07/06/2025: I ordered a pizza peel to take out. It arrived promptly, but the delivery man showed up without change and charged me €28 for a pizza peel with half a potato and sausage, plus zucchini flowers. He also didn't have the receipt with him, so he tried calling the pizzeria and asking for a different price than the one they set. Instead of the €10 listed on the menu, he charged me €18.

15/09/2025: Overall, a positive experience (though not exceptional).
The rooms, while not "fresh," were still nice and spacious, with a view, at least those not facing the main road.
We had a good dinner, although the menu wasn't extensively varied, but it was certainly sufficient in terms of variety.
Breakfast didn't live up to the dinner standard; the quality was mediocre.
The owners were friendly and helpful, as was the woman we found waiting tables in the morning; it's a shame the same can't be said for the person who served us at dinner (really rude, impolite, and rude)—a real boor.
22/08/2025: I stopped in for dinner after a business dinner. The owner and staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the food was good, with homemade pasta dishes. I highly recommend the location, which offers a beautiful view while dining on the terrace.

20/02/2026: I would have given it five stars if it weren't for the elderly cashier with glasses, always leaning against the counter, rambling and engaging in unprofessional conversation.
15/12/2025: It should be located inside Unipol's historic headquarters on Via Stalingrado. Adequate food selection, low prices if you have a special offer. Limited seating. Very friendly staff.

19/08/2025: The lady at the checkout was very friendly. Nice indoor pool. They also have an outdoor pool with a fountain and hot tub where you can relax in the sun.

These people (I'm referring to the owners, especially the owner and the blonde girl who "collaborates" with him) would be banned from any public activity in a civilized country. Staff hired on a trial basis for a month WITHOUT ANY KIND OF CONTRACT and with positions never regularized or paid... SHAME!! FIRST THEM AND THEN TO THOSE WHO ALLOW THESE CHARACTERS TO INTERACT WITH THE PUBLIC!! SHAME!

It was a bitter surprise, after so many kilometers, to see the shop empty with a real estate agency sign saying "For Rent."
Write it down, right?

06/09/2025: I definitely wouldn't recommend it, and I wouldn't go back! The place needs improvement. You eat in the garden with lights that are supposed to create atmosphere, but because they're not working, you can barely see what's on your plate! The staff is very attentive when everything is going well, but when they realize something's wrong, they disappear! The food, well, like the lights, is neither praise nor infamy... the parmesan tortelli were bland, with no flavor or aroma that even hints at parmesan, the mixed fried fish was brought in half raw, the baked potatoes were taken and put in the oven without salt or seasoning...

23/01/2026: Gran Bar, just around the corner from Piazza Duomo right in the historic centre of Bologna, is a fascinating mix of caviar and champagne alongside lottery tickets and disposable cigarette lighters (as all real Italian bar sells). It's unpretentious, full of locals (especially inside), and great value with 3 complimentary mini mortadella panini and a bowl of crisps arriving with a €6 glass of local pignoletto. Staff are busy but professional and friendly

03/05/2026: Very long waiting times and not because there was a crowd, on the contrary, the outside tables were not set, there were three of us, of which there was a placemat with a glass, for the other 2 people we had to ask, once for the glasses, then for the cutlery and we were about to leave if after an hour of waiting the salad for one of us had not arrived.

11/10/2025: They have a completely fake home delivery service. I placed an order and then they called me back saying I was far away... in Bologna... they decide which deliveries to make and which not. Absurd. Furthermore, they caused an inconvenience to the customer by canceling the order almost an hour after placing the order. This isn't how you work. They're not fair. I won't be returning.
10/09/2025: Tortellini were undercooked and barely edible, the beer was warm, and despite choosing some items to receive a free gift, I received nothing, the single-serving cheese smelled like feet. The lady I spoke to even laughed in my face when I mentioned the smell coming from the cheese. The only positives were the desserts, but I'm not sure they were homemade. Highly not recommended.
