forgotten, given the comments, and they pretend nothing happened. They don't even look up. A couple of apologies would have been enough, and if I wanted something else, I wouldn't have had a black sandwich with charred lettuce. How sad. And to think I loved this bar so much years ago.

01/11/2025: I'm from Bologna, I work downtown, I've been coming here since the '90s for breakfast, lunch, and aperitivo, but after last night's experience, I won't be back. The atmosphere is hostile, and customers are treated like dirt. They don't pay attention when you arrive because they have to select songs from the playlist, but then you get scolded for everything: you can't sit down, you can't clean the table, you can't order at the counter if you're sitting at a table, you can't order coffee after 4 pm, but then the waiters make coffee right in front of you, to insult you... missing receipts, mysterious prices... unfortunately, it's become a bar for tourists. I worked in places like Trebbi in 2005, I know what it's like to work in a casual environment with staff who have fun while they work. You have to decide whether to be anarchist or meticulous, because you can't complain about customers not following your unwritten rules when the service is indecent.

05/10/2025: It started out positive in a pleasant setting, but the service almost turned into an unpleasant experience. We had the impression that they saw us as tourists and an opportunity to make extra money. We paid 80 euros for 200g of salami (20 deka) and a small piece of bread, which was surprising and disappointing. Tips for travelers Ask for a menu or clearly marked prices of items before ordering. If the prices are not clear, ask: “What is the price of this portion / this product?” Avoid places in central tourist areas where prices often do not reflect the actual value. Ask for a detailed bill before paying (items and prices). If the price seems excessively high or unfair, consider leaving and looking for an alternative. The experience was frustrating due to the lack of transparency and too little value for money. I highly recommend being cautious when choosing places in tourist areas and actively seeking clear prices before ordering. If you have similar experiences, leave a review so other travelers can be more informed. The worst thing is when you complain when you come to Croatia that it's expensive???

29/09/2025: A bar in a great location, it truly has great potential... except for the rude staff. When you politely ask for the menu to be taken away, the annoyed waitress takes it and says, "Can't you eat with the menu in front of you?" She huffs. Plus, the prices aren't consistent with the products.

21/09/2025: A spectacular party with a huge crowd, a large and extremely friendly staff. Excellent menu (especially the lasagna and farinata), and a charming atmosphere.

16/09/2025: The Crescentine and cured meats are delicious. The view of the hills with San Luca in the background at sunset...a spectacle.

05/11/2025: New management by a very young team. The menu is limited and changes seasonally, but that's not a bad thing. The ingredients are seasonal and carefully selected. The classics are always available, so you can't go wrong. I found the price excellent, but I should mention that I booked through an app with a nice discount.

13/10/2025: I stopped here for lunch: the restaurant has an indoor dining room and a charming outdoor portico overlooking the fortress. Speaking with the waiters, I discovered they had recently taken over the restaurant: I saw in them a passion for this profession and a desire to get involved, working on every detail. The only advice I can give is to review the portions of the various dishes, which are perhaps a little on the small side for the price.

13/05/2025: Esperienza negativa, posto da evitare. Le tagliatelle al ragù erano riscaldate e non fatte al momento, le birre Raffo molto acquose e i dolci di poca qualità. Il giorno successivo, 2 delle 4 persone hanno avuto qualche problema di stomaco. Per finire, conto salato per la qualità del prodotto.

13/05/2025: Bad experience, place to avoid. The tagliatelle with ragù were reheated and not made at the moment, the Raffo beers were very watery and the desserts were of poor quality. The next day, 2 of the 4 people had some stomach problems. To finish, a high bill for the quality of the product.

04/10/2025: I stopped by chance, struck by the old-fashioned window display and the homely style... I'd say perfect and with an amazing quality/price ratio, the tagliatelle with ragù were amazing and the portions were generous! The staff were very friendly!

15/04/2025: Non abbiamo mangiato male, i prezzi in generale sono un po' altini... sia delle bevande che dei piatti. Ma la cosa piu' scandalosa e' 15 euro per un piattino di biscotti secchi.... Abbiamo chiesto se per caso fosse un errore, e serenamente ci hanno detto NO!
