14/03/2025: I've always been there and it was the best... the food was excellent, you could really taste the flavours... the last time it really changed The tortelloni are no longer the same... all glued together... very salty and burnt grilled food. Raw au gratin vegetables... portion of the dessert didn't even reach the throat Starter changed... shame because the food was really... good... but I think mum is no longer there to cook... I give 5 for the place but 2/3 for the food

25/03/2025: We celebrated the birthday of two friends at Antica Hosteria da Badolo in Sasso Marconi, nestled in the mountains of Bologna, and the experience was fantastic. The warm and welcoming atmosphere was the perfect setting for a day of celebration among friends. We tasted typical dishes of the Emilian tradition: warm and fragrant crescentine accompanied by excellent cold cuts, squacquerone and delicious sauces. The wine was perfect to accompany everything, and the friendliness of the staff made it all even more special. Between good food, laughter and company, it was a lunch that we will remember for a long time. Highly recommended for those who want to live an authentic Bolognese experience!

23/03/2025: It's been a long time since I've been back to this pizzeria, some disappointments in previous years had kept us away. But I must say that now the quality of the pizza has returned to top levels. Pizza with a high edge, Neapolitan style, which I personally love but which is also more difficult to handle. Instead the dough is excellent and light, well leavened, the edge is not at all gummy. Many pizzas on the menu (perhaps too many, you get lost), but the toppings (for those tried) are of good quality and go well with the base. The desserts and chips taken to while away the wait were also very good. The place is large and suitable for tables. A little noisy environment, but it can accommodate large groups. In summer a beautiful veranda will be available. Mention for the service, fast and uniquely friendly,

30/03/2025: A very excellent restaurant.The food was very good and fresh also for vegetarians and people with celiac disease. The are a few parking spaces in front of the restaurant but enough parking spaces in the area of the restaurant nearby the Casp walking distance 5 minutes or piazza del mercato.So when you are in the area you should visit this restaurant. Only 6 minutes from the autostrada exit Badia. We will return for sure.

20/02/2025: The staff very kind and prepared. The structure is all new and really clean. The rooms are spacious and have all the comforts for a stay. We appreciated the large parking lot right in front of the property and the very abundant and rich breakfast! The value for money is good. We will definitely be back!

24/03/2025: We were on Saturday 22/3/25 evening for dinner at the trattoria la Toscanaccia (Valsamoggia Bo) with two of our dear friends Anna/Franco. We spent a pleasant evening in a beautiful and welcoming place and ate divinely excellent dishes of delicious meat (the sliced ​​Polish vacchetta was delicious) all accompanied by an excellent house Sangiovese wine. The owner Daniele is a very nice and helpful person, courteous and prepared staff. If you pass by those parts, stop, it is a place that deserves a stop. We will definitely return very soon curious to try other dishes.

23/03/2025: Siamo stati sabato sera alla trattoria la Toscanaccia (Valsamoggia) con due nostri cari amici Anna/Franco . È un posto carino e molto accogliente , con pochi coperti e con un ampio parcheggio . Abbiamo trascorso una serata piacevole e mangiato degli ottimi piatti di carni buonissime accompagnate da un ottimo sangiovese della casa . Il proprietario Daniele, è una persona disponibile e simpaticissima, non è mancata la sua disponibilità nello trattenersi con noi a fine cena nel raccontarci la " storia "e le differenze delle varie tipologie di carne da lui servite. Se passate da quelle parti ,ve lo consiglio, è un posto che merita una sosta . Ci torneremo molto presto curiosi di assaggiare altri piatti.

The higher than average cost is due to the fact that the flours come from their farm and the other ingredients are traced and do not come from exploitation of labor and land. The service isn't very fast just because, when you need them, they look at you in the face and maybe even exchange a few words with you. Exceptional coffee and cappuccinos.

27/03/2025: If you are vegan, this is the right place for you! Their mixed dish is fabulous, and the atmosphere is so calm and cozy. The best part is that the staff are very nice, welcoming, and speak English. I'm definitely coming back here!

26/03/2025: I'll start by saying that the food isn't bad but the staff is really unpleasant. Never a smile and the service is extremely slow. If you make any requests they look at you as if you were bothering you... catering is something else.

17/03/2025: A 5 minuti a piedi dal Paladozza, taglieri e focacce con ottimi salumi e formaggi molisani. Ho mangiato due mezze focacce abbondantemente farcite e davvero saporite al prezzo di 6 euro servite con una ottima birra autoprodotta. Due nei: avrei preferito una focaccia morbida e il servizio non è stato rapido.
