The food was sublime, and the wine Massimo recommended was simply fantastic, perfect for accompanying each course. 15/07/2026: Worst service we had in all of Italy. Tourist trap- food is mediocre. We were ignored and given the worst table in the house with a 3 month + reservation. Then the weirdest thing happened- they gave us a candle with a desert cake “celebrating” our honeymoon but instead of gifting the desert, just took it back and didn’t actually offer it to us. After getting a bad view and no desert (and a teaser!) we kindly informed the waiter about this whilst paying. Nothing was taken off the bill and no apology was given. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere where your special occasions are appreciated!

16/05/2026: Impeccable! A very professional, warm, and relaxed welcome. We felt expected and taken care of. Everything was perfect, from the timing between courses, the quality of the food and its precise presentation, to the wines offered. Excellent.

07/06/2026: This restaurant surprised me with how good the pasta was for a restaurant with such a beautiful view. That said, the caprese salad was probably my least favorite of the three I tried in Italy. Not bad, but not a stand out either. The pasta on the other hand had an amazing sauce that tasted like the sea. Yes, it is expensive for lunch, but the view is unbeatable. If you compare with other restaurants in town, the price doesn't seem so bad because everything seems expensive here.

11/01/2026: I ate at Sea Front Pasta Bar a week ago and I can say without hesitation: it was an unforgettable experience. The service is simply impeccable: attentive, seamless, never intrusive. The staff is professional, well-prepared, knowledgeable about what they offer, and capable of conveying passion and confidence. You feel accompanied, not served. And this difference is immediately noticeable. Chef Gianluca Pisacane is exceptional. He achieves something extremely rare: taking dishes we already know very well and making us taste them as if for the first time. It's not just a question of technique, but of vision. Each recipe is a deeper, more intense, better version of what we think we know. The Genovese, for example, was surprising: familiar and new at the same time. The shrimp tubes literally moved me: perfect balance, clear, deep, enveloping flavors. A dish that isn't just delicious, but also leaves an impression on you with its uniqueness. Everything spoke the same language: seafood, respect for the raw ingredients, elegance. We ate with gusto, with enthusiasm, following a true sensory journey. The extra grated truffle by the chef was a gesture I greatly appreciated because it made me feel like I was at the home of someone who truly knows my tastes. In conclusion: exquisite cuisine, perfect service, genuine customer care. It's not just eating well, it's feeling like you're in the right place. I'll be back. And I'll recommend it. 08/06/2026: I went there last night for the first time with my daughter and wife, and I can assure you, they're truly amazing! My daughter's burger was amazing; the beef and fresh bun were excellent and of the highest quality. The pizza was truly excellent, with a very special and light crust! The staff are incredibly kind and attentive to their customers. It'll be a regular stop every time we return to Sorrento!

16/05/2026: Everything was perfect: exceptional view of the Bay of Naples, spacious and clean room, pleasant staff. The restaurant is very good with extremely reasonable prices. There's a daily shuttle to Sorrento town center. Thank you to the owners for this perfect stay!

14/05/2026: First time in Sorrento and this hotel exceeded expectations. It is quiet, clean and the Family that owns it is amazing. Highly recommend it if you want to step away from the hustle outside your window from the main tourist area down below. We stayed in room 106 and it was spacious and very clean inside. The only critique was the a/c didn't work while we were there but the weather was cool enough we had the door open and they provided an oscillating fan. The breakfast is simple but more than sufficient to get your day started with a fresh assortment of pastries, a fresh orange juice machine, plenty of coffee and some other various items to enjoy. The shuttle provided stops hourly most of the day leaving you right above the main tourist area so it is convenient. Don't forget to try their Restaurant for dinner! We are there our last night. Not only was the food Amazing. It was one of the least inexpensive meals while in Sorrento. You must try it! Overall Il Nido is highly recommended. Grazie Il Nido Familia

03/07/2026: We sit and we order! After 1 hour with only receive only arancini and beer (we are the only customers) the power shut down and they said to us to leave! And make us pay our order and take some food take away. Worst service in hole naple!

06/07/2026: We actually ended up here by chance, after originally planning to go to Da Michele. However, there was a gigantic line there, and people were eating their pizzas out of cardboard boxes on the street everywhere. To be honest, that took away a bit of the charm of the experience for us. We are so glad we walked on to Pizzeria Piscopo dal 1959. This is exactly how we imagine an authentic Neapolitan pizzeria. You order, watch the pizza maker prepare your pizza right before your eyes, and within minutes you are enjoying a fantastic pizza. The value for money is unprecedented. For a very affordable price, you get a pizza with perfectly airy dough, high-quality ingredients, and a great balance between crust and toppings. As far as we are concerned, this is the best pizza we ate during our trip through Naples. Sometimes the most hyped place isn't automatically the best. We would recommend this authentic pizzeria without a doubt over waiting in line for hours. Highly recommended!

21/07/2026: Parking is easy near the pizzeria. We ordered some truly excellent fried food, with a crispy, flavorful crust. The pizzas were all excellent: light, well-leavened dough and top-quality ingredients. The staff was professional, kind, and friendly, making us feel immediately at ease. For those who don't want pizza, the menu also offers first and second courses. I saw the ones served at nearby tables, and they smelled truly inviting. I will definitely be back, both to try the pizza again and to sample their other dishes.
