25/05/2025: We were there on a Sunday for lunch, located near an old cloister, nice little place, friendly staff and average food, slightly dated interiors with little design, perhaps you think more about the substance than the visual quality, the dishes were good like the octopus alla Luciana and the linguine allo scoglio, the fried food was a bit miserable but an average lunch can be defined as a normal bill of around 50 per person

11/06/2025: I celebrated my daughter's communion on Sunday 08/06...what can I say, everything was perfect from start to finish...we ate very well, the service was excellent and helpful, the place was very beautiful and welcoming. I highly recommend it

13/04/2025: Very simple and welcoming place, more maintenance should be done externally, in particular the children's play area. Very friendly staff. Excellent appetizer, unwelcome first courses, in particular the pappardelle with white ragù which it was not clear what ragù it was..... Excellent second courses, welcome desserts. To return to try another menu. Being a tavern with a fixed menu, prices are above average.

09/03/2025: Welcoming environment, food always at the top and maximum availability to resolve even last minute requests. I have never had any perception of flaws in the service, in the desserts offered and in the welcome.

You can always spend in relation to your economic needs and find convenience in all sectors. The 10% discount practiced for those over sixty-five on Wednesdays is the icing on the cake.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is lively and the location, even if in a somewhat remote area, has an exclusive charm: not the usual tourist restaurant! The experience at Neptunus is real: fresh and excellent quality fish as rarely found, and dishes prepared with art. In addition, the professional and very kind staff manages to involve guests in a dinner in the spirit of Ischia, without sparing those little attentions, such as a welcome prosecco or a lemon sorbet at the end of the meal, good, like never tried! The prices are a little above average, but if as tourists you are looking for a true Ischian experience, I highly recommend this restaurant!

21/04/2025: Una vera perla sul mare! Pranzo indimenticabile in questo ristorante a base di pesce con una vista mozzafiato sul mare. Ogni piatto è un’esplosione di freschezza e sapore: antipasti curati nei minimi dettagli, primi delicati e saporiti, e un secondo di pesce grigliato semplicemente perfetto. Il tutto accompagnato da un tramonto da cartolina e un servizio gentile e attento. Un angolo di paradiso per chi ama il buon cibo e il mare. Tornerò sicuramente

29/06/2025: Great food, visited both in winter and summer. For this last season the service was really slow but in their defense the seats were triple so it is obvious that it slows down. Anyway it is always worth going and if necessary even waiting. Highly recommended

28/06/2025: Terrible hygiene in the bathrooms, terrible external hygiene and so far so good After ordering 4 spritz and 1 portion of zeppoline and bruschetta, the spritz arrived after 30 minutes, the zeppoline after 50 minutes and the bruschetta after 1:15, then after 2 hours a dry mussel soup arrived, you couldn't dip it in the bread or the croutons under the mussels and that's fine but to finish I received a nice spaghetti with clams but the fork arrived after 20 minutes from the spaghetti that in the meantime after 20 minutes had settled well on the plate I only receive apologies after apologies in all this squalor I UNDERLINE THE ONLY PERSON DEDICATED TO THE WORK, POLITE, PRECISE, AND SENSITIVE TO THE PROBLEMS THAT HAPPENED MRS. 24/04/2025: Super NEGATIVE... at the time of the order most of the things were missing starting from the basic "bread" then after about 30 minutes from the order they delivered the first sandwich, informing me that the pulled pork to be placed on the plate was also missing, so we replaced it with hamburgers on a plate and broccoli which instead they put on the sandwich, we specified that it had to be on a plate and what they do is I take everything that was on the sandwich and turn it upside down on the sandwich. dish🤦🏻‍♀️, then between one rudeness and another from the waiter they bring the fillet ordered by joi di carne to the next table, so one person ate first half an hour later and lastly I would have had to change my choice because by now the fillet was finished, but anyway to conclude the quality of what was brought to the table with different times from one person to another was really pitiful fake Chianina burger, comparable to Mc Donalds. really speechless and without eating in the end
