I migliori ristoranti di cucina italiana in Bologna

23/02/2025: Sono andata in questo ristorante assieme ai miei fratelli per mangiare piatti della tradizione bolognese. Prima di prenotare ci siamo informati sulla possibilità di avere valide opzioni senza glutine. Il proprietario ci ha quindi mandato una mail per specificare di stare tranquilli, siccome avessero, cito testuali parole, “una linea dedicata al senza glutine”. Al ristorante chiamo il cameriere per capire quali piatti potessi mangiare anche io da celiaca. Di 10 proposte di primi erano disponibili solo le tagliatelle al ragù. Il resto delle opzioni del menù in versione gluten free erano solo quelle naturalmente senza glutine, ossia piatti che già di per sè non presentano tracce di farina e derivati (ad esempio il brasato). Al che abbiamo immediatamente storto il naso, in quanto la descrizione del proprietario di “linea senza glutine” non era stata rispettata. Perciò l’unica cosa che offrivano senza glutine erano pane e pasta (chiaramente non fresca perché nè prodotta da loro, nè acquistata da un pastificio). Sappiamo tutti bene che la tradizione culinaria bolognese è fondamentalmente incentrata sui primi, come tortellini, lasagne…ma io non ho potuto assaggiare nessuno di questi piatti tipici. Alla fine ho ordinato le tagliatelle al ragù e ho diviso con i miei fratelli un tagliere di affettati (accompagnato da crescentine, che io ovviamente non ho potuto mangiare) e friggione. Sinceramente sono rimasta molto delusa da come sono stata trattata, è stata una presa in giro e una mancanza di rispetto, mi sono sentita una vera e propria cliente di serie B. Io non giudico la non disponibilità del ristorante di proporre piatti senza glutine e un laboratorio a parte per offrire questo servizio, ma ESIGO che non mi venga detto al telefono di avere una linea senza glutine a parte come ci era stato riferito, se poi le uniche opzioni sono tagliatelle e pane. Ad ogni piatto che chiedevo al cameriere mi veniva detto che non era disponibile la versione senza glutine…questo per me non è quindi un servizio da proporre ad un cliente celiaco. Inoltre il primo mi è arrivato in ritardo di 10 minuti rispetto a quelli dei miei fratelli. Esperienza da dimenticare, indipendentemente dalla qualità del cibo (il ragù era comunque molto buono), perché per tutta la cena è stato preponderante il mio senso di inadeguatezza e di presa per i fondelli. Al momento di pagare abbiamo parlato con il proprietario per esprimere il nostro disappunto e lui continuava ad affermare che, secondo lui, la linea senza glutine proposta fosse di tutto rispetto. Alla fine sono intervenuta spiegandogli come mi fossi sentita discriminata e presa in giro perché mi aspettavo un menù che offrisse una vasta scelta di prodotti e non solo 5 piatti di cui 4 naturalmente senza glutine. Alla fine il proprietario si è scusato. Perciò l’unica cena passata a Bologna l’ho dovuta passare in questa maniera, senza la possibilità di provare piatti tipici un po’ più particolari perché non avevano la minima disponibilità. La prossima volta se devo spendere 35 euro per un calice di vino, un po’ di pane e salame e un piatto di pasta al ragù me ne rimango beatamente a casa mia.

13/05/2025: Easy-going place, excellent quality of piadinas, presence of solutions for vegetarians and vegans. Attention to intolerances. Excellent service: friendly and welcoming staff.

07/04/2025: Bar full of delights to eat! The owners are very kind and always ready to give you a smile and a kind word! Their daughters are as adorable and wonderful as their parents❤️❤️ The schnitzel sandwich I have for lunch is delicious!!! I often want to eat it for breakfast too🤣😍

16/06/2025: Walking around the city we found this nice place that does take-away food. It offers numerous choices of typical Bolognese dishes including fried tortellini, maxi tigelle and crescentine. We personally took two typical crescentine, one with raw ham and squacquerone and one with mortadella and onions. It was a good snack that filled us up quite a bit. The only flaw... when we got halfway through the crescentina was a bit dry once it had cooled down.

02/05/2025: Delightful place at the entrance to the Herb Market. High quality wines and simple but impeccable drinks. Retro-style interiors with historic and valuable furnishing elements, a bar with a great personality that fully reflects that of the managers.

18/05/2025: Rude staff, they think they are superior to foreigners and do the math as it suits them despite the price list being clearly visible. They don't give receipts.

18/05/2025: Terrible service, an experience to forget. During the asparagus festival we ordered two pulled pork sandwiches (€12 each), two piadinas (€7 each) and a bottle of water (€1.50). The correct total should have been €39.50, but we were asked for €40. We pointed out the mistake, and instead of receiving an apology, we were answered with an arrogant tone and with a phrase ‘shit! Did I charge you 50 cents more?’ It’s not a question of 50 cents: it’s a question of education. The colleagues demonstrated an embarrassing level of rudeness (swearing), treating the customers with condescension and aggression. No receipt issued, total confusion, unpleasant attitude. If you think you are superior just because the person speaking to you is a foreigner, then you are in the wrong place to work with the public. I hope that anyone reading this review has enough self-respect to not be treated like garbage by people who don't even know the meaning of "education". Shameful.

08/02/2025: February, cold room. Heating turned off completely, the room is heated with air conditioning. TV doesn't work completely. House of Mysteries. And I think I receive reproaches from the owner, certainly my fault for having little understanding of how the world and the hotel world in particular works. I'll get better

07/10/2024: The room was beautifully designed, but unfortunately the toilet seat was broken and one roller shutter was broken. Since we paid a low price it was ok... Unfortunately no hospitality... Staff was very friendly and the room was very clean

25/05/2025: Inside the outlet there is both the pizzeria and the Farinella ice cream bar. I dedicate this star to the ice cream bar. I enter the bar around 8pm today. Young, confused staff with no respect for the customer. I pay for 3 single-flavor ice creams at a price of €2.90 each. I ask for the almond flavor as soon as it arrives on the counter because it was missing and the guy told me that it couldn't be given because it was frozen (a huge excuse). I take two hazelnut cups. One cup is practically half empty and the other is filled just right without exaggerating while he talks to his other colleagues. But I say it's the right way to work and behave like this with the public after I paid for 3 ice creams, the beauty of €9 for the smallest ones. I don't recommend the ice cream shop or the bar, the staff isn't suited to working with the public, if anything they can go and pick potatoes if they don't talk to each other, otherwise they can stay at home and do their job, people who want to work and are serious.

08/04/2025: Medium quality food for a canteen, better cooked ones, slightly old vegetables, fruit salad with more water than fruit, 15.90 for a second side dish, bread, water and fruit salad. Out of market... Disorganized among themselves, the small side salad should have been included in the second course since I hadn't asked for the cooked vegetables, but at the checkout they count differently from what they tell you at the counter.
