26/07/2026: We ate with the family and had a wonderful time. The lady was very helpful and nice. The food was super good. I would gladly return. We ate outside with a beautiful view.

03/04/2026: Clelia is really kind, sweet, and helpful. We were there for Christmas last year, and we'll be back this Easter because it feels like coming home to your aunt who always loves you. 💚

24/02/2026: I went to the self-service restaurant on the first floor for the first time today. I used to frequent the bar. I have to say the atmosphere was decent. The rice with saffron was poor. The grilled chicken breast was good, in general it was so-so. The staff was friendly.

19/08/2026: After many years, I returned to Fienile Fluo and I must say I had a great time. The location is always spectacular and the food very good. The service may be a bit chaotic (the dishes arrive without any particular order), but you just have to adapt and it's all right...

13/08/2026: Service almost non existent. All staff miserable, manager appalling attitude. 2 starters turned up after the mains for other people. Pizza was OK, but the fish course was off and stank to high heaven. Had to battle manager to take it off the bill, shoddy place.

11/08/2026: The only good thing about this place is that it's located inside an outlet mall where people pass by, for better or for worse, otherwise it would have closed its doors by now. In the middle of August, the minimum a bar should have is chilled water, but evidently none of the refrigerators were working because after three hours (we bought water upon arrival and again shortly before leaving the outlet) there wasn't a single cold drink in the entire bar. There were three employees behind the counter, none of them capable of managing their own workload, so it took them forever to do even the simplest tasks, resulting in a continuous line. The place was as embarrassing as the employees.

11/11/2025: This is the grilled vegetable piadina!!! I'd say the photo speaks for itself. I'd rather keep quiet. I'm giving it one star because it's the only thing that can be given less.

11/10/2025: They have a completely fake home delivery service. I placed an order and then they called me back saying I was far away... in Bologna... they decide which deliveries to make and which not. Absurd. Furthermore, they caused an inconvenience to the customer by canceling the order almost an hour after placing the order. This isn't how you work. They're not fair. I won't be returning.

10/09/2025: Tortellini were undercooked and barely edible, the beer was warm, and despite choosing some items to receive a free gift, I received nothing, the single-serving cheese smelled like feet. The lady I spoke to even laughed in my face when I mentioned the smell coming from the cheese. The only positives were the desserts, but I'm not sure they were homemade. Highly not recommended.

31/07/2026: Pizza Margherita €3.50 - delicious, thin-crust. Best for takeaway.

17/06/2026: I ordered a margherita pizza and while I was eating I found a hair! The service is beyond reproach! And I went to get the pizza! The atmosphere is a disaster, the tables and chairs are not clean! Disgusting! I will never go there again!! 🤮🤮🤮😡🤬

09/06/2026: A truly disappointing evening. The entrance was chaotically managed and deliberately slowed down, thus making those with free entry by 1:00 PM pay. The security staff was unprofessional and needlessly authoritarian: I was forced to remove a light jacket just to be charged an additional cloakroom fee, despite having already unfairly paid for entry. Inside the venue, the situation was out of control: the space was overly crowded, it was difficult to move around, and the air was almost unbreathable. Even the smoking area was poorly managed and only accessible intermittently. A bouncer stopped me for a simple gum wrapper, treating me aggressively and insinuating very serious things despite my immediate cooperation and showing me my bag. Meanwhile, other obvious behaviors (people in the VIP area doing unspeakable things, I hope you understand what I mean) were completely ignored. Between poor organization, disrespectful staff, and opaque additional costs, this experience was decidedly negative. I don't recommend it to anyone and I believe the venue needs to urgently review its management and staff training.

27/07/2026: 🤪🤪🤪 Outrageous prices!!! Coca-Cola 33cl €7! Cappuccino €4! And the atmosphere is uninspiring. Keep walking; all the other cafes and bars in Milano Marittima can only be better.

26/07/2026: Unacceptable is an understatement. 45 minutes for a shaken coffee and a Spritz (which also arrived incorrectly because the waitress didn't want to take out the pad to write down the order correctly). If they thought more about serving tables than touching their hair every 12 seconds—which is also unhygienic—maybe things would be better. The place wasn't even full, yet people were leaving in rotation while the tables were still empty, because the orders never left the counter. Moreover, €20 for a watered-down coffee and a Spritz? At least learn how to make them.

06/09/2025: I definitely wouldn't recommend it, and I wouldn't go back! The place needs improvement. You eat in the garden with lights that are supposed to create atmosphere, but because they're not working, you can barely see what's on your plate! The staff is very attentive when everything is going well, but when they realize something's wrong, they disappear! The food, well, like the lights, is neither praise nor infamy... the parmesan tortelli were bland, with no flavor or aroma that even hints at parmesan, the mixed fried fish was brought in half raw, the baked potatoes were taken and put in the oven without salt or seasoning...

26/07/2026: We went to this place as a group for a snack and spent over €50 on desserts, juices, and Coca-Cola. After all that, I simply asked for a glass of water and was told I had to pay for it. It was truly absurd. To make matters worse, when I finally got it, the water was actually warm. It seemed like a joke. The experience was very disappointing: little customer service, zero professionalism, and desserts that, along with the service, didn't convince us at all. We definitely won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend it.

16/08/2026: The atmosphere is nice, typical and welcoming, the staff, some of whom lack tact and are unavailable to clarify dishes that the customer did not like and are therefore not suitable for the type of place located in an airport and with a lot of tourism which is certainly not the case (also for this reason).

16/08/2026: Disappointing experience Unfortunately, our visit here was quite disappointing. We only ordered one Margherita pizza for €8 and shared it between two people. When paying, we were charged an additional €6. I politely asked the waitress why we were being charged €6 as a service fee, especially since the menu states a €3 coperto. Unfortunately, she responded in a very rude and unfriendly manner and did not give us a reasonable explanation for the €6 charge. The pizza itself was also not very good and did not meet our expectations. On top of that, the waitress asked me to move to another seat because I was supposedly blocking the way. This was not actually the case, but even if I had been in the way, she could have simply asked me in a more polite and friendly manner. Overall, we did not feel welcome as guests. The way we were treated, especially when asking about the additional charge, really left a negative impression.
