4 stars for the average appetizer and first course. The first courses were very good, while the appetizers were average. Perhaps the fried gnocchi could be better.
Average prices and very friendly staff.
27/02/2026: Lovely, intimate atmosphere and delicious food! I ate here for a business lunch and they were quick and very courteous. While we waited for the first course, they brought us a mortadella appetizer with a complimentary bread basket, which was much appreciated!

25/01/2026: As a Bolognese, I expected truly traditional cuisine, but instead the dishes were decent, but clearly not freshly cooked. The giant cutlet, served in three minutes, was lukewarm and soggy instead of hot and crispy; it definitely hadn't been freshly fried. The tortellini, while good in itself, were served in a cold and flavorless broth, clearly not cooked properly—that is, they weren't boiled in the broth. The semifreddo was completely frozen, tasteless. The atmosphere would be charming and welcoming if it weren't cold: on a rainy winter evening, it was unpleasant. The price was definitely too high for the quality of the food. The only positive note: the attentive and courteous staff. Unfortunately, I don't recommend it.
25/01/2026: Nice, tightly-focused menu of local dishes served in a modern restaurant by friendly staff. It's also open on a Sunday night, which is a real asset for tourists.

01/02/2026: I stumbled upon this trattoria by chance with my wife. A very pleasant surprise. The welcoming atmosphere and the very kind and friendly staff, attentive to the customer's needs, made us feel right at home. The tagliatella with ragù and green tortelloni with pancetta, hazelnuts, and balsamic vinegar were amazing. The roast beef and meatballs boast old-fashioned flavors. They also have a set menu on Sundays.
We'll definitely be back.

18/03/2026: A great hotel, a huge bathtub, and excellent amenities like USB-C power outlets. Breakfast, as is typical in Italy, was just okay, nothing special, but tasty—a big plus was that there was a salty portion. It's just a shame that the TV panel has covered HDMI ports, making it impossible to connect an iPad to watch Netflix, for example.
16/03/2026: We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights with two families. We gave it top marks for cleanliness, the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff, and the variety and freshness of the breakfast options. Receptionist Mr. Yengish was very helpful and friendly from the moment we arrived until we left. Thank you very much. The price/performance ratio was excellent.

06/10/2025: One of the best ice cream parlors in Bologna, if not the best. The gelato is excellent and particularly delicious; I highly recommend the blueberry cheesecake, cassata, pistachio, and salted caramel flavors (all delicious).
The staff is incredibly friendly! Highly recommended.
24/09/2025: We stopped last night for an ice cream, the girl was really kind, even though we were last to arrive before closing, she served us anyway, delicious ice cream!

18/02/2026: Excellent dining experience at the only Michelin starred restaurant in Bologna. Food was delicious, surprising, well executed, and went beyond just flavor. Service couldn’t have been better. The water menu which had options going up to 50EUR a bottle felt overly fancy, but if it appeals to people … nothing wrong with that. Definitely a good option for a special occasion!

The price was quite high, which I wasn't expecting, considering the location isn't easily accessible. We sampled a selection of starters, a main course, and coffee. They deserve 5 stars for their quality and location.
