A nice bar for college students and everyone! The Aperol Spritz is very good! Served with chips, savory croissants, and mini pizzas. Nice view of Piazza San Francesco. I recommend booking in advance if you're a large group.

A gem hidden in the streets of Bologna. One step into this place and you're transported back to 1960: the smell of coffee in the air, news-papers laying out, passersby playing the piano. The staff is welcoming and warm, always greeting with a smile. This was my favorite stop to go to during my months in Bologna, a chance to slow down, have a spritz or a coffee and soak in the sun. It's always sunny in Piazza San Francesco.

Trattoria la Cantinetta

22/07/2026: Definitely one of the best places to eat in the valley, both for lunch and dinner. The food is always excellent, the service is superb, and the rustic atmosphere makes the experience even more enjoyable. A high-quality restaurant that I recommend without hesitation.

03/05/2026: My group of friends and I had a wonderful May Day, both for lunch and afterward; the food was very good (as a vegetarian, I had plenty of choice across all courses) and the prices were average, which was reasonable for the food we ate. After lunch, even though we finished a little late, they let us spend some time in their beautiful park behind the restaurant. The service was impeccable, and the waiters were super welcoming and friendly.
