You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the flavor of the sea in every bite. If you're looking for the true soul of Neapolitan cuisine, this trattoria is a must-see. As soon as you enter, you'll feel a familiar and welcoming atmosphere, just like feeling at home. Highly recommended.

20/02/2026: An unforgettable Valentine's Day at Macello! 🥩❤️ We decided to spend Valentine's Day here, and we couldn't have made a better choice. From the moment you enter, you can sense a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ideal for a special dinner for two. 🌹✨ The real star, however, was the food. For our main course, we shared a meat dish: a superior-quality tagliata, tender as butter and cooked exactly as requested. 🥩🔥 To top it all off, we paired it with three sides: super-crispy baked potatoes and other expertly prepared vegetables. The portions are generous, and the ingredients are truly top-notch. 🍟😋 The whole experience was complemented by two excellent glasses of Moio, a wine that is an absolute guarantee with red meat, structured and enveloping. 🍷🍷 To end on a high note, we treated ourselves to a warm-hearted chocolate cake, decorated with sprinkles and powdered sugar: the perfect sweet ending to such a romantic evening. 🍫🍮 Praise also goes to the staff: kind, knowledgeable, and never intrusive, despite the restaurant being packed for the occasion. If you're looking for a place where meat is treated with respect and passion, "Il Macello" is a must-visit. 🔝👏 We'll definitely be back to try other specialties on the menu! 13/09/2025: I've been there several times and can confirm the excellent quality of the products, and the prices are fair. The menu is very varied, with both savory and sweet options. I especially like the gluten-free options (among many, the "super burger" is exceptional). The wait times are average. You can dine in or take out, or get home delivery via the app. Easy parking nearby. Highly recommended.

19/06/2025: We were at the Pomigliano d'Arco location last Sunday and tonight... what can I say? The toast was good in itself, but the problem was the invasion of cockroaches outside (some even tried to climb in... they came out of the manhole immediately outside the entrance to the place! I am aware that it is not a problem created by the store, but they cook and sell food there (among other things, it also has tables outside for consumption on the spot) and the municipality should require a cockroach removal and sanitization of the affected area or at least do it at their own expense! This is not allowed and in my opinion it loses points for the service.

22/02/2026: If you're looking for quality meat and are in Volla, or are willing to travel, Quarti e Tagli is one of those places truly worth visiting, because here, the meat is not only the protagonist, but is treated with respect and care. My experience begins with a well-constructed appetizer: beef skewers, chips, and sausage nuggets served flambéed. It's a menu that piques curiosity, works well, and immediately demonstrates the attention to raw ingredients and preparation. The main course confirms everything the opening promises: a juicy, flavorful, and tender slice of meat, pleasant to chew, accompanied by stracciata and well-matched vegetables. The simple and refined house wine complements the meal without ever distracting. The open kitchen makes the experience even more interesting, because watching the preparation conveys care, method, and confidence, reminiscent of those places where the gesture is as much a part of the pleasure as the final result. To complete the picture, the friendly and knowledgeable staff is always available to offer advice. A solid, well-structured restaurant that leaves you with a clear feeling when you leave: when there's expertise, you feel it. 🍷

17/03/2026: Hi, I'm not writing this review to be argumentative, but simply to explain the "mistake" and the true cost of the meals. I'll start by saying that I'm nearby, so I often contact the bar for lunch or just a coffee. But I'd like to know why the price fluctuates from the day before to the day after. For example, today I called for a portion of fruit salad and paid €6. Yesterday I called for the same thing, including the same fruit, and it cost €5. How much will it cost tomorrow? On the same day, I ordered a rice salad, which was quite bland in terms of ingredients (cherry tomatoes, tuna, and a celery stalk, all served with pesto). However, leaving out the ingredients, there was pesto. If I were allergic, how would we have resolved this? I contacted them again to ask for information, and the staff was very rude, as they always are when you call. I don't think you should at least say, "Sorry!" This should be part of good manners, and I'm still a customer. I'm the one who says I'm sorry because this newly opened bar was beautiful, very innovative, and even had qualified and polite staff, including the kitchen staff. But now it's better to change things. Word is spreading, but you're losing a lot. A smile and a little politeness wouldn't hurt. Best regards.

16/10/2025: I was staying close by and luckily as there weren’t many options in the area on foot. I was grateful they were open when I arrived. Authentic experience Enzo served and cooked my dinner and was a great host. the food and house white were delicious and very reasonably priced! Grazie Millie Enzo.
