11/10/2025: In the area for work on a Saturday, we went looking at Maps. The atmosphere was industrial, to begin with. What a show! He was so nice (the accent obviously helps), and the food was delicious. I made the mistake of ordering the tagliata, but not because it wasn't good; in fact, served on a hot stone, I really enjoyed it. I had to order one of the dishes he listed, which you can't find anywhere else. Congratulations, I had a wonderful time. Obviously, no appetizer and dessert, otherwise whoever works later...

15/10/2025: First burger shop in Bologna who need 30 minutes to get ready order. Today’s I have two orders to pick up at 19:45 but she said I have to wait 30 minutes for each order. At dine in there are not much customers so that’s why very lazy service.

25/10/2025: I had dinner with some friends. We had the giant sausage and broccoli rabe pizza with provolone cheese and the giant prosciutto pizza with arugula and shaved prosciutto... Really good. Then we had some tasty treats like chips and potato croquettes. And finally, the highlight of the evening, an excellent lemon delight straight from the Amalfi Coast. What more could you ask for? An excellent limoncello. See you next time 😚

13/10/2025: Unfortunately, the experience wasn't a positive one. The food quality is far from standard, I'd even say average. The pizza might be considered decent, but otherwise, nothing was truly carefully prepared or made with fresh ingredients. They don't even have simple baked potatoes, only fries, a sign that they use mostly pre-cooked or frozen products. I ordered a slice of steak, which arrived half-shriveled and without a side of baked potatoes, while all the fried food clearly seemed like the kind of cheap stuff available at large retailers. Even the seafood appetizer was made from frozen products and of modest quality. Overall, this place doesn't offer anything outstanding in terms of cuisine or authenticity.

11/10/2025: After two visits, I'm more than satisfied. The cuisine is traditional and very well prepared, the service is attentive and friendly, and the prices are really low for what's available. I don't understand the negative reviews about the long wait times. If you want speed, go to a fast food restaurant. I'll definitely be back, and I highly recommend it.

05/10/2025: Exceptional food in a homey atmosphere. I rarely eat so well; this place was truly a wonderful discovery. The service was impeccable, and the chef was truly friendly and attentive to his customers, checking several times to see if everything was okay. Of course, it was possible to do so at lunchtime, since it wasn't full, but that's not a given. Very good prices. Note that to take the correct exit if you're on the highway, you need to take the Panoramica instead of the Direttissima.

14/10/2025: One of the few oases where you can enjoy Bolognese tradition. A quaint place, with friendly and welcoming staff. Everything is homemade, even the desserts. Also recommended for cocktails.

14/10/2025: Beautiful place, beautifully furnished and decorated with recycled materials. Excellent dishes, and especially the staff, truly exquisite. They brought me a small jar containing tiramisu; it traveled from Bologna to Bari. Today, it holds the memory of this day and of Nadia...the beautiful young lady who gave it to me 😘

22/09/2025: I'll start by saying that this was my second time eating at a "luxury" restaurant, so I don't have much to compare it to. We went there yesterday and were immediately struck by the prices. I'd looked them up on Trip Advisor, and the catch of the day was listed at €4.50 per 100g, while the restaurant menu listed it at €9 per 100g. I'd only gone for the catch of the day, but given the price, I unfortunately had to change my mind. I had the snapper with peppers and olives. Aside from the fact that €26 was really cheap—two small slices—I was more disappointed by the fact that the fish was overcooked. It was extremely dry and stuck to my teeth. The flavor wasn't bad, but for €26, I expected it to be cooked to perfection. We also had the spaghetti with clams. The flavor was good, but the pasta was far too al dente. The waitress was really nice and kind, but the wait was quite long, despite there being only six tables of two, most of whom had already eaten. Too bad, I was disappointed.

06/10/2025: After Aalto's church in Riola, it's hard to find anything up to par, but a tip comes from a fan of this great architect... "go to Rotilio!" Better advice never! A phone call to make a reservation and you're at your table in 5 minutes. From the outside, it looks like one of those rustic trattorias near the Reno River for fishermen and tourists; in reality, the place is spacious, with friendly staff and a blackboard with the daily specials that is confusing: snails, espanadas and golden fried frogs... not a bad calling card. Looking at the menu, the menu is much more in line with the location: homemade pasta, cured meats and cheeses, and meat. We start with crescentine with cured meats and cheeses, gramigna with sausage, creamy fettuccine with ham, tortelloni speck and gorgonzola, coffee and to wash it down, a barrel-aged grappa that, tipping in a giant bottle, arrives in the glasses along with two biscuits. At the register they ask us €92. very honest and we give them to him happy and contented, at the end of a memorable trip.

05/10/2025: A simple, family-friendly restaurant with no frills: the atmosphere is a bit dated but clean and welcoming, just like the trattorias of old. The food is good, with authentic dishes and generous portions. The prices are fair, and parking is ample and free.
