02/04/2025: Prices too high for what we ate and drank. There were 11 of us and we spent a good €55 each, taking starters, borlenghi and tugelle. The only meat was three dishes of stewed wild boar. The prices were really too salty. The dishes are good, nothing to say about that. Simple location. Not good 🫤

26/03/2025: With some family we wanted to try borlenghi and we came across this restaurant. We all had a first course and personally I tried the gramigna with sausage, it was good! As for the borlenghi, I tried the traditional one and the one with mushrooms, although the traditional one beats everything, because it is thin, crunchy and tasty. For dessert, the mascarpone cream is truly super. The place inside is not very large, but it has several tables, even if a little close to each other. The real flaw however was the staff, even though they were all very kind, they made a huge mess with the dishes. Some first courses arrived early, others later, as did the borlenghi, they all arrived at different times and the dishes gradually cooled. I understand that there were a lot of people, but it has never happened to me elsewhere even with rooms full of people. 🤷🏻

Main course: tarte tatin of onions and rice with clams and citrus-flavored butter, dark chocolate and sour cherry tart. All very good. 16/03/2025: We had lunch at the Trebbi restaurant: appetizer, tagliatelle and dessert. What to say? Best place I've ever eaten in my life. Excellent service, not at all intrusive, but extremely attentive. Homemade tagliatelle, tasty mushrooms, ragù like grandma's. The real gem was the dessert: a table of homemade desserts, with an authentic flavor and an inviting appearance. I recommend the mascarpone, excellent. I will return to this restaurant as soon as possible, I will go on purpose, from Tuscany, to relive an authentic experience. Price more than fair for the quality of the products!

05/03/2025: Very good food, welcoming place, perhaps the tables were a little too crowded. As it was Sunday lunch the service was quite slow. It took us 2 and a half hours to eat! And that was quite exhausting. I sincerely hope this isn't the case midweek.

11/04/2025: Excellent place for a quick bite and coffee/glass of wine. We had the mixed cheese and meat plate for 2 which was great value and a little sandwich along with 2 coffees, 2 cokes and a fizzy water. 40 euro. Excellent and delicious.

12/03/2025: I went for lunch with my parents on a Thursday and we had a great time. The place is welcoming and familiar, the first courses are excellent and the meat is amazing! Added value are the guys in the room: very young, professional and super kind. We will return as soon as possible.

Both traditional Bolognese menu and southern dishes and 100% organic vegetables! First courses of fresh pasta, fine cuts of meat, excellent.... super artisanal desserts! (a special note to their unparalleled classic and coffee panna cotta!!! Something sublime!!! I forgot: friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism of all the staff!!

26/03/2025: Beautiful and harmonious trattoria on the hill, with kind and helpful staff, and very competent. Excellent local cuisine (be careful that the cutlet is in the "thick and stewed" style and not "thin and crispy") with some vegetarian dishes (the onion soup is amazing, worth the trip alone). Good quality wines. Dogs allowed!

16/03/2025: Excellent food but the service needs to be reviewed, too long a wait between the first and second courses, slightly expensive prices, narrow tables
