13/04/2025: I ordered tagliolini with ricotta, but it was filled with meat and only covered with ricotta. I don’t eat meat, and from the menu it wasn’t clear at all that there was meat inside. It’s really important to write this clearly. I was too tired to ask for a change, but luckily my husband enjoyed it and said it was really tasty.

07/04/2025: Definitely incorrect quality/price ratio. Crescentina crumbling and not very filling. The lasagna at a cost of almost 11 euros to be reviewed. Worst of all, the cone with mortadella meatballs which had neither the color nor the flavor of the latter. In Bologna there are definitely other places where you can enjoy a good takeaway.

09/02/2025: Locale sempre molto affollato ma raccolto e con una bella atmosfera. Ottime le tigelle farcite. Un passaggio è d'obbligo.

19/11/2024: Con amici in visita a Bologna prenotiamo in questa tigelleria per pranzo. Dal menù scegliamo tigelle e un tagliere di affettati misti con formaggi. Ad accompagnare il tutto acqua e vino. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Lo consiglio. PS. Non ho la foto della ricevuta fiscale poi il pranzo è stato offerto.

The menu offered is excellent, I would also say very proportionate in price, very friendly and always present service. Impossible not to point out the beauty of the view of the hills, priceless! 30/09/2024: Una gran delusione. C'ero stata anni fa varie volte....quindi in luglio l,'ho proposito aiiei amici La vista e spettacolare. Su san luca. Qualcosa e cambiato. Vino nn buono ..birra altrettanti.. Spuntini costosi e risicati. Peccato . Era un bel. Posto e ci si stava bene. Ora lo sconsiglio. .

01/11/2024: Ci siamo andati a pranzo in un giorno di festa, dopo una scampagnata a cercare castagne. L'interno è molto anni '70 e hanno qualche tavolo anche all' aperto. Non ci sono secondi ma solo primi e tigelle o borlenghi. Noi abbiamo provato la gramigna con la salsiccia, molto buona così come le tagliatelle (verdi) al ragù. Menzione di lode va però ai tortelloni verdi ai porcini, davvero super, fatti in casa con una sfoglia sottile che fa sentire tutto il sapore della ricotta e si sposa perfettamente con i funghi. A seguire, abbiamo assaggiato il borlengo, molto buono. Un'altra nota di eccellenza per i dolci: la mousse di ricotta con torta di castagne era spaziale, penso che il sapore me lo ricorderò per un pezzo. Con 7n litro di lambrusco sfuso abbiamo speso 20 euro a testa. Se siete in zona, è un porto sicuro.

It's a shame about the service, even though it was scheduled to close at 1pm we had to leave the table half an hour early and with numerous requests in the meantime, which were not very courteous, even during the photos with the cake. We were very disappointed by the treatment we received

13/04/2025: Shocking experience. I had chosen this place to have a coffee after the graduation lunch with friends and family, convinced that it would be a special moment. Unfortunately, instead of enjoying the day, I found myself experiencing an unpleasant and surreal episode. There were 15 of us, sitting down to drink a coffee, when as we were leaving I realized that the bag with the gifts and the envelopes with the money had disappeared. All my guests immediately mobilized to look for him everywhere, but without success. The panic was total. At a certain point, I decided to also check the lower floors, near the bathrooms, and there, on top of a freezer in a room that had previously been closed, I found the bag. I cannot understand how this could have ended up there or why the staff were not able to handle the situation with more care and professionalism. Initially, we were told that no one had seen anything. Then, after the discovery, an employee stated that the bag "looked like disposable paper" (so why not say so right away, since we were looking for exactly a paper bag?). Another employee, however, even insinuated that it could belong to another person, even though there were dedications clearly addressed to me inside. An episode like this raises many questions and leaves a strong sense of bitterness.

08/04/2025: This place is so peaceful. I had a chance to sit on the balcony alone a few times, and even when there were other people around, they were quiet too. Although it’s located in the very center, it feels like a quiet retreat far away from the city noise. I think this place is a true oasis of calm – not only for tourists but also for people from Bologna. The food is fresh and really tasty, and the staff is incredibly friendly. They take care of the guests in such a genuine way that you simply don’t want to leave. I came here based on a recommendation from my host, and I sincerely recommend it to others. Thank you for this peaceful moment in such a big and noisy city – I know this won’t be my last time here! Grazie!

28/03/2025: Ordering and deliveries are very quick. The quality of the wraps is excellent. Lots of seating. Pay attention to the time at which you choose to sit. The restaurant is inside the Castel Guelfo Outlet. So at peak times you will find a bit of a queue.

23/02/2025: Sono andata in questo ristorante assieme ai miei fratelli per mangiare piatti della tradizione bolognese. Prima di prenotare ci siamo informati sulla possibilità di avere valide opzioni senza glutine. Il proprietario ci ha quindi mandato una mail per specificare di stare tranquilli, siccome avessero, cito testuali parole, “una linea dedicata al senza glutine”. Al ristorante chiamo il cameriere per capire quali piatti potessi mangiare anche io da celiaca. Di 10 proposte di primi erano disponibili solo le tagliatelle al ragù. Il resto delle opzioni del menù in versione gluten free erano solo quelle naturalmente senza glutine, ossia piatti che già di per sè non presentano tracce di farina e derivati (ad esempio il brasato). Al che abbiamo immediatamente storto il naso, in quanto la descrizione del proprietario di “linea senza glutine” non era stata rispettata. Perciò l’unica cosa che offrivano senza glutine erano pane e pasta (chiaramente non fresca perché nè prodotta da loro, nè acquistata da un pastificio). Sappiamo tutti bene che la tradizione culinaria bolognese è fondamentalmente incentrata sui primi, come tortellini, lasagne…ma io non ho potuto assaggiare nessuno di questi piatti tipici. Alla fine ho ordinato le tagliatelle al ragù e ho diviso con i miei fratelli un tagliere di affettati (accompagnato da crescentine, che io ovviamente non ho potuto mangiare) e friggione. Sinceramente sono rimasta molto delusa da come sono stata trattata, è stata una presa in giro e una mancanza di rispetto, mi sono sentita una vera e propria cliente di serie B. Io non giudico la non disponibilità del ristorante di proporre piatti senza glutine e un laboratorio a parte per offrire questo servizio, ma ESIGO che non mi venga detto al telefono di avere una linea senza glutine a parte come ci era stato riferito, se poi le uniche opzioni sono tagliatelle e pane. Ad ogni piatto che chiedevo al cameriere mi veniva detto che non era disponibile la versione senza glutine…questo per me non è quindi un servizio da proporre ad un cliente celiaco. Inoltre il primo mi è arrivato in ritardo di 10 minuti rispetto a quelli dei miei fratelli. Esperienza da dimenticare, indipendentemente dalla qualità del cibo (il ragù era comunque molto buono), perché per tutta la cena è stato preponderante il mio senso di inadeguatezza e di presa per i fondelli. Al momento di pagare abbiamo parlato con il proprietario per esprimere il nostro disappunto e lui continuava ad affermare che, secondo lui, la linea senza glutine proposta fosse di tutto rispetto. Alla fine sono intervenuta spiegandogli come mi fossi sentita discriminata e presa in giro perché mi aspettavo un menù che offrisse una vasta scelta di prodotti e non solo 5 piatti di cui 4 naturalmente senza glutine. Alla fine il proprietario si è scusato. Perciò l’unica cena passata a Bologna l’ho dovuta passare in questa maniera, senza la possibilità di provare piatti tipici un po’ più particolari perché non avevano la minima disponibilità. La prossima volta se devo spendere 35 euro per un calice di vino, un po’ di pane e salame e un piatto di pasta al ragù me ne rimango beatamente a casa mia.

22/02/2025: I was waiting for a free airport transfer behind the taxi stands, as stated in the instructions, but the bus did not stop. It just passed by the bus stands and drove away without picking me up. It’s a bus with a very small piece of paper with the name of the hotel behind the windshield, which you can only read when it gets close to the pick up pint —too bad it didn’t stop to pick me up...

20/02/2025: Hotel located a stone's throw from Bologna Marconi Airport. It is a conference hotel, therefore its structure is very large, equipped with large rooms suitable for hosting conferences and events. Average rooms, both in size and furnishings; clean and equipped with a minibar. We had dinner in the restaurant inside the hotel, having a small daughter: good food but slightly high prices, probably due to the location. Excellent international buffet breakfast, available from 6 am with a large choice of sweet and savory options. A plus is certainly the shuttle to/from the airport which runs every 15 minutes starting from 4 in the morning. In five minutes you are at the airport. There is also the possibility of leaving your car parked in the hotel car park for as long as you need at a cost of €10 per day. Definitely a comfortable and practical accommodation for travellers!
