17/06/2026: I ordered a margherita pizza and while I was eating I found a hair! The service is beyond reproach! And I went to get the pizza! The atmosphere is a disaster, the tables and chairs are not clean! Disgusting! I will never go there again!! 🤮🤮🤮😡🤬

11/10/2025: They have a completely fake home delivery service. I placed an order and then they called me back saying I was far away... in Bologna... they decide which deliveries to make and which not. Absurd. Furthermore, they caused an inconvenience to the customer by canceling the order almost an hour after placing the order. This isn't how you work. They're not fair. I won't be returning.
10/09/2025: Tortellini were undercooked and barely edible, the beer was warm, and despite choosing some items to receive a free gift, I received nothing, the single-serving cheese smelled like feet. The lady I spoke to even laughed in my face when I mentioned the smell coming from the cheese. The only positives were the desserts, but I'm not sure they were homemade. Highly not recommended.

23/01/2026: Gran Bar, just around the corner from Piazza Duomo right in the historic centre of Bologna, is a fascinating mix of caviar and champagne alongside lottery tickets and disposable cigarette lighters (as all real Italian bar sells). It's unpretentious, full of locals (especially inside), and great value with 3 complimentary mini mortadella panini and a bowl of crisps arriving with a €6 glass of local pignoletto. Staff are busy but professional and friendly

24/02/2026: I went to the self-service restaurant on the first floor for the first time today. I used to frequent the bar. I have to say the atmosphere was decent. The rice with saffron was poor. The grilled chicken breast was good, in general it was so-so. The staff was friendly.
08/01/2026: Good morning, this morning I went to the bar and I had terrible service. The coffee was horrible and it was dirty water. The barista and cashier were quite nice. I asked for another coffee because the first one wasn't drinkable. She remade my coffee but put it on the counter and it wasn't even on my plate. And she didn't even apologize. I'm a barista too, but the customer is always served until the end. There were three of them, but the other colleague was outside chatting without helping. These bars must be lucky because they work in a shopping center, even as professionals. There's no sign of them.

08/04/2026: Wanted to get lunch pizza, and according to opening hours restaurant was supposed to be open still another 30 minutes, but this wasn't the case. Doors closed and everything dark.
Drove to another pizzeria in the town, but they also didn't offer pizza, so drove to Imola.
08/03/2026: The food is delicious! Good pizza! Friendly staff. Excellent value!

I was just passing through Bologna, waiting for my train, and I stumbled upon this bar by pure chance. What can I say... it left a wonderful memory! Special praise goes to Davide: an incredibly empathetic, cheerful, and professional guy, who even offered us a sweet treat along with our ginseng. A small gesture of rare kindness that lifts your spirits before the journey. My sincere compliments also go to all the team members who work with him, who are equally talented and welcoming. If you're near the station or just passing through, stop here: people like this truly change your day!

09/05/2026: I've been going to NumaClub for a while now, and it's always a surefire hit. Meticulously organized, well-organized evenings, and an atmosphere that never disappoints. The music is always right, and the atmosphere is pleasant. One of my go-to places for a night out. Highly recommended.

09/05/2026: Nice atmosphere, fairly friendly staff, huge selection of pastries and cakes. To use the restroom, you have to ask the staff politely, as the keys to the women's and men's restrooms are at the cash register. Unfortunately, there's always someone who, despite not being a customer, takes the key, does their business without even asking please, and doesn't even say thank you. Indoor and outdoor dining areas.
09/05/2026: We went to this ice cream shop/pastry shop today. I ordered a €3 ice cream (usually a nice cup). I was expecting good artisanal ice cream, as advertised. The quality was very disappointing, and above all, it seemed like a €1.50/2.00 ice cream. Plus, I asked the lady for a cup, and she said a cone was better because they'd run out of spoons. Oh well!
Then there are people who are happy with something cold... to call it a good artisanal ice cream!

01/05/2026: We went there and ordered food and drinks and kindly asked them to heat up a small jar of baby food for our 9 months old hungry baby. They denied it for „hygienic reasons“, so we asked for a cup of hot water. They denied it as well. We cancelled the food, paid the overpriced drinks (bad cappuccino) and left. Don’t go there, there’s tons of better (and friendlier) cafes in Bologna!! On a note, the waiter was very friendly, but seems like the boss decided everything above.
