Le Petit In Napoli

Strategic location, close to the L1 metro stop and Naples Central Station. Friendly and helpful staff, a warm welcome, and a varied and plentiful breakfast. The only flaw I found was the coffee from the vending machines in the breakfast room: awful!!! The room was fine, clean, and even though it faced the train station, it wasn't noisy at all at night. One thing that really bothered me: (and this is the only reason I gave the service a 2-star rating) After a 5-night stay for 10 people, on the last day, they asked us €5 per person to store our luggage for 4-5 hours while we waited for departure. I think that after a 5-night stay for 10 people, they could have avoided stooping to the level of asking for €5 per bag.

The neighborhood at night can be a bit shocking, haha, there are homeless people, but it seems safe. It's super close to a large train station and lots of shops, so I highly recommend it!

The staff are very good, but the hotel is mediocre, moldy, and old.

Location - Excellent, near to Florence main stations, easy access to taxi and public transport, lot of options nearby for food. Rooms - Standard spacious rooms you get in Ramada, daily service and cleaning. Service - Staff was supportive and helpful

Excellent hotel just steps from the central station. A typical venue for courses and conferences. Excellent breakfast.

The hotel is located near the train and metro stations, making it a convenient base for exploring the city. The staff is friendly. The rooms could use some maintenance, but they were still comfortable, warm, and cozy. Recommended.
