Location - Excellent, near to Florence main stations, easy access to taxi and public transport, lot of options nearby for food. Rooms - Standard spacious rooms you get in Ramada, daily service and cleaning. Service - Staff was supportive and helpful

We had a concerence at this hotel. The interior is very "vintage" but is a cosy and clean place. The conference hall is very spacious with a full digital equipment. Staff cannot understand English or Don't want to. Restaurant is nice but the meals are small, the same rice was served two days in a row.

10/05/2026: Last night we found ourselves by chance in this grill restaurant, but I have to compliment the meat inside the sandwiches, which was truly exquisite, not to mention everything else, and we also found the staff to be kind and helpful, truly compliments.

09/09/2025: Nice and convenient bar, especially if you're staying nearby. Very friendly and courteous staff, especially Mario, a smiley guy and, as they say in Naples, very chic. Highly recommended, and the breakfast is varied and very good.
