The cappuccino is delicious, the espresso has a real kick, but it's perfect. The freshly squeezed orange juice is a real pick-me-up. So wonderful. We felt completely at ease. Thank you, Gabriela!

06/12/2025: My group stumbled across the most unassuming little hole in the wall restaurant and ended up having the best pizza of my life. No exaggeration. From the moment I walked in, the place had that authentic, no frills charm that tells you they care more about flavour than flash. The aroma alone should win an award. The pizza was perfection. The crust had that rare balance of crisp on the outside and soft inside, the sauce tasted like it came straight from a family recipe that has been guarded for generations, and the toppings were fresh and thoughtfully layered. Every bite was the kind of moment that makes you pause and appreciate what real food is meant to taste like. What made it even better was the staff. Friendly, genuine, and proud of what they serve. You can tell they love what they do, and it shows in every detail. If you ever want a reminder that the best meals often come from the most unexpected places, you need to visit this spot. Hidden gem does not even begin to describe it. I’m already planning my next trip back.

11/06/2026: As the restaurant we originally wanted to visit was closed, my friend and I decided to try the place next door. Unfortunately, we didn't check the reviews beforehand. Sadly, the food was very average. The squid was extremely rubbery and difficult to chew. The biggest surprise came at the end when we were (on a piece of paper), charged an €8 service fee for just two people. Fortunately, I noticed it immediately, and they refunded €4. They then quickly took the bill away, with only a brief apology. Luckily, I had taken a photo of it beforehand. In short, make sure you carefully check your bill. The only reason I gave this restaurant 2 stars is because the portions of fries were generous.

17/05/2026: I went to this place with my friends on a Saturday night, with a reservation. As soon as we walked in, they brought us juice, probably with some chips that were already on the table. The start seemed okay. The nine of us took the €10 deal, which included a drink and dishes from the menu. We ordered zingare and vegetarian piadinas: the latter were a disgrace; just look at the attached photos to see that they weren't even a quarter, a quarter, a quarter of a normal piadina. I understand that with the €10 deal you can't get something amazing... but this is a disgrace. Zingare was okay, but we had to eat at different times because some arrived within normal waiting times, while for the others we waited over half an hour after ours were already at the table: the waiter's excuse was that there was only one plate. I understand that it's Saturday night, but... There were no tissues on the table until you ordered something to eat (though I remember they had chips on the table at the beginning as a welcome gift), and they were handed out just like that, by the waiter, who obviously had other things in his hand that he needed to serve in the meantime: I recommend being better prepared. We were told that, given the time of our reservation, we had to leave at 10:30 PM because it was Saturday night: okay, but if you bring me the food 20 minutes before we have to leave, you understand that it's a bit difficult. Sweets and a bottle arrived, while we still had the bowls of welcome chips on the table and all the plates and glasses were empty, and we ate them like that. Again, I understand it's Saturday night, but there are some small "careful measures" that can be taken to avoid disappointment. Nice place, maybe I'll go back, but definitely without ordering anything to eat.

10/05/2026: Truly awful experience. We arrived at the venue for a birthday party, and the first thing they did as soon as we walked in was ask the birthday girl to pay in advance. Okay, that's weird enough, but the best part comes later... we had booked for 15, but in the end there were 14 of us, and they still charged us for 15 people. Honestly, it was unheard of. As soon as we finished paying, the question came: "When are you leaving?" I mean, excuse me? We just arrived and you already want to know when we'll have the table free? Tiny tables, and all the food arrived at the same time, so we literally didn't know where to put plates, drinks, and other items. Zero organization. After dinner, we asked for the cake, took two photos, cut the cake, and immediately afterward they brought it back to us already wrapped in the box, basically a very elegant "OK, out now." The icing on the cake... we had paid for 15 even though there were 14 of us, and in the meantime, one guy hadn't even ordered, so we were missing two drinks included in the price. We pointed this out to the order taker, and his immediate response was annoyed: "Oh, but you have to go now," before quickly telling us, "Come on, what are you having?" Honestly, we felt more like a nuisance than a customer.

11/01/2026: I went to Mosè to buy some pastries and was very disappointed. The prices are exorbitantly high for the quality of the product: a price that doesn't justify the final result at all. Furthermore, some of the desserts didn't seem particularly tasty. Considering the overall cost, I don't think it's worth the expense.

18/05/2026: My wife and I spent two glorious weeks in Ischia in late May, and this place quickly became our absolute go-to for morning coffees and pastries, and lazy evening drinks in their beautiful semi-covered seating area. Their coffee is amongst the best I've ever tasted, and their selection of pastries, cornetti, and cakes will blow your mind. Then there's the gelato... We did our best to sample all the flavours, but once we tried their signature 'Winner' we never looked back. All this comes with trademark Ischian hospitality, in beautiful surroundings. We'll definitely be back the next time we're on the island, senza dubbio.

19/05/2026: I went there on Sunday for two takeout pizzas. The POS was broken, luckily I had cash, but I wonder how a place like this can operate with a broken POS on a Sunday. Given that I'm from Pollena and have known this place since I was a child, it has never disappointed me, except for this last time. The Margherita was a bit too dry, and the ingredients didn't seem as good as usual. The disappointment, however, was the arugula, prosciutto, and shavings of pecorino! How can you put pecorino on this pizza? It's a good thing I only ordered half a pan, because it was truly inedible. I was very disappointed. In my opinion, a historic pizzeria like this can't afford such quality slips. The pizza must be good, first and foremost. It's better to ask for an extra euro but not skimp on the quality (and I would add, quantity) of the ingredients. This review is meant to be constructive; perhaps it can help them correct their approach. I'm giving it an extra star for the story, and I hope I can correct the review next time.
