18/12/2025: I often go there for takeout pizza, but I rarely stop to eat it at the restaurant. The pizza is very good and reasonably priced (that doesn't mean the ingredients are of poor quality), but honesty is key. It could use a little updating, but otherwise, it's still my favorite.

11/05/2026: Despite the delicious flavor of the dishes, I find myself having to leave a negative review because of the terrible service! 1. When we arrived, we discovered that the food had been set outside, without having been informed at the time of booking. 2. The waiters were confused and didn't know where to take our dishes (they seemed to have just started working), and in my opinion, they were also understaffed for the number of tables there! 3. The wait for orders was too long: 13 people ate at 4 different times! People go out for lunch to eat together... (we saw tables cancel orders). It's a shame because the location has great potential, a beautiful view, but the management is terrible!!! And the prices in general are a bit high considering the whole setting! (A penne pasta with tomato sauce for a child costs €12 😳, seems excessive!!!) I don't recommend it and won't be returning.

10/05/2026: The view doesn't make up for the restaurant's shortcomings. I recommend investing in the location: we had lunch outside and the trees above were shedding leaves and branches that fell on the table and therefore on the food. The tables weren't stable, and we were also served the wrong dishes at different times. The waiters are helpful, but that's not enough.

02/06/2026: Strategic location, close to the L1 metro stop and Naples Central Station. Friendly and helpful staff, a warm welcome, and a varied and plentiful breakfast. The only flaw I found was the coffee from the vending machines in the breakfast room: awful!!! The room was fine, clean, and even though it faced the train station, it wasn't noisy at all at night. One thing that really bothered me: (and this is the only reason I gave the service a 2-star rating) After a 5-night stay for 10 people, on the last day, they asked us €5 per person to store our luggage for 4-5 hours while we waited for departure. I think that after a 5-night stay for 10 people, they could have avoided stooping to the level of asking for €5 per bag.

02/06/2026: I stayed at Ramada by Wyndham Naples and the experience was far below what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. The entire property feels very outdated, with old furniture, worn interiors and an overall “oldies” atmosphere that looks stuck many years in the past. Cleanliness was disappointing. At first glance things may seem acceptable, but the attention to detail is poor and the hotel does not reflect the standards normally associated with the Ramada/Wyndham brand. Several online reviews also mention that the property feels dated, with old carpets, aging bathrooms and rooms in need of renovation. The staff was another weak point. The service felt unprofessional and poorly managed for an international hotel chain. Communication and customer care were below expectations, and overall the experience did not justify a 4 star rating. The location near Napoli Centrale station is convenient, but in my opinion the hotel should be seriously audited by the Ramada/Wyndham group to verify whether the brand standards are still being respected. In its current condition, the hotel urgently needs renovation, modernization and better staff training.

23/05/2026: We went to dinner last night for a friend's birthday. The location is beautiful and very welcoming, but that's all I remember. The service left much to be desired; the waiters were exhausted, annoyed, and confused. They shouted and argued among themselves, knowing they wouldn't be understood since it's a place frequented by many tourists. We ordered an appetizer of fried, exclusive frozen items that they didn't even bother to defrost properly. Followed by three first courses: the classic gnocco alla sorrentina, oh my god, terrible!! The paccheri alla genovese and the lasagna were at least passable. Perhaps our mistake was choosing a place that was too touristy for dinner, but we realized that right away.

22/05/2026: I'm sure the food is good, but we couldn't get a reservation, and when we asked if we could enter while waiting in line, we were almost kicked out. The woman in charge inside was incredibly rude and very angry. It was a disgrace. Saying "you can't enter" would have been enough.

18/05/2026: Well, if I went a second time, I wouldn't risk it and just choose pizza, because the pasta and octopus didn't impress me much. Especially the pasta. It's been a long time since I've eaten so much salt. Not only that, they forgot to bring them. But the dessert Tiramisu, which the chef provided for free as an apology for the pasta, was really, really delicious.

18/05/2026: The place is very nice, the food is delicious and authentic Neapolitan, my guide recommended it and it was definitely a good choice, the service was quick and very friendly.

11/04/2026: The best ice cream in Vico Equense and the surrounding area. Absolutely delicious, fairly priced, and generous scoops. Plus, the staff is very friendly.

08/05/2026: Good evening, it's 9:22 PM. I'm writing this review because I was denied entry at that time after the scheduled closing time is 9:30 PM to 10:00 PM. I asked them to let me buy just a pack of cigarettes and was given a categorical no, complete with a Neapolitan grimace to say, "Go away!"... It seems like the more you try to bring money, the more they don't want you.

12/04/2026: I celebrated my birthday by choosing this place based on the reviews, but everything far exceeded my expectations! Warmth and friendliness combined with abundant home-cooked food: fresh potato croquettes, an arancini I'll remember for a long time, delicious parmigiana and meatballs, Genovese, gnocchi, chicken rolls—everything was truly delicious, carefully prepared, and incredibly affordable. What a wonderful surprise!

06/06/2026: It quickly became one of my favorite places for several reasons, most notably the Oscar Spritz. A unique and surprising take on the classic aperitivo. The products are all top-notch, and the whiskey selection is the best in the city. To top it all off, the service is impeccable, professional, and welcoming.

28/05/2026: Great vino recommendations, friendly service, delicious stuffed pasta, and an enjoyable place for people watching. We also had espresso with the little chocolate covered almond eggs which I put into my cafe. Incredible

16/05/2026: If you have patience - it will be your best place to eat in Sorrento!! We came when it was busy so the service looked a little slow, BUT IT TOTALLY WORTH IT! The food was outstanding and I know what I’m talking about (lived in Italy for 10 years) We took pasta with seafood, grilled fish and grilled veggies with insalata - everything was good, my husband even had to do scarpetta (it’s Italian trend to eat all the sauce from pasta with bread)

10/05/2026: Is it normal to find a still-frozen clam inside a seafood scialatiello? A typical place that manages to survive and stay afloat only because the choice in Sorrento is limited to restaurants where a plate of pasta costs 20-25 euros, or places like this where the quality is drastically reduced to make room for corporate margins. Not to mention the spaghetti with clams. It was basically spaghetti all'acqua with 7-8 clams and had no flavor or personality whatsoever. How sad these places are, insulting Italian cuisine and making the tourist experience completely forgettable.

09/03/2026: Saturday night I ordered a 2-meter pizza One Margherita And 2 half-meters Sausage and broccoli rabe and prosciutto, arugula, and parmesan Everything completely inedible Dry, burnt, and completely meaningless Really strange because I've had quite good food in the past I'm sorry, but throwing away more than 50 euros like this is simply not an option So never again 😌
